Steven came out today to do my normal maintenance visit. He had sent me an email yesterday to give me an ETA on arrival and was right on time! Spencer came out this morning and did a general treatment outside and inside and knocked down several wasp nests I inherited when I bought my home in September. Ive been too chicken to try it myself so I was extremely happy. He even checked my attic to make sure they hadnt gotten in through the eves. Spencer was very friendly and courteous. He even covered his boots when he came indoors. Im extremely impressed with his customer service and because of that, wont hesitate to use Bulwark Exterminating again. Highly recommend.

Steven Cox showed up punctually and politely listened as I described my pest problem, then briefly re-explained the services and got right to work and it looks like he did everything that was expected. Honestly, its only been a day so Ill update this review if necessary, but Im grateful for Bulwarks quick and friendly service.

Well... not sure which direction to go with this review. Here we go. Customer service is great. They are friendly communicate well and are punctual. As far as quality of work? Definitely needs to be stepped up. At the end of spring I had started a contract to have quarterly service done to get rid of spiders. I had to get them to come out 3 times in a 30-45 days. This was at no additional cost because they guarantee their work. At the end of all that we still had some spiders. Just came n to accept we would still have them just not as many. Well see what happens next quarter.

Bulwark has been very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. I have had three visits from them since the start of my contract in March 2021. The most recent visit was a last minute request and technician Joe M. came out. He treated all of the areas of concerns I had and removed all spider webs. I appreciate that he sends me a text letting me know he was on the way, and a follow up text message with the visit summary.

Bulwark has been very good to work with. Weve been using their recurring service for a few years now. They do good work, are timely, and happy to adapt if you need something special.I strongly recommend calling their office if you want a note about a service need attached to the technicians info. That works better then responding to their reminder email.

We’ve had Bulwark for a few years now and transferred services when we moved last July. Our new technician is Bill Heller and he is by far the best technician we’ve had. He’s very knowledgeable and responsive, super nice and always has a smile on his face. He has come a few times when we weren’t home and he always sends the nicest messages with pictures and updates on what he’s done. I’ve recommended him specifically to multiple people and will continue to do so!

William Heller has provided service of insecticide, placement and service of rodent bate stations, over the several months at our Mt Vernon home. William is a very courteous and professional person. He as also very knowledgeable of his profession and will take time to answer questions to the best of his ability. William completes his tasks in a very timely and through manner. Monthly service performed, with winter prep for bugs to prevent home entry. Technician Jacob Campbell had a smile on his face, when he arrived. He was very nice, gracious, told me what he would be doing, and did not do one service as per my request. Impressed that he drove all the way to Bellingham, WA from Tacoma to perform services….that’s a 2 hour drive under the best conditions.

We used Bulwark to help us with our spider issues. Our technician Steven was extremely pleasant and professional. He wore a mask and shoe coverings when inside of our home and was kind enough to answer all of my spider questions. Not only did he spray but he cleaned off all of the spider webs for us on and below our deck. We will definitely use Bulwark Exterminating again.

Jacob serviced our home recently he did a good job. Came on schedule he was courteous and respectful . The only thing that was disappointing was I inspected my home to see if he had gotten all the webs but he missed a few. Honestly it’s okay we had this service through househappy for $19 so I appreciate it . I would still call them when I need it.

I always appreciate how Monique shoots me a text when she’s about 30 minutes from showing up. She is great. Easy to talk/collaborate with, and our home (at the base of a mountain, with tons of insects/critters) has well managed since Bulwark started treatment. It took a few treatments before we got to this point, but we use to have spider and ant issues that are all but gone now.Thank you, Monique!

Esteban Reyes was great! He was on time, notified me ahead of time so, I would here when he arrived. He placed some glue traps in the garage. Sprayed inside them & refilled the bait stations. There was a wasp nest in the front eves I didnt even know about! He knocked that down. Thank you!

Easily the worst customer service Ive experienced from a service company. Their technicians are nice and professional, but its after they do the service when things become a problem.I had a few ant treatments, and about a month later they called me. The way their system works is they call you then ask to transfer you to a manager. So, they call, you sit on hold for 5-10 minutes then talk to a supervisor. The first time they called, this was fine. The manager was SUPER high pressure about scheduling a monthly ant maintenance. Absolutely would not take no for an answer. Finally I basically just tell him Im hanging up now.I dont hear from them for about another month. Then the calls start. About 2x a week they called. Always at weird times (I got a call at 6AM once and after 7 PM another). After them calling about 5 times I answer and they said we need to resolve your account, can we transfer you to a manager? the first time I said fine. I sit on hold for 10 minutes and get disconnected.Over the next month they call 2+ times a week. I answer two more times, each time they disconnect me after sitting on hold waiting for a manager. Finally, I just tell them to put me on their do not call back list. They insisted that only a manager can do that (which is a lie), finally after I asked for their name they relented and said they would leave a note for their manager.If they call again, I will be reporting them.

Leaving this review for Renz - weve had ant problems ever since we moved into our new home and tried all different types of home remedies with no avail. With Bulwark, they are always prompt and efficient and address the core concerns that we have. Luckily we havent had ants for months *fingers crossed* and believe Bulwark has been instrumental in making that happen! Their technicians are always professional and prompt.

Renz, with Bulwark has done the exterior & interiors services for a couple of my rental properties. Hes very reliable in setting up times with Tenants, and efficient. He sends me updates of when hes scheduling and after the service. Ive had massive issues with Rodents in the past and Ive noticed a big decrease. Highly recommend Bulwark for Pest control.

We have been using Bulwark for almost a year now. Mike is always incredibly thorough and does a consistently great job eliminating the pests inside and out of our home. He is very communicative and even goes out of his way to get us on his schedule quickly if we need any maintenance in between regular service. We would definitely recommend Mike and Bulwark to anyone in need of pest control.

Update :Bulwark contacted and tried to make things right. Offered a refund but since we actually had the service done, did not feel right to get a refund. Asked them for another service free of charge after 3 months and they agreed. Overall a good experience. Updated to 4 rating from 1.They provided a different estimate and then charged something else. Did not honor the estimate. I was made to pay $200 more.

Renz is the best! We have had used this company for at least 3 years now and couldn’t be happier!… we tried several other companies before this one and were sorely disappointed with their service. Bulwark always sends a text 2 days before coming to the house as a reminder, and never an issue if you have to change appts. Always courteous and timely! They ask every time if we see any pests or problems that they should address, and there is never an up charge for extra services. In the three years we’ve used them we have only once had a spider in the house, which I’m sure hitched a ride with the dog. So glad to say we are pest free!… thank you bulwark!
