Fantastic service! Ryan deserves a raise for exemplary customer service. When I saw the unit and realized the size I was disappointed with the original placement. He went above and beyond to locate a more suitable location that really saved the overall aesthetic of my yard. He and his partner, Dominic, were extremely polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated the care they took in installing my unit and explaining to me how everything works. Dominic took great care in assembling the air handler including creating a plenum that looks highly professional. I will always rely on ranger for my needs after today’s great service!

It was so notable that a knowledgeable person answered the phone, gave me guidance to troubleshoot, and got to our home in a timely manner. Not a typical experience. This was also not a problem that was clear, yet it was investigated to include the crawl space on an 85 degree day. The issue was then resolved for half the price I had anticipated. Great company!

They are always on time and responsive. I have also used them to do winter maintenance on my fireplace insert. I highly recommend.

The gentleman who came out to give estimate took the time to help me figure out what I needed/ wanted for comfort, which was very helpful in my decision to not go with a heat pump but a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner. I am happy with my new system. They went over everything before they left and did a basic programing of the thermostat which was most helpful. They have my vote!

I called and had them come out to give me a quote to move a air conditioning/heat pump unit they had installed a few years ago. After Spending 15 minutes outside looking at what I wanted done and another 15 in his vehicle the technician said he would email me the bid end then asked me to pay a $200 service fee. I wouldn’t have minded the charge had some service actually been performed but all he did was look at everything and give me a quote. Unfortunately the quote ended up being more than 2x that of a competitor who provided their quote for free.

The representative was professional and thorough and explained things to me. He also was quiet and nice to our big dog which is a plus with us. Some people are intimidated by the dog but not this lovable guuy!

I had a cleaning and tune-up with this company and within months of that my furnace would not produce heat. I called them again to get someone out here and during our hour or so of him on site, his array of diagnoses was everywhere. It was a little unnerving how quickly he would jump to a conclusion and provide a quote. I would have to continue to prod him to prove to me his diagnosis was in fact accurate but he would be wrong each time until we came to a scenario where he couldnt realistically prove that was the problem.This company wont take responsibility for things breaking due to their work and continue to try to find ways to charge you for diagnostic best-guesses and cannot guarantee their diagnosis (but believe me, theyll still charge you for it). And of course they know this so they will use this level of diagnostic-unease/lack of guarantee to suggest that the only sure-fire way to fix a furnace is to have it replaced with a brand new one. Dont trust a company that doesnt even trust its own workmanship.*edit - as a response to the owners response, I had another contractor come out and check things and it was not a malfunctioning circuit board issue. You charged me $110 bucks for your best guess that turned out to be wrong.

After purchasing a new home with oil heat we decided to make the switch to an electric heat pump setup. From first contact to completion of install the staff at Ranger was friendly, professional and timely. On top of the great service they were the lowest price after several bids.Dan was responsive and informative during the quote/sales side. Julie was great with the scheduling and coordination with the duct cleaning. Finally Connor and Matt did a great job removing the oil furnace, keeping us in the loop and getting the whole process done in a little more than a day.Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them.

I had Ranger install a new furnace and on demand water heater last year. Today was the first service. The whole process was so easy and thorough. Making the appointment, confirming, reminders, all the way to the technician contacting me upon leaving, in route and upon arrival were spot on. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. He estimated the time of service and answered my questions. It was more than I expected but definitely doable for peace of mind!

These folks are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have the installation of ACs and furnaces done. The estimate was short and sweet while answering all of my questions, they were not the lowest bid I received by close and I am willing to pay the little extra to feel comfortable knowing the job is done right.The team sent to my house took about 7 hours but they did an AC install and replaced an older furnace with a high efficiency model.

Technician Daniel Weber came by to take a look at my furnace to figure out why the heat would keep shutting off after couple seconds of running. Examined the thermostat then went to examine the furnace. After a couple minutes he tells me $163 for a little piece in the furnace to be replaced. I tell him, “Great! Is that it?” he says to me, “that might be the least of your problems.” He then tells me in order to get another part in my furnace fixed or replaced it would be 1200$ added to the 163$. Even after that there might be more problems. I’m thinking is he trying to get as much as he can out of me? So I stop him and tell him, “Sorry, we’re gonna have to stop cause I can’t afford this right now..” He puts back the old piece he was going to charge me 163$ to replace and tells me if I change my mind they can send someone out the next day. After he leaves I text my landlord what Daniel Weber told me needs to be replaced and for how much. My landlord texts back, “he sounds fishy.” and says, he can buy a furnace for that price (which I’m wondering why Daniel mention that as an option?) Long story short, my land lord comes over and takes a look at my thermostat finds out a wire in the thermostat needed to be fixed and now we have heat again. Thank God I had him put back the piece he was going to charge me 163$ for, cause it’s running fine and we have no problems.

