Sound Integrated Health for People with Addictions. Really nice Doctors & Nurses, Everything is Quiet & Confidential and really Compassionate Caring Staff!! My friend was hooked on drugs, on the verge of loosing his wife & kids, Came here & prescribed him Suboxone. Within a month he got clean and so far he’s been clean 9 months & going strong!! Ive been coming here for a little over 2.5 years and seeing Ana as my provider and I couldnt be happier with their services. When I came for my first visit in September of 2018 I was a complete mess. My life was out of control and I was on the verge of losing EVERYTHING and my family was about ready to give up on me.The staff are kind and nonjudgmental; they actually really care about their patients. We arent just a number of dollar signs to them like the private rehabs Ive been to in the past.Sound Integrated Health literally saved my life and I cant thank them enough.

All treatment facilities should be more like Sound integrated Health. Initially I was only enrolled in their MAT (medication assisted treatment) program, but have recently started IOP and am very pleased with the level of care they offer. They make it very easy for addicts to receive help! They also have professionals who specialize in Mental Health Disorders allowing patients to be treated for multiple health issues. The CDPs are all professional, friendly, and compassionate. If more places would follow suit, more addicts would get help. I give them ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!!!

The best for addiction treatment. Their is only one Dr I dont care for. But the rest are awesome. The staff is super helpful. Got on the MAT program in jail and with an organization called Reach and the day I got out they got me an Uber from Kent to Tacoma. They kept me on Subutex because I have problems with Suboxane. I havent relapsed one time since July 2020! You go weekly, then every two weeks then every three weeks. I also have my counseling and pchycologist in the same office. You can do walk in appointments and they are flexible when you miss your appointments. They are amazing!

This a professional working relationship in which i value. Sound staff treats each and every case in the same urgent manner. To say they care would be an understatement. Always courteous and kind and willing to go the extra mile for each and every person. Love this place so amazing.. The staff are super friendly and really care about you as a person. Erica the receptionist is always so polite and helpful always with a smile on her face.. Roxanne the owner of this clinic is so amazing and keeps things running smoothly. This place has help me so much on my track to recovery. Sound is the best! Erica and Shawna are just 2 of the amazing examples of how to treat people that work here. Not only did Sound help me with my medically assisted treatment but also wrote me a thorough and professional letter for me to bring to court. Getting and staying sober takes a lot but when you have Sound Integrated Health on your side your chances are so much better. The knowledge and compassion shown by them is unparalleled. This place is awesome! They take me in when I’m late or when I missed an appointment and they are so understanding. They are kid friendly and it’s a super comfortable environment. Sound integrated has single handedly made my transition off of prescription medication easier then I can imagine. Everyone is amazing and the front office girls, Erica and Sam, are incredibly understanding and accommodating with my schedule. They always make sure I’m seen and never make me feel badly about rescheduling last minute due to work or being a single mom. You will conquer any addictions you have with the help of this clinic!

Katie and Jeremiah were awesome at group! They lead the group real well. And it was helpful.Shawna is an amazing counselor. She is always there when I call and helped get me into Oxford which is super great for my recovery!

I’ve been going to sound integrated for almost a year. I love the family atmosphere! Erycka is always kind, and I love that they offer more services now for all of those working a recovery program. I think adding Shawna to their team will only improve the amount of success Sound Integrated has. The only downside is the amount of time it takes to be seen sometimes.

The visits to Sound Integrated Health are not only tolerable but dare i say enjoyable with their attentiveness to the patients and the good moods they always show for themselves and help to get you in before your appointment is finished. im not feeling tortured and annoyed by end of visit like i do after sitting at other doctors offices. This office has been truly life saving,enabling me to get over a 20 year heroin problem. I am always treated with the utmost respect by everyone working there. I highly recommend anyone needing help to go see them. If you are an idiot and get kicked off, (like me), get your sh#* together and they might give you another chance.

I work at nonprofit inpatient treatment center and I work directly with SIH and they are amazing. Erica services is beyond approach and is always personable to my treatment. She makes sure all my clients are taken care of and we also started doing tele health at our site because of SIH. Tele health make it so my treatment staff can have more time to services the clients. SIH has helped the facility in many pinches where I know other MAT providers would not be able to help us. They are also pretty funny and amazing. Also Kristina is the best as well!

If it was not for Sound Integrated Health and the amazing staff I dont know if I would be alive today. If you or someone you love needs help escaping addictions grip, Sound Integrated Health is your first and last stop.

I only wish the sitting area was larger. Not much room to move around especially when its busy. Overall i was very comfortable. The nurses and Dr are very hospitable and helpful

Honestly, I only give 2 stars because the nurses there are extremely awesome. I honestly have never had such great customer service. They are very welcoming, and professional but at the same time very laid back. They make you feel like they really care about YOU and take the time to get to know every patient on a first name basis. The reason I rated it 2 stars is because of how unwelcoming, impersonal, as well as fast ( in and out, your here great heres your script) the doctor is. I felt I was just a chart, rather then a patient. He doesnt explain much of anything other then if you ask him to and when he says anything its so fast and always rushed.

Cascade mental health Tacoma is AWESOME. They are simply the best. The people who work here make this place great. They’re always working hard and manage to be friendly the whole time. I feel like I’m at home everytime. They are really understating and always try their hardest to cater to my needs. Even when I misssed appointments or running late they’ve helped get me in there as soon as possible.
