We recently found ground holes under my backyard deck so I contacted Croach for this since I have been using this company since I moved to this new area 3 years ago. . Gregory Draine came even after 6pm and check the ground hole then repositioned rat boxes and restock the baits.I appreciate his extra hard work and professionalism.

Ryan arrived promptly and listened intently to my pest concerns. He alerted me to a bat family tucked in our roof shingles and was careful to work around them since they are natures bug control.He also found the entrance to our crawl space that a pesky squirrel has been using and gave us recommendations on how to live trap him since we didnt want him killed.He made quick work of the service and gave me a thorough report afterwards. Always happy with the service provided by Croach. I have been using their services for a few years now.Ive used a number of pest companies in the past. Ive been the happiest with Croach. Excellent customer service, follow-up and service calls. Today I had an extra service call to address an issue. Two technicians came out at the appointment time (arrived a few minutes early), addressed the issue in about 10 minutes and were done. No charge since Im on their quarterly program and this was an in between visit which they offer. I recommend Croach whenever Im asked. Love to give referrals on great companies.

Croach technician Michele was awesome. During the quarterly treatment of my home in December, Michele removed all spider webs on the outside of my home, applied a liquid chemical around the outside perimeter of my home to deter spiders and ants and strategically placed new glue traps in my garage. She also asked if she could treat the two outside patios on the 2nd and 3rd level of my home, careful to wear protective booties over her shoes to keep from tracking dirt into the house, Michele was diligent, thorough, careful, professional and polite. Best pest control service I have ever had. Thanks Michele. And thanks Croach for the top-notch service!

Michele was amazing. She did the standard reset for the rodent control treatments. We live near lake Washington next to an open field...we have rodents. Then she asked what else she could do to make me happy. I had her come to the upstairs deck off the main bedroom and bam...she treated that space as well. Clean, efficient, pleasant and thorough. Ian was great. He came into our crawl space and did his inspection, letting me know what he found. He did all the work outside quickly, but completely. He was very professional and helpful, suggesting various ideas of how to keep things okay. He was also very helpful to remind me that we still have one more month of service and we should not remove all our outside boxes (for the mice), for another month month (as was thought we should do). He said he would just pick them up at a later date. I had forgot about it and he reminded me! Very nice.

Its so nice not having spiders everywhere, and the free in between service help. Weve had them for almost 2 years and no complaints. We noticed sugar ants and they came the next day and now theyre gone. Friendly, fast, professional.

One year we made the mistake of moving to another pest service that was slightly less expensive, but VERY non-responsive. Bible completed our servicing this time (as well as the last 2-3) and he always does a fantastic job.. I enjoyed talking with him -- he is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Although I was not home I received an immediate report on just what Michael had done. Foundation was sprayed and spiders checked for. I appreciated the explanation and his care with making sure the gate was secure.

Not sure why I cant add a new review. But I have to add to my earlier review.Last month, new buyers noticed ants just after Id called to cancel service. Selling my home of 15 years is just hard. But the ants!We enlisted Pest Free which then changed name to Croach way back 7 or 8 years ago. They offered a great service, beat the price of a competitor, and have been everything great. So.. after cancelling, I first worked on the phone with Delores to get this worked out. She had Michael come out to treat for ants immediately. And then they came back a week or two later, so Michael just left again.EVERY KIND OF AWESOME. First Michael was both friendly and professional. We know the protocol, so we had an enjoyable chat. I felt that Michael is actually the BEST service tech that Croach has ever sent out.Now hopefully the ants will stay away for at least 14 days and let me get out of here. :()

I had the pleasure of working with Bible today, and, wow, this guy is on top of things. He went through our crawl space and unfortunately —or fortunately—for us, he identified a multiple rat problem. I appreciate Travis very much, as he is very respective and professional. Although I was given a window of time to expect him, he was right here on the time I expected him to be, which Im grateful for, as having a big window of time set aside, can really be difficult to manage other things of importance. He was so cooperative when I asked him to do areas that we had not done before, and he was willing to give me extra traps for placing where I had other traps previously. We had several spiders hanging around the outside of the house which he stated that he took care of, weve had an increase in them since starting this program. Im confident he will be staying on top of this as he appeared very serious about doing what I would like to have done. This company is great at getting rid of unwanted pests. Very professional when coming to into your home and property. They even knocked down a hornets nest for us.

Kevin Johnson did the first bi-monthly inspection and treatment and I was very impressed. Hes a hard worker, very knowledgeable, and takes the time to share that knowledge regarding what he found. Its important to me to know what I can do to better store animal feed and to make access for pests less likely and I really appreciate the time he took to share his advice. I was going to have this be my final service because the last few times the service has been dreadful. I have been with Croach for over 6 years and even have a few of my neighbors join because of me . They all were going to discontinue their services with Croach as well. As usual, Melvin did a great job! He really goes out of his way to make sure that everything is taken care of. He was down on his hands and knees following an ant trail 30 to 40 feet away from the house, and made sure the bait was taken back to the nest.I have a large three story house with an attic and two separate crawlspaces, and I live next to a forested area, so lots of potential problems. But Croach has managed to keep the critters at bay!Hopefully, Mel continues as my service tech. So Croach, if you’re listening, please take good care of him!

Nicholas and his team came out to treat my home today and did a superior job. Before Croach starting coming to treat my house back in September I had spiders galore and several wasps nests. I have had no signs of spiders or wasps since the followup treatment after the first appointment. I love knowing my daughter and fur babies dont have to worry about wasps :)

I really like Scott. He was very thorough both in re-setting my mouse and rat traps, but also in setting a new strategy for ridding us of mice and rats, or at least limiting them as much as possible. His new strategy involves placing bait box traps in new locations base on the most probable direction that the vermin will come from. Im going to partner with him in bringing this new strategy into play. I would like to request the Scott come our regular service person!
