Rude and unprofessional. Not prepared for my appointment. Unfriendly poor customer service. Did not even complete the fingerprinting it was so unpleasant and unprofessional. Clearly not used to running a business from home.Edit: You forgot about my appointment. None of the lights were on outside making it hard to even find the location let alone see your multiple doorbells in the dark in 40 degree weather. If one of your bells does not work, you should have a sign or cover it up. I rang the bell and waited then called when I arrived, on time for my scheduled appointment. The person on the phone sounded surprised, said Oh! Okay, Terri will be right down. I did not want to wait in the cold darkness any longer so I turned the knob and let myself in, to what I thought was the front office of your home bussiness. When you did finally come down (much longer than 30 seconds) you came down in house clothes with your hair not done, like you just got out of bed or off the couch. You did not introduce yourself and your attitude was nasty and hasty. You gave me instructions in a disrespectful tone and were even scrutinizing things pre filled out by the Department of Health themselves. You then sat down and started texting to yell at your dad for letting me in. But when you found out he had not you then turned to yell at me. I was expecting to be greeted and treated as a customer but was treated as and intruder instead. If you dont want customers in at certain times, try locking your door. I thought it was unlocked because you were expecting me, and had the courtesy to not make me wait outside in the cold. I see you do not have any courtesy at all.
