Super friendly on the phone when first calling and the technicians that have come to our house have been extremely polite and professional, even though this is a service I hope no one needs, it’s good to know that there is a solid solution and team that can be relied upon. 10/10 highly recommended

I needed a thorough evaluation and plan to address an ant and rodent issue in a rental property. Absolutely phenomenal service! Chris was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable yet personable. He did exactly what he said he would do within the timeframe quoted. I needed peace of mind that this problem would be handled and after 2 weeks, ants appear to be gone and it’s likely that the rodents already caught have resolved that issue. The follow up and follow through are outstanding. I was very impressed with the photos taken, the diagram outlining areas of concern and identification of exactly where bait (pet friendly) and traps were set. The cost is very reasonable for such a complete service. I highly recommend Long’s Pest Control and would use them again in a heart beat.

When I called, they were able to be responsive to my needs. I did not want to subscribed to a quarterly just a one time service. They could accept that and did not keep trying to upsell the quarterly service, once they understood my need. Paul came and was professional and was patient with questions. He did not seemed rushed and had a sufficient amount of time to attend to the task at hand.

We started using Long Pest Control about 3 or 4 years ago. Maybe 5? We initially called them out to deal with odorous house ants. They took care of them quickly. We joined their membership plan, and they come out quarterly to spray around the perimeter of the house for bugs. Their customer service is great and our home is pest free. We recommend them to friends and are happy to continue to use their services.

I have never been so happy to have bugs! My experience from the office staff to the technician that serviced my home was nothing but professional. I had issues with another firm no showing me and voiced that to the office manager. So, Long Pest Control had their staff show up early and ready to go. He was extremely kind in providing education to myself and husband regarding the nature of my pest and how to eradicate them. He then spent a long time working my issue. I am confident my problems will be solved. I highly recommend this firm to any one seeking a better understanding of their pest issues, how to avoid them, and most importantly how to rid yourself of them. Of note, he was also sensitive to my pet.

Unfortunately they do not offer Termite Inspections for real estate sales or refinancing.....but, they did refer us to a very good company.....called Immaculate Home Inspections......big Thanks to Long Pest Control for that referral. Ive used Long Pest Control for over a year now and they are reliable, reasonably priced and effective. I used to have a sugar ant problem I tried to take care of on my own and was losing the battle. Regular pest control is one of the best things you can do to maintain the value of your home. We’ve been using Long’s Pest Control for many years and would not consider owning a home without using a pest control service. We’ve always been pleased with their service. They go above and beyond. We had some small mites we found on our grandchildren one summer. I used tape to hold one and took it to their office. They identified it as a bird mite and the likely source was a swallow nest with babies near the front of our house. We used the mitigation they recommended, which worked. Once the babies were gone we initiated a program to encourage and enforce swallow nests elsewhere than on our hourse.All in all; our relationship with Long’s Pest Control over many years (> 30) has been positive and valuable.

We have been using Long Pest Control for a little over a year now and we have been very pleased with their service. We use them for the quarterly check-ups and pest control. No question we are noticing a difference with less bugs in the house and have zero concern with mice (we live in a very wooded area).They get down into our crawlspace foundation too - no easy feat because it is a very tight spot! But that doesnt stop them from examining every square inch. They are so thorough, the last inspector who came noticed a very small leak in one of our pipes. Thats not even something they need to check for but they have this treat the whole house attitude, not an attitude of thats not my job. We are very impressed and we will continue to use them for our pest control services.

I will not be referring them😡UPDATE: Since I cannot reply to the company’s response, I had to edit my review. I reached out to them multiple times and I have the emails to prove it. They said I should have read the contract and I owe them 50% if I try to cancel. Check the other one star reviews and you’ll see that I’m not the only person having this problem.

I m on the quarterly service agreement.It has been very successful. l lived n the country and rats love to visit. Since lve used Long Best Control l have no rats.

The tech was on time, masked, wore booties, and we reviewed the problem area. We, per the earlier directions from their office, then left the home while treatment took place. Once treatment was completed we received an email indicating when we could safely return. The day following treatment a few ants found their way in, however, none were found today.

I noticed some sawdust around my foundation and called a local company. Even though the company did not see any insects they wanted to charge me for services. I contacted Long for a second opinion. Paul the technician was professional and knowledgeable. After inspecting the sawdust he stated that the sawdust was too big for insects to produce and the sawdust was probably from some recent construction. Long did not charge me anything!! I appreciate a honest company and would recommend Long.

