A great mechanic whos honest is gold to find. Mac Guy is my Mac-chanic now. The turnaround was quick and the work impeccable. He diagnosed my Macbook Pro and we had great and honest communication about how to proceed forward. He went above and beyond and kept it to my discussed budget. Im definitely bringing all mac products here until one of us retires.

I needed a battery replacement for my Macbook pro. The owner saved me hundreds of dollars compared to other stores. He also gave me different options and pricing for an apple or aftermarket battery. Give him a call, you can trust this shop and youll save some money.

I think the Mac Guy is great! I have a 2011 MacBook Air, and run my entire business from it. He has saved me tons of $$$ over the years. I trust his work and his recommendations and have recommended him to friends and family for their Mac laptops and desktops. I’ve since moved to Vashon Island from Tacoma but it’s worth the ferry ride to know my work computer is in good hands.

Would give a negative million if I could. Simply this is what happened and what could happen to you. I brought my computer here over a month ago. At that point and time I was told that it would take 3-7 days. When I hadn’t heard from him after two weeks I decided to call to get an update, and was told he hadn’t even started on it. Then another week passed and he knew what the issue was, he let me know that he would have to ship it, and that it would take a couple more weeks, I said okay that’s fine. Today after another 3 weeks past, I called to get yet another update. He then told me his notes ran out and couldn’t remember what was wrong with mine. This meant that he didn’t ever ship it or even start fixing it. I wasted a month and a half waiting for my computer to be fixed and this guy didn’t even begin. He said he “forgot”. He is the definition of incompetence. He makes me want to become a teacher so that I can help educate people like him. I might get a masters degree Just to teach people how to take notes. Couldnt be more happy that I found The Mac Guy. Helped me out get my old mac book pro running better than new. I thought he might be able to get it back to operational, but no, our laptop came home running better than it EVER has, AND is sparkling clean. The Mac Guy knows his stuff, and so much more too. I brought in my 2012 13” MacBook Pro for a battery change. I gave him a call prior to going and he immediately gave me an accurate quote for what I asked; a very rare quality.He replaced the battery and cleaned the whole computer for the first time since 2014 for only a small amount more than the original quote. It was filthy. He showed me. A bargain.As my laptop is working wonderfully and the gentleman was an upstanding, straightforward person, I wholeheartedly rate the Mac Guy 5 stars.

Mark did a great job restoring my MacBook that wouldnt turn on. He quoted me much lower ($300+) than the other repair companies and my laptop is now up and working again without issue! It took some time to get my MacBook back due to his parts supplier being slow, but he communicated with me every step of the way.

Good service! The guy knows what he is doing. He does business honestly, and from my experience, will not try to add on additional charges without good reason.

Poor experience. Hours are limited and Mark struggles to return your calls. Showed up during business hours and stood on his porch for 10 minutes waiting for him to open the door.Brought in a computer with a broken charging port. Decided to just pull data off of the computer instead of fix it. I came in to get it and he said that we agreed over the phone to “scrap” the computer. I never agreed to that and now the computer is gone. Hard for me to believe that he threw away the computer while at the same time selling me a used hard drive with my data on it. I paid $200 to get my data and lose a computer.
