PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL -Jason from Resicon, LLC arrived promptly at 8:00 AM at our Seattle home despite traveling all the way here from Tacoma. Resicon had installed our Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system six years ago, but we had not followed through with regular maintenance checks and we knew that service was well past due. Jason was thorough and professional and explained in clear detail just what needed to be done to keep our system working smoothly. He carefully showed me the amount of dirt that had collected over the years in the blower system of the various unit heads and why that was reducing the efficiency. As such, we are happy to proceed with a full cleaning of each unit head in the house to help improve and maintain our investment in the heat pump system. Jason also was meticulous in his cleaning of every filter and his inspection of the outdoor compressor unit. It is a comfort to know that we have this company to rely on for all our HVAC servicing needs, and this system was certainly a life saver for us during the brutally hot summer months.

Rep on the phone lied and said that the clean and tune included cleaning of the air handler as well as checking the compressor. Tech didnt really do anything other than look at refrigerant lines and hold his hand under the blower. Paid 250 bucks to be told my unit blows cold/hot air. Didnt clean or tune anything. It became obvious very quickly why they require payment upfront.

I should’ve known something was up when it took multiple attempts just to schedule an estimate for an electrical panel upgrade and HVAC maintenance. Then on the day of the estimate, the technician shows 30 minutes late. But wait, there’s more. I was told that I would be sent an estimate same day, but I never received it. After a few days, I emailed customer service to let them know, and I still no response lol smh. I would not recommend this company.

Quick expert installation. They were replacing my original 21 year old furnace and found some issues with the original installation. We went through Resicon to replace our old oil furnace with a Mitsubishi hyperheat ducted heat pump and highly recommend them. I really appreciate Miguels passion for the product. I was impressed that he has even traveled to the manufacturing center in Japan. He even has the same system in his own house. Resicon was the only company we found that addressed 1. decommission of the oil tank, 2.attic insulation, and 3. duct cleaning. They also installed Panasonic ventilation fans, which are a must have! Having one company coordinate all this work really saved us a lot of headaches.Miguel is honest and he never tried to up-sell me on anything. He took the time to understand what we wanted and go through what would work for our house. The crew and staff at HQ were all great. Thanks guys!We had reached out for 3 other bids and I was amazed by the lack of knowledge. I was very specific about wanting the hyperheat (H2i) model because it is efficient down to negative teens and standard heat pumps really lose efficiency around 20 degrees. Two of the companies were well-rated, but were more interested in selling products from another manufacturer. One was very misleading (or full of it) and the other proceeded to claim he was a very smart engineer then tried to sell us on an under-sized system . I can only assume this was due to commission because the equipment I wanted cost more. The third prescribed the same system, but was charging a higher price for less work.We are extremely happy with our heat pump! We no longer have to use our pellet stove and now have every room in the house warm (basement included). Looking forward to the summer months to try the AC. Not only is the system efficient; it is clean, quiet, and hassle free. No more running to the store to buy pellets or cleaning ash. I recommend the H2i models (ducted or ductless) because they keep working when the mercury really drops, but research for yourself. If you have thought about a heat pump or AC, and can afford a $100/month bill then do it! The cost savings end up paying for the job.Thanks to everyone at Resicon. The work you have done has been a total life-changer for us!

From start to the finished product the Resicon team managed this effort professionally. They distanced themselves from the competition and provided total customer satisfaction .The installation crew was cordial worked together well. The end product included an upgrade to the quoted equipment at no additional cost because of availability issues. A nice touch to an already impressive performance.

The Gentlemen that came in are awesome! They are friendly, work efficiently, courteous of our work spaces while trying to get their jobs done and they were very professional and helpful. We are looking forward to doing business with Resicon in the future!

RESICON arrived on time despite the distance they had to travel plus the snow and icy streets. Jason and his partner go right to work. They were polite, efficient and maintained an excellent work ethic. The details of the furnace were explained so I knew what was happening and will happen. When the job was finished the work site was spotless and a job that I assumed would take many hours was surprisingly completed in in a much shorter time. I felt RESICON sent well trained, knowegable, efficient and personable men to restore heat to our home. Thank you RESICON and thank you Jason.
