Decided to go for the Tidal Wave wash plus the wax so for a total of $16 we didnt have to stand outside in the frosty October air and wash the mountain mud off our car. So grateful! It was fast and efficient. Car looks great. If we had wanted to use the free diy vacuums we could have. Really a nice convenient location and so easy to enjoy a clean car!

I have been using this car wash since it opened and have never had an issue, however, I went through it today and iI had to come home and rewash my car. The car wash missed all the dirt.

Clean and well maintained location. Staff a very good at controlling flow during rush hours, and try to assist every car onto the belt. Wash area has large windows allowing great lighting and enjoyable atmosphere while getting your car washed. Free vacuum equipment is good quality and well maintained, vacuum area is clean and easily accessible. I use the unlimited monthly pass and enjoy the quick access I get every day.

Ive never seen a long line here. State of the art equipment that cleans my car and SUV perfectly.The prices could be a bit cheaper.Friendly staff also.

This is the worst car wash Ive ever used. I paid $20 for the tsunami wash plus wax which didnt wash or clean my car properly at all. There was dirt in a lot of spots and the wash itself was very quick and I didnt feel like I got what I paid for. The car wash I regularly use at my local gas station is only $12 and it includes wax and actually cleans my car and its a much longer wash then this get in and get out style car wash. I will never use this car wash again. Save yourself the disappointment and go to your local gas station car wash and pay way less and get your car actually clean and leave satisfied. It was a complete waste of $20.

It does a pretty good wash but the rinse left quite a bit of soap behing.

Staff is polite and helpful, prices are fair, car comes out clean. Sometimes theres a long wait for vacuums. I always pay extra to add wax, and lately Im not very impressed with it.

Friendly service team, but horrible wash tunnel. After 3 re-washes of the tsunami still had dirt and areas not clean. They sped up the drive to push out more volume. Vacuums clogged up and time out too quick. Focus on quality not quantity. Not to mention the 15 second air-dry.....Disappointed. Next time instead of stopping to wash my car at The Wave, well just wave as we pass by.

After returning from a road trip, I had lots of bugs on my car. This car wash only removed about 80% of them. They advertise a spot free dry - what a joke. I had to use my windshield wipers just to see out. And there were spots of water that dried all over the car. Not worth the money!

First time weve used it a little out of our way and that are Brown Bear on Pacific Avenue has closed. Military Monday is appreciated reduced the price my Cadillac Escalade came out looking like new thank you. Was not aware that I needed to bring my own towels to finish up the job certainly will next time.

I used this car wash today and there were several cars however I paid for the top wash with added wax. I went through the wash “very quickly” and as I wash vacuuming my car I seen several white spots everywhere, areas of dirt still on my car that I literally washed off with my finger, I told an attendant which had me go through the wash again for free and suggested I get a dry towel. So I did and after the 2nd wash I still was not impressed. I honestly don’t think I got wax on my car. I really think we all get the same wash and pay for more. I will not be going back. I was not pleased at all.

Save your money and go to a Chevron. You will get a better wash and wax and your car may actually get clean. I spent $20 and my car is still extremely dirty. Waste of money!

This place is by far the best car wash to go to in the area. I say this because they have free vaacuming, where all of the vacuums work nicely, and they have plenty of spots to use the vacuum. I drove 30 minutes just to get here, and it was 100% worth it. The wash itself was also a good addition. There are a few of other “The Wave” car washes, but this is the only one that has free vacuum, and for that reason alone, is why I will always come to this one.

We are on the monthly pass... Love the ease although sometimes the vehicle doesnt come out too clean... Especially the rear end.

Their employees are pleasant and profession. I mean, what else can I say about a car wash, other than it gets the car clean every time.

I honestly cant tell what the difference is between the 3 prices, but my car is cleaner when I come out. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even unplugged the vacuum I was using!

Really great car wash that has comparable prices to others in the area. Sometimes it can get rather busy but typically it is a quick stop. I would recommend the car wash club as you get one wash a day for a reasonable price.

I wish they would put a time limit on use of the vacuums. With only every other stall open the wait time is pretty long and it doesnt seem to be enforced that people need to vacuum their cars and then move on so that the line doesnt keep building up. The vacuums almost always have low suction as well so they should fix that too.

And when I got for that $16 was a car wash that missed the left side of my windshield many many spots all over my car and did not remove bird poop at all I was very disappointed on how much this car wash did not wash my car and it was a true waste of money I will not return

Very quick car wash. I love that they have free vacuums to use. Nothing against the car wash facility, but maybe there should be signs that when youre done vacuuming, pull your car out of the stall. Due to covid, they closed half of the vacuum stalls. One lady was wiping her windows with kleenex, after she was done with the vacuum, took her about 10-15 minutes. Another lady was taking pictures of her car then she was probably busy posting her photos to her social media accounts...she took a good 20 minutes of just sitting in her car, all while there were cars lined up, waiting to vacuum out their vehicles. Other than that, Id recommend this place to anyone.

Probably one of the most FUTURISTIC Tunnel Car Washes i have seen, I enjoy the free vacuums, I think $16 for the top wash is a little high with the $2 wax upgrade which goes to $18 I recommend you dont get the wax as it leaves a lot of residue and the car comes out nicer without it. Also kinda irritating how the vacuum nozzles are usually clogged and they fall out of the holders and you have to press a button every 3 minutes but other that that stuff its a great Modern Tunnel car wash! Such a shame its 45 Minutes from me :(

Great quick service, my car is super clean! The hood could have been cleaned better but my doors feel so smooth! Definitely worth the money, maybe do a prewash at home if your car is super dirty like mine hahahaha

I love this car wash. The friendly workers who be at the window. I love hiw their machines makes my car shiny and beautiful. And their vacuums are super duper when it comes to cleaning out your car.

I would give them 5 stars but the vacuum is not very good and sometimes I have to go through 2 times to get the soap off my car. I do like that I can get daily washes for my car with the one monthly fee. The Employee are very good and have no problem letting you go back through when your car still has sosp on it. There system does not scratch my car. I like the way it cleans. Make sure when you go on the belt youre slowed down. I would recommend if your car is supper dirty you go through twice. All in all its ok place to wash your car

This car wash will brake your vehicle have seen it tear off numerous rear wipers with no remorse after the fact. Went to brown bear instead.

It does a really good job and have staff there around to make sure theres nothing in your truck thats gonna fly around.... yes I was that guy who forgot to look on the back. But the guy noticed and I put my things in the truck :)The wash was super clean. Ill go back next time I need one and will be MY go to Car Wash.

This is the most thorough tunnel you can go through by far. There are many layers of rollers and a long rinse and dry step. Free, easy vacuums help you do a complete clean of your car.

The worst car wash on the planet. Payed $16 and car was dirty after the wash. There are couple touchless car washes that wash 100% good but this one sucks. Never go here again not worrh it. Dont go.

Im highly annoyed I was told to come to this car wash location after receiving a horrible experience at the Tumwater location. I went through the wash and my car is still more dirty than it was when I arrived. Theres still Hella dirt all over my car. I should of went to the brown bear wash versus this car wash.