I honestly thought they wouldve here longer for the job they did.We even chatted about when they come back and how the installation of the ductless heating system will go.Greatly impressed! Grateful they were here within 24hrs of my call! Other places either didnt call me back- or said it would be next week. The office staff who answered the call knew just what an emergency a dishwasher could be. Grateful is what I am today!

Daniel came in to service my original 1978 furnace and found a cracked heat exchanger. After this amount of time I figured I would be needing a new one any way. The Ranger team is always responsive, efficient and professional. Heat pump was on the fritz - and we didnt notice because we were gone for 2 weeks. Upon coming home to a 55 degree house, we called Ranger who dianosed the condition over the phone, helped us get up and running that night for emergency heat, and dispatched 2 technicians the next morning to resolve. Painless payment process (tablet and credit card), professional guys (even wore booties in the house), and quality advice as to how to keep the heat pump running optimally.

We have just had a ductless system installed by Ranger and are very happy. From our initial sales meeting to installation everything went smoothly,and we are enjoying the warmth in our home. The only thing that could have been better was that the day installation was set to start the technicians noticed some challenges that sales staff could not have anticipated, and there was a potential for a change in the quote. Ideally, techs would walk through before a job starts and make sure the quote matches the actual job. We worked it out and we were very happy with the work. The techs worked super hard, put in some very long days,,and we appreciate the attention to detail. We would recommend Ranger!

The Ranger team is awesome from start to finish. I started out by contacting them for details and a quote. From there I did additional market research and compared their offerings versus local competitors. All of my questions were promptly answered and members of their team checked in to make sure I had what I needed. I purchased through their partner credit union with the rebate versus the Tacoma power $10k loan based on time of request to installation and certification. Credit union route was fairly quick. Once the payment was confirmed, we were booked for an installation date within three weeks in the summer. The installation crew was absolutely awesome and really professional. They did a great walkthrough and gave me the chance to voice any needs or specifications that I wanted them to meet. The quality is great and I would 100% recommend the Ranger team for your heating/cooling needs. I plan on having them continue to service the system for years to come.

Jared found the faulty, worn, wire that caused the problem, and corrected it right away. I was without heat for 4 days. Finally I got an appt. with Ranger Heating and Cooling. They sent Daniel today. He was a godsend. I had a problem with another company, they tried to scam me...I didnt use their service...the price was terrible. When Daniel came today, he had the furnace fixed within an hour...I found out the other company was going to charge me a lot of money for what they said they would have to do. He is a great technician that was honest and what was wrong with the furnace was not what the other company said was wrong..He did a great job. Ranger Heating and cooling was hired to install a new heating and cooling system for our office and for our warehouse. None of the 4 systems in our buildings habve functioned properly since install. They have had to come out to service the systems many times in less than 3 years. Many being like 10 times. They are now trying to charges us $2000 to refill a system that completely leaked out, due to their shotty work. These systems where completely brand new not retrofits, and have never worked correctly. The unit is still under warranty and they still will not fix it even after all the failures of the systems over the past 3 years. ALL 4 Systems on our property where installed by them and have never worked correctly, I cant say that enough times. We have offices that will be 78 degrees while others are 68 degrees. Our warehouse system was supposed to go 10 degrees colder than it even can. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE> They will not fix their work and they do not stand behind their work. Worst they will try and charge you $350 to show up to tell you its broken, when clearly thats why you called them in the first place! TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Set up a consultant for the next day(Sat), got the financing and paperwork done in under and hour. Joe answered all our questions, walked us through the whole process step by step. The truly great part was the confirmation call Monday about installation set for the next day. The crew txt Thier arrival time and for right to work. Fast and efficient. We were walked through the new system and again answered all our questions. The house is nice and warm again. Thank you. We need anything you will here from us. 😁
