Good selection of items. I changed the review as though I waited a long time for my order to be pulled, the person who assisted me was cheerful, had a good attitude and helped me lift the heavy item into my car. I think the issue may have been related to short staffing. Thank you!

Went in to buy composite decking. Customer Service counter for ordering it. Dylan assisted us. He went above and beyond to give the best service for helping to select the decking and to visually verify that the material we needed was on hand. Even found 16ft boards even when the inventory said they were out. Saved us a trip to Puyallup. If he hadnt checked we would have been delayed by a day or so. Super courteous and extremely helpful. He didnt normally work decking or lumber, but he helped us out nevertheless. He spent over 30 minutes getting us deck clips and making sure we had everything we needed. Outstanding.

This Lowes has a smaller garden center than most, but makes up for its size in great finds usually. Their outdoor section is nice, but the indoor section for houseplants and tropicals is were it can really shine for me. There is almost always something cool and unusual to find.

#1) Employees didnt understand products (electric paint & stain spray units; compressor spray units)... then #2) couldnt purchase using a military discount since I wasnt registered on line!...Took my business down the street to Home Depot where the service was excellent, employees were very prepared with product knowledge and I received a military discount by simply presenting my DoD (Army) identification card.

They couldnt cut keys because they only have 2 new kiosk type machines, that rejected a simple mailbox key & a car key that is shown in their signage. Im going to Lakewood Hardware & Paint in Lakewood because I asked the Lowes associate to phone them to ask about old fashioned guided by hand cutting machines and they do & they will be able to cut my 2 types of keys as well as the customer standing near me who was getting no where with his key cutting need. Two stars for the polite associate at Lowes.

Layout is much better then the Lowes in Lakewood. I have unfortunately heard its not the best place to work at and has theft everyday 😕 but if you go early in the morning it is a calm and welcoming experience.

Pretty terrible customer service experience. Ordered a hot water heater with 4 in stock on 6/29, scheduled delivery for 7/7. I stayed home 7/7 to receive the delivery. I cheked the order status after not getting a call or anything and the website said it was on back order. No information from the store concerning the delayed delivery, no call, very unprofessional.I called and had a great interaction with someone from the pickup desk but ultimately they couldnt magically find me a hot water heater. Waited on hold for 15 minutes for a manager and no one ever came.Today I finally gave up and ordered from home depot.

Awesome place they have everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Hardware department is so clean as is the rest of the store.

Lowes offers good selection of home Appliances with good price. We bought a fridge today.I gave a two star, because we literally had to wait for 30 minutes to get a sales person to provide us sales service. In the 30 waiting minutes, we had to approach 2 Lowes staff to chase a sales person.

Bought washer and dryer set with pedestals, had to wait about 10 mins for service, once served, fast order entry, good warenty support and great choice of brands and colors, prices good.

Needed some glass cut for a window, but their cutting machine has been down for month and it dont sound like they plan on fixing it. Employees are nice enough if you can find one or get their attention.

Couldnt find what I was looking for, there was hardly anyone on the floor to find to assist me and when I did finally find an employee, they couldnt find what I needed either, even after fumbling around with their hand held inventory checker for nearly 5 mins. Eventually I just gave up and left.

A bit difficult finding help... I was there with electrical questions. However when I stopped an employee obviously beaded somewhere with a purpose, he gave me Light Bulbs 101. At the same time he showed attention to another customer who needed assistance, but he did it without leaving me. If Id written down his name I would recommend him. It was May 18th, midday, at the store on Orchard Street in Tacoma, WA.

The people there were helpful. I took my client to buy a fan. They only had a few left. It will be a heat wave this weekend.

Wood quality has dropped almost as much as the price has risen... And apparently they arent bothering to enforce mask mandates, so cool...Went in again to order several hundred dollars worth of choice pine (yeah, I know), asked a group of three employees for a hand saw to cut a single piece of trim down to a loadable size, and was told they didnt have one for customers, but that I could buy one. (This is a standard service that all hardware stores provide) If you need anything that requires a trained employee, look elsewhere.

Went here looking for A76 button battery. Not in stock on the battery display in the front of the store. It appears that Lowes does not carry it at all. Asked an employee for help they sent me on a wild goose chase to the back wall of the electrical department. No batteries to be found.

Shorter lines than Home Depot, similar inventory. Staff seemed eager to help. I prefer shopping at businesses with more progressive politics, so I am willing to drive a little farther to go to Lowes

Very unhappy. Bought new refrigerator and their horrible delivery company DSI broke the caster on the bottom. Both companies said too bad, not their fault. We will remember next time we need a large purchase.

