Line moves quickly to get in and out. The vacuum stations can be hit and miss. Make sure to check nozzle for clog before paying. Tip, they usually have towels to wipe down car after wash near the attendants at car wash entry.

A good car wash that has a nice auto pay system and friendly staff.

This is one of the better BB tunnels in the area. The whole wash process is just a bit longer and it would seem that it is better maintained. Do beware that tunnels are great to get that quick wash but not good for your cars paint and finish. This is not an issue here but all car wash tunnels.

Had the Beary Best car wash and filled my tank with gas but had to go inside to the clerk because my Chevron Card wouldnt work at the pump.

Nice but the crew need to hand out the air freshener . i have to ask every time i go . they also need to have better brushes that wash the cars. It gets busy so they have no excuse.

Great wash for the price through and gone in minutes

There second to Classy Chassis. One thing I dont like about this place is I feel as if they rush you through the car wash and put cars to close together. If the car in front of me wants to hit on the breaks to get extra drying at the end I have no control on if I hit that car because they want to make extra money by rushing you through and putting cars to close together. They need to separate cars by 2 seconds longer in my opinion. Because they get mad when they wave you forward and I dont go, because this is my car I have to worry about. You do your job and Ill do mine!

They system does a nice job of taking 95% of the dirt of the vehicle. Clean towels to dry it off, good place to keep your car clean!

Great carwash! They have three cleaning options for your vehicle. They also offer endless washes for only 25 bucks a month!! The carwash is a fabric wash, so its gentle on your vehicle! Also the blow dryers are super powerful. !

Armorall machine ate my money. The Bearry best did not clean the bugs off my windshield or front of the vehicle for 16 dollars. Attendant was really nice, though.

Cleaned up my car pretty good but could not take care of the growth on my roof it got for sitting for years. All in all the car has never looked better and they cleaned my wheels pretty well.

Nice tunnel car wash. Even had an human attendant and a robot ticket taker. I put almost forty gallons of premium in the 69 suburban, got the works car wash and it made that old truck look presentable. Didnt hurt the antennae either and got a good lick in on the wheels and tires.

The only complaint I have is that the system doesnt seem to work well on hatchbacks like my 17 Forester.I had to wash the back when I got home.Changed to 4 star. Ive gotten the monthly package. They do take a brush to the back, but still, for flat back hatches I think the system could do better.

This Brown Bear was having a rough day. When I pulled in their card reader stopped working, so they had 2 lanes into one. You paid or had your scan read at the office before going in the wash. As I was getting to the blow dryer, the wash stopped working and had to be restarted. All the associates were wearing their masks. I didnt use the vacuums as I wasnt sure of the cleaning or sanitizing procedure. This car wash is always very busy.

We love going here. They pre-scrub problem areas before you go into the wash. Soft brushes clean your car better then the scrub free car washes. Employees are wearing masks which I like even though they dont come into contact with you. Safety first. I highly recommend Brown Bear Car Wash.

Awful car wash, didnt get anywhere close to a clean car, tyres still dirty, body still dirty, windows still dusty and paying $1.50 for 4 minutes of vacuuming is borderline criminal. Our car wasnt even that dirty to begin with...

Price has gone up about $3 for the basic also the middle and likewise the luxury. You can also buy a monthly unlimited wash pass for $29.99 pretty good deal. They have 2-pay kiosk which make it faster to get your car in and out when theres a lot of people. There is still an attendant that will help you direct your car on to the marker as it slides into the washer. Brown bear does a fairly good job of cleaning Ill rate it a 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. Dont go during lunch hours very busy likewise homebound Rush.

Horrible! Paid 27.00 for unlimited washes and when I got there I had to pay 10.00 more. I called and they stated that the person who signed me up never finished setting it up! They said they refund my 10.00 but hasnt showed on my account!!!

Normally I have a pleasant experience With Brown bear car wash the last time that I went the wash broke down my vehicle was only half washed I call to complain they told me to return and they will wash it for free I did that. But now theres spots on my truck that looks like there is oil on the paint. It will not wash off. I guess I wont be returning. To bad I have five cars that i will have to wash by hand this sucks.

I should have learned my lesson the 1st 5 times coming thru. I always pay for the higher priced car wash.. the workers use the brush on cars in front and behind me but never my car, always. Why is that? And in all the times Ive come through Ive never gotten an air freshener. Today was my last time coming through.

Van wouldnt fit. Seemed to run smoothly though. Big poly guy was great when he had to tell me to turn around. He felt bad.

The staff is friendly and the car wash goes quickly. I always ask for an extra space between my vehicle and the one behind me. They have towels to use to wipe down the inside while you are cleaning out the inside.

This place is popular so always a line. So plan this to be 10 minutes.

I glad they were able to finally get a brown bear in the area. I worked for them over a decade ago now. But they were a great company to work for. I would go back to work for them if I could. I usually only wash my car once a month but I always make sure I have my son with me. He loves riding thru it. I think it fascinates him.
