Helpful staff. I have rented things here 4 or more times. Only thing to know is that it is first come, first serve on equipment unless you get a delivery set up.

Great place for everything home. Note: you are NOT allowed to test out the toilets there. Evidently, they are for display purposes ONLY.Who knew??

My neighbors bought a floor model fridge and not more than 3 weeks ago one of my brothers picked up a floor model. Home Depot does not deliver floor models so I put a $15.00 buck deposit on a pallet to help stabilize the load. Well today the 2 girls working the tools rental said we dont let pallets go out and I tell them that I got one from there before and this snotty little girl shakes her head no, telling me that did not happen when it freaking did! Just because you dont know and cant be bothered to learn something new does not mean it cant be done. Finally a superstar sales associate appears on the scene with a pallet. I normaly give HD 5 stars due to their helpfulness and willingness to seek answers, today due the those girls attitudes they are only getting 2 stars.

I do their deliverys this is the only home depot that has with curbside the employeed are just standing out there lolly gagging one gentleman today outside just sat around until he got off i was at curbside for a hour under staffed like always i feel like i work here and thats not good please fix ur curbside

If you need to rent tools for a project this is the place!

One of the ladies was very rude acting like she knew everything and treated us lime we were lying when i told her that we needed more time due to their equipment breaking down the whole time we had it... My husband is a heavy machinery operater for 15 years now... Pretty sure he knows what hes doing

Tool rental employees are the worst, website shows unit available I drove 20min to rent it and they told me Down !Really after asking why you have it available on your website, his respond well it broke over the weekend I havent take it down, is Friday you stu... sh..
