I’m sure the services they offer here are great and I would love the ability to be offered them. But I have called five times now at all different hours of the day attempting to set up an appointment and I have been on hold for more than an hour each time so I give up and try again another day only to have the same result.

My daughters speech therapy is on the 2nd floor of this building. Andrea is great!

Incredibly friendly and welcoming! I didnt feel like I was insane or just talking to someone who doesnt care. Emily was my therapist and shes the sweetest person to talk to. Definitely recommend coming here for mental help. The location is a bit chaotic due to the building being near a mall. I suggest leaving early for your appointment half an hour or more if its in the morning to avoid too much traffic.

I called yesterday to ask for information and this rude lady just keep yawning and talking to me like shes not interested I forgot who is she but it is really rude.

Called Kaiser to confirm the whereabouts of an immediate family member suffering from a post- partum psychiatric emergency. They fed me all this BS about protecting her legal rights and patient confidentiality, only to find out that the doctor she had an appointment with called out sick, and she was sent away without treatment. Are you kidding me? Kaiser was more concerned with the patient confidentiality than giving actual medical treatment. Make it right Kaiser. Huge medical facilities billions of dollars and youre turning people away. Every staff member contributes to this. Make it right.

The people are very nice and patient with me and I really like that.
