Do not use this company for service!!I contacted them back in June of 2019, I had send them the papers I needed served. They then said that nothing will happen until I pay, I received the invoice to pay and at the time I had decided not to move forward with this company. After I had cancelled my request in writing, they must have become mad that I was cancelling and they went out the next day(after I cancelled) to serve my papers, well so they say. It turns out, it was an attempted service which I dont even think they attempted. They then, sent me a bill for $85, even though I cancelled my request prior to the service. I have a long paper trail with the owner Tye with dates. I kept receiving bills each month and emailed and called every month. I then printed out all my email correspondence with him and his company and highlighted the emails stating I cancelled prior to his attempt.Well I have left numerous messages for Tye to call me back and he has not returned one call and has sent me to collections now for a bill that was made up. I have perfect credit and pay all my bills on time. This is not a bill if on the invoice, it states, Your papers will go out for delivery once payment is received I cancelled as soon as I received the invoice and did not pay. The papers went out the NEXT day. They are a fraud and instead of letting me depart in peace, they are so upset I cancelled, they sent me a bill anyways. Do not recommend this company or any correspondence with them I dont have time for this BS.If Tye is reading this, I would like a call back. Their reviews on Yelp are terrible. I will be going to the police department today to file a fraudulent report.

Do not go here for fingerprinting. They charge $85. I would have gone to the police station but they arent doing them because of covid. The police station charges $10. Absolutely ridiculous that they charge that much for 20 minutes of their time.

Needed to find a process service, saw them advertised and decided to try them. Used this service for approximately 2 years. There was no billing, always demanded their payments up front. Okay, no problem. But what I got towards the end was 1) original proofs of service that I needed in court being mailed to wrong city or arriving late in the mail and impacting my eviction process in court. On these occasions I would have to personally travel all the way out to their office to get the. document in time for court. On one occasion Ty said he would leave the document for me in a container by the front door . Again travelling all the way from Renton at night to Fredericksburg to get it. ...guess what ...no document left. No apology but an explanation that he had to go work out. Blatant lack of professionalism and never an adjustment offered on the fee for any of these service failures. On the occasion that the document was not left as promised I suggested that he could have someone drop it off to me. He said he could..... for an additional fee. I had to travel back the next day get the document.On one instance with eviction papers needing to be served and the household asking.who it is and not opening the door, the server tells them and announces she will return the next day. That assured that they would be eagerly awaiting her return.There are plenty of other process and legal services out there. Greyhound was a dismal experience.

These guys are absolutely terrific! Our landlord, who owned the home, decided to unjustly keep all of our very large security deposit. I tried for months to track him down with no luck. So off to small claims court.This organization stepped up and with smart, creative and persistent effort served him, even as he too tried his best to lie and evade them. Tye Goetz and the group at Greyhound Legal did a great job for me. I needed my defendant personally served for a divorce here in Southeastern Virginia (Virginia Beach). I contacted Greyhound and was quoted a very reasonable price (frankly, I was expecting it to be more expensive, as Ive had some process servers in other states charge $100 or more for personal service). I transmitted the documents to Greyhound and the defendant was personally served later that same day.
