I recently took my archaic laptop that had Windows Vista running on it to Drew to change out the operating system and get it to run better. I like my laptop it has features on it that the newer laptops dont; Ten-key and DVD. Drew was upfront from the beginning saying that he would do his best and a couple of times tried to steer me to a refurbished one but indicated he did like a challenge. He kept me informed every step of the way what he could do or not do. We agreed on a price and a week later I now have my laptop running like a champ! Had a horrible experience here. Came in for a cracked laptop screen, after ordering the screen and him calling me to tell me it was repaired I called to pick it up and he had broken it again, AFTER telling me it was fixed already. After he had to fix it the 2nd time I picked up my laptop and the job was less than quality, with the screen not properly fitting in the frame and denting and chipped marks now appearing on the side of the computer. I have no idea how this guy has such good reviews on here and I encourage you to NOT go here if you want a good job done on your device.

I am so happy to discover Drews shop. He really knows his stuff and was able to fix my PC which had a very difficult issue. His prices are very reasonable. My computer was fixed the day after the needed part arrived to his shop.

I took my computer in because it got dinged on the left side, so in a panic I was looking for repair shops cause I was tight on money, someone found Drews place and I thought that I might as well give it a shot. It turns out he got the repairs done like it never happened, but unfortunately the first 2 screens we ordered were broken, so I waited a bit longer than expected, but Drew didnt charge for the other screens we ordered, so in the end, I payed $70 for the frame and $94 for the, so about a total of $164. Would definitively recommend Drew for PC repairs, and he has great service!

I dropped my laptop and the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working. I took it to Drew, and he fixed it. Not only did he fix it, he took the back off, cleaned my computer thoroughly, reloaded some software tightened up my hinge screws and when he was finished my computer worked better than it ever had. And one more thing, it cost me half of what I expected then it was completed in a day. You can tell that he enjoys his work and he is good at it. If youre having computer issues I would definitely recommend you go there.

I recently built a PC for Christmas but could not get it to post even after switching out suspected faulty components. Highly recommend this shop to anyone having computer issues. We have a 5 year old desktop that would not boot up. Apparently, the motherboard was toast. Drew replaced the board and gave the insides a good cleaning and our machine is up and running again better than it has in a while. I brought my laptop into Drew because it had bit the dust. He was very nice helpful and knowledgeable. I thought it was just the screen that had went out but he let me know it was the motherboard. He backed up everything off my computer and was able to recommend a used / refurnished computer place. They were very affordable because I had a small budget. I took the new laptop into him and he was able to transfer all my data onto the new one and update and added some programs. He is very tech-savvy and I will definitely bring more business to him. I picked up some malware on my laptop and it was very slow and I couldn’t open Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. Drew cleaned my whole computer and reinstalled my software and my apps. My kids loaded my computer with all kinds of digital junk. Its an expensive computer - Alienware. I didnt buy the $400 tech support when I bought it cause I never thought it would have problems like this. It got to the point that it was a real test of patience to just get it to turn on. I brought it into Drew to look at. He told me that he could have it done by the morning. He called me 4 hours later and said that he was done. I never write reviews or recommend anyone cause I can be hard to please but I was very impressed with Drew. He not only got my computer back to factory new speed he spent some time and showed me how to prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend this guy if your having any computer problems.

I brought my laptop in to have the screen fixed because it had fallen off my desk and shattered. It still worked fine, turned on and everything. I ordered the part that he told me to. It got there, didnt fit. Decided to take it back and just use it for a little bit before getting it fixed somewhere else. Screen did not turn on. Took it somewhere else in a panic. Turns out it was put back together so badly that the cost of repairing it became more than the cost of buying a new laptop. I asked for the money I paid him to put my stuff on a USB for compansation for his mistake, then he had the ordacity to tell me that I was lucky that he didnt charge me for the time he spent on my laptop, even though he told me that he doesnt charge for what he didnt fix and that I should have taken care of my laptop better. Accidents happen. It wasnt like I was just carelessly carrryng it around.Dont waste your time here. Itll just end up causing you more stress and inconvenience than need be. It may even end up costing you way more money than you would have spent anywhere else. The cheap rates are NOT WORTH IT.

Back in May, my 4 year old laptop began to give me trouble. The power button was malfunctioning and I couldnt keep it active for the life of me! My college work was inaccessible! I took my computer to Drews and he found out what was wrong. He wasnt able to fix the issue (my poor laptop was just worn out and breaking down after 4 years of college work and commuting), but he was able to save all of my files on my hard drive and transfer it over to my new laptop, only charging for a transfer fee!