Everyone I interacted with at this company was thorough and very helpful in explaining things clearly. I unfortunately dont remember the name of the receptionist I spoke with but she was extremely patient with me and I appreciated that. Ryan was the technician who performed the service and I was happy with how he explained the service and what follow up would look like to me. Also he noticed that we are a young family and was extra sure to use materials that were safe and healthy for everyone. We have quarterly preventative spraying on our property. We live in a forest, and we dont have bugs in our house. So theyre doing a good job.We hired LPC after we had a structure destroyed by carpenter ants. We have not seen carpenter ants since we hired them.

I called the office and explained my problem(bees next in attic) coming in through vent. They explained the procedure, price, and we set the day and time their Technician would arrive(30 minute window). He was early! Randy introduced himself and we both went and saw where the bees were entering. He explained how he would treat them. Into the attic he went. Job completed. He also sprayed the outside entry where the bees came in. Explained how they would react for the next couple of days. Reminded me the service had a Warranty and to call if I needed any follow up. Fine Print: 50% CANCELLATION FEE FOR WHATEVER REASON!First, I wanted to say the services provided were good/fair like most companies do, nothing special to talk about. I am here reviewing my contract process. When I was asked to sign the one-year contract, the technician explained what services would be included in the contract. However, he either forgot or intentionally not to explain what the cancellation fee would be. Since the actual contract presented to me was on a small tablet, I did not read through the contract which I usually do. I later learned that Cancellation within the first year service agreement (initial & four quarterly services) FOR WHATEVER REASON, will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining service agreement balance of that first year period. When I had to cancel my services, I had no choice but to pay 50% of the remaining two quarterly services.

While cleaning up old blooms on a bush in our back yard, I moved a branch and was shocked to find a huge hornets nest. I managed to run into the house without getting stung. I called Longs and they came out the following morning. Their employee suited up and removed the hive. He was careful to wear a mask, explain everything to us prior to removing, and cleaned up everything. He checked around our house and yard before leaving. All our question were answered. In fact, they followed up with more information the following day. This was a bald faced hornets nest. They are most commonly found in the southeastern United States and have moved up this way. They are very protective and will sting repeatedly. I was very fortunate not only that I wasnt stung but also that I was able to contact Longs. They have helped us before with pests in the yard and surrounding areas.

I was sceptical after the first try and ANTS continued but after telling them, they sent a guy right away. It worked after the second try and no trouble ever since. Also no spiders.

Called due to a rodent problem. Ryan came out and did a thorough inspection and set a bunch of traps. He did a great job of explaining how they were getting in and the damage they had done. He also gave a bid to repair the screens they were getting in through. He explained how to do the repairs myself if I wanted to and encouraged me to get other bids. his bid was very reasonable so I went with it. Today he came back did the repairs quick and did them well. My experience with Long was excellent and Ryan was great, real stand up guy. We just purchased a home and had a home inspection performed by Trek Inspection. The inspector (who was also great) let us know that we had rats so we called Long Pest Control who sent Ryan to our home. Ryan was awesome to work with, I think the best way to describe him is that he is the guy you want coaching the little league baseball team for your kids. I would sign mine up without hesitation. Nice, honest family man. I cannot recommend Ryan and Long Pest Control enough for their service and genuine care for our family and home.

We had a problem with ants. Long Pest Service cleared this problem up for us.Our home has a crawl space, which is difficult for us to know what is happening down there. Longs Pest Service checks this space out for us once a year. So as well as learning whether we have an insect problem, we also learn whether we have a problem with water leakage in this crawl space.

We are in a rental house and the landowners used to have service with this companies competition, that competition has no customer service skills, was just plain dishonest and the landowner decided to go with Long. Im glad she did. They have come out to treat the house three times now and all service technicians have been very friendly and professional. I appreciate that they close the garage door behind them when theyve finished their work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area.

We found a hornet nest in the bushes near our house over the weekend. I called Long Pest Control Monday morning, reached someone right away, and was able to get an appointment for the next day. David showed up on time, got the job done, we have had no more hornets this week, and the cost was very reasonable. I was given a quote ahead of time, and the whole process was quite smooth.