I dont normally write reviews, but my experience with the staff today on 5/24 around 1pm was excellent. Wish I had gotten their names because I would like to have given them recognition. I had just moved to a new place without heating, and poor insulation so it gets pretty chilly at night. But since the season is about to change to summer no other stores around the area had space heaters in stock. Lowes had some in stock on their website but when I looked instore me and another Lowes employee couldnt find it. Turns out it was stored away on a pallet somewhere for storage. 3 other employees came by to help find the product and grab me one out of storage. It took about 15 minutes for them to pull it down out of storage. They couldve said that they are stashed away for storage and that they were unable to get it, but they took the time to help me, so thanks if you are reading this, I really appreciated it!

The flooring department is more helpful than most the people that work there.

My favorite store to go to,went to get mice control products, large options to choose from,visited other stores, but they had limited options.

Not a lot of help on the floor. We came in to buy a lot of stuff for our new home and left with only a rug. No one helped us or approached us at all. We had questions that went unanswered or ignored. Maybe staffing was light? Good selection, good layout.

It was nice and clean and there garden center was amazing and all looked very healthy and great plants.

This store is normally pretty well stocked in all departments. Its in a good location and checkout us usually pretty quick, even when the lines are a bit long. Have a question about a product or need help finding something? Good luck finding anyone. If you do find someone, the answer is usually something like Ill send the person from that department over there. The dont show up though. And if theres someone for that department, why arent they there? This store needs to do better with this. Otherwise, its not too bad.

Ive been to this location at least 10 times now and each visit I have a really good experience overall. Ive ordered custom blinds and shopped for paint supplies for random painting projects for my home. The employees in these departments were considerate of my needs, friendly, and efficient. Just days ago, I had a list of supplies for a painting project, but was not familiar with which type of these items to buy. Richard in the paint dept. was great because he was kind, focused on my concerns, and willing to quickly guide me through the process of what to expect from using each product which was greatly appreciated for my involved project. Richard was excellent! Thanks for all the help and great customer service!

Its a typical big box store. They dont seem to have as many associates on the floor as does their competition. Very clean store.

No wonder there is more business at their competition. I got a good price online so went ahead with it but will try next time to get it elsewhere...

Aisles are not properly marked to match up to their online info.. i.e. Benzomatic 16oz propane canister is on aisle Q07 but there is not aisle Q07 marked anywhere and no store employees know where it is either. On top of that it says the store has 47 of them but then you get to the store show an employee and they look up the item number and tell you they are out of stock as you are looking at the website say there are still 47 in stock...

Terrible experience as usual, called and asked if they had a certain product, after about 10 minutes of explaining to them what it was, the guy in electrical walked over and found, he told me what isle he found it on. I then went there couldnt find it ask for help waited 10 minutes ask again, ask for third time, when someone finally agreed to help me find it we finally located it. Low and behold nothing on the Shelf! Full display no product! From talking to the guy on the phone to being in the store was 10 minutes. No conversation on the phone like hey we only have one left do you want me to hold it? or you better hurry weve only got a couple left and Im pretty sure this product isnt in high demand. To the point where, within 10 minutes, theres a mad rush and all the stuff was gone! Theres barely anybody in the store, they probably have more employees in the store that walk by you, then people in the store. You know the employees that walk by you, dont ask if you need anything just smile like theyre not working or something! I always leave Lowes asking myself why did I even bother coming theyre never helpful. I always promised myself Im never going back then I give a second, third, fourth, chance then they hose me again! No wonder theyre closing their stores! this photo pretty much sums it up however theres no way theyd ever asked if you needed help with anything. I wonder if I can give then zero stars....

Answers come way to quick of we dont have what you need...very dismissive! Skip this place and go to Mclelendons, they may charge more, but helpful and friendly there.

Most of the 2x4s I bought last summer they twisted and broke the screws and stuff so I dont know about that I hope if you see this it will help.

The only thing...they dont have tool rentals but we were able to find everything we needed and a very nice employee helped us out. Unfortunately I cant remember his name.

No Bags - even for people with a full cart.Home Depot nearby has bagsI walked up with a cart of small items and requested a bag. The checker informed me that bags are no longer free and are cost five cents. I said yes, I know, and I would like to buy serval because I have a full cart. Her response... we dont sell them. I will never again go through the haste of unloading a full cart one item at a time into my car and then taking several trips into my house because the store wouldnt sell me three bags for $0.15
