Vernon (the owner) did the initial inspection. He was respectful, and efficient. The customer service was above and beyond. Then for the follow up visits I had Joe, and again, I was treated amazingly! Great communication and service. Highly Recommend!!

Vernon was prompt and listened to our concerns while inspecting our home. He was very knowledgeable of rodent/pest habits and explained everything. He also explained things he was looking for while inspecting and showed us what to look for.

We had the worst ant situation in tacoma I think. And 3 short months later they’re gone thanks to Tahoma Pest. They’re the best pest control company in tacoma! The ants we had never wanted to go away it got soo annoying. But Vernon came in every time we called him and put up his baits, refilled them, sprayed the circumference of the house. (To be honest we thought they were never leaving) be he assured us every time he came that we just need to be patient and they soon will. Ive been using Tahoma Pest Management for a few years, after our whole neighborhood became a giant ant hill. They are super nice, & very responsive: most of the time they can see you that same day. And if something isnt working, they will return to remedy the problem as soon as possible. They are also less expensive than the national brand pest control services and but just as thorough. Ive recommended them many times and when my neighbors house suddenly had a mice infestation, they took care of it as well!

I emailed them about my squirrel problem and they contacted me within 5 minutes. Vernon came out next day to assess issue and lay out a detailed solution. Found out I also had a bird issue as well. Met Vernon when he saved my sanity from birds nesting in my stove vent. He came out and cleaned out the nest, the deceased babies, and then sprayed for mites and sanitized. So thorough, so efficient. Vernon is the nicest person you will ever meet, but more importantly he is the absolute expert in his field. My wife and I have been using his services for over the past year in our new home and couldnt be more happy! To get rid of spiders, mice and everything in between call Tahoma Pest Management, period. We tried other exterminators that claimed to be up-front with us, but didnt solve any of our pest problems. With spiders and mice roaming our house we called Vernon and he was at our house within the day. If you want someone that actually cares about your problem then call Tahoma.
