They are fast and friendly. They are the go to place to get your fingerprints done, there staff are amazing... They take pride in there work, and there patients are number one.

They have terrible customer service, I’m not gonna say everyone, but some people in there are rude and not helpful at all. not a very pleasant place to go to.

No wait at all

I have always had issues when being fingerprinted. Takes them a long time to get a good print and sometimes have had to have them redone. Shirley was the person, who did my fingerprinting. She was fast, professional, and friendly too!

Very easy... Nice staff... Quick results. Its a bit of an an odd office for it to be in, seems like it should belong to an architectural firm or something of the sort, and its in a strange location. The parking is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars, that part is HORRIBLE. I nearly got struck by another vehicle who was clearly agitated by the dead end parking lot with no room to turn around and was busy looking for parking spaces instead of watching where they were going... Not the companys fault, but certainly not a pleasant experience in the parking lot.

Really slow only one person for paperwork. Lady stayed over time but kinda rude. Prints didnt come out clear enough so waste of money,

The young lady(twice my age: mid 30s) I worked with was a lot of fun and very personable. She was truly appreciated.

Its in a very weird location, in the middle of a residential street. We got there earlier than our appointment and there wasnt much people so they took us early. We were out of there in about 10 minutes.
