I loved this place except it only has one elevator so make sure you get there early if you need to use the elevator

Had some discrepancies in my bill I went there at Tammy helped me out she was awesome couldnt have been any more pleased to get this issue resolved!

Great quick pick up. Return was slow, gentleman working the counter said it would be a while because I wanted a printed receipt. Waited and lady ended up helping me. Walked outside and guy who waited on me was cleaning truck. Not sure how long I wouldve waited if lady didnt help me.

Squared away service. Attentive employees.

Great place when you need a TRUCK in a JAM!! Very AFFORDABLE except for the MILEAGE!! $1.00 per MILE adds up QUICKLY! But If you are using it LOCALLY it is a Good deal!!

Used uhaul several times...Received truck with quarter tank.. filled to same spot and received email stating I owed additional 55 dollar fee for fueling costs???????I paid it but will never do that again. Thanks guys appreciate it

Very assistive

A no-nonsense place to rent a truck and get moving supplies. People were nice, and the truck worked, but we only rented a truck for a couple of hours. Basically, we didnt interact with them enough to review their service beyond saying that everything we expected to happen did happen.

That service was good ...the people that work in the back of the store where very helpful. The front desk lady that give me the key was nice..The only thing i didnt like which was my mistake was i end up paying for two rents for being 2hours late i rented the truck for 4hours and it took me 6 hours to move and when i returned the truck i was charged another day for keeping the truck 2 hours over

Positive experience overall. We hadnt used the facility before, but aside from an ancient and temperamental freight elevator (which we finally got the hang of), our experience went smoothly. Tammy and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Ive read elsewhere in the comments about long waits to move stuff in and out, and with a single slow-moving elevator, I can see how this can happen. That was not our experience, however. We were there at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday and had the place pretty much to ourselves.

Easy pick up and drop off now with mobile check in. They always have the size you need. Staff is friendly and helpful, owner works there and is often in the lot making sure that everything is going smoothly.

Upgraded me to next size trailer,which was good no extra charge! But waited for 20 minutes for someone to come in from wherever they were. Drop off in sidney new york was easy

So I am writing this review exclusively about one of their employees, Justin. He is the best employee in New York, maybe even the entire US. Had to return a trailer, something was going wrong, exhausted after a 48hr drive and was on the phone with customer service, when this angel of a man showed up. He fixed everything in less than 10 minutes, gave us a fist bump, a pizza recomendation (by the way, Justin, if youre reading this, the chicken bacon ranch one was delicious) and welcomed us to Syracuse. Oh, and did I mention we were trying to do all of this AFTER the store was already closed???? He just so happened to be there, working extra hours. WHO IS THIS MAN?!?! Amazing, 6/5 stars. Best customer service I ever had.

The staff was fine - some nice, others quite incompetent, but this facility is shady to say the least (think: horror-movie-caliber abandoned doll factory sectioned-off to make rooms onto which you can slap locks).The facility is also rather poorly kept. Its an old building thats in disarray, is obviously never cleaned, has degrading wood beam floors that are patched with sheets of metal that are bolted down to cover goodness-knows-what and when I came to close out my storage unit account, there I found a heap of dead vermin and bugs covering a sticky pad literally right outside of my storage unit door (it had obviously been there a while, but honestly if youre catching FULL sized rodents, pick the thing up instead of leaving it out for customers to see!). Considering all of these things, the monthly cost of a standard 10 storage unit was absolutely not value-priced to reflect these things. In the end, I stored my personal items here for a few months and retrieved them without issue, so I do have to give them at least that much credit since, at the end of the day, thats all you truly need out of a storage space. Basically, it did the trick, but Id never come back and you should know what youre getting into.

Frequently long lines and slow service. This is based off of maybe half a dozen times here. Once the line was so long (about 7 people, with 1 person working)-- i decided to drive across town to a different Uhaul that had no line.In fact, it might not seem as bad if not contrasted by the fact that every other Uhaul Ive been to seems to have basically no line ever...

Easy to rent storage and moving trucks. They have a app for mobile use and online service make the reservation super convenient

I would NEVER use this facility again!!! They are a bunch of thieves. You pay for your belongings to be safeguarded ( you even pay for insurance) but all you get is your things destroyed and or stolen. Mike Streeter oversees this facility is the biggest crook of them all! The facility is nasty, it stinks, and all you are doing is paying for staff to have unauthorized access to your belongings. I guess they feel as if they can help themselves to your things! Dont waste the money or your belongings. If i could, i would rate this nasty thieving ass facility a negative zero!!!!

Made my reservation here before checking all these bad reviews so I had low expectations. Had a reservation for a van, was there even though I showed up early. Lady was nice. Can was clean. No issues.

It took nearly an hour to get the truck I was renting, then they accidentally gave me a van rather than a pickup. Other than that, everything was great. Just be sure to leave plenty of time.

Thanks for the worst moving experience ever. Katrina, the horrible portly woman who works with u-boxes, is the rudest and most incompetent person Ive ever had to deal with. And Ralph is also completely useless and never answers his phone once he realizes that hes made a mistake. I had to waste hours trying to fix their mistakes. I was forced to get all their mistakes resolved at another location. It took me weeks!

I just closed a storage unit I had with them for 3 months. They only have 1 elevator that is single use so you sometimes wait 30+ mins for your turn. Staff are rude and not helpful. I was late paying once, paid them, returned 4 days later to access my things and they hadnt removed their lock from my late pay. I used their phone system and called down to the office and they said they would come up in a minute. They came an hr and 10 mins later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Nice UHaul center. They were prompt with the truck return. Even called me to inform me I had left my ezpass in the truck and I was able to pick it up from them.

Great service, amazing product, and fantastic experience.

Waited more than forty minutes to get a truck. The first computer failed to run the transaction three times and after moving to a different computer, it still wasn’t working. There was no manager on site and when calling the manager, there was no reply. Have to move everything today before I work and wasting a lot of time just trying to get a van. Try to go to a different location if you can.

In the past, I rented U-Haul to move. I screwed up and rented from Budget Rental; never again. U-Haul is the bestest rental 🚛 service for anyone.

Scheduled the trailer ahead of time and they had it as expected and in good condition. 4 states because there we only one guy working and the lady in front of me was having issues so it took a while for him to get get taken care of.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. L-O-U-S-Y. Wanted to know their lock policy, attendant would not give me a definitive answer on whether they will accept a lock other than a disc lock, even though I kept pressing, and even though its a yes or no question. AVOID THIS PLACE

GAVE US A TRUCK WITH BROKEN WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND ROAD SIDE SERVICE CAME AND ONLY REPLACED ONE WIPER HAD TO POST PONE

DO NOT store at this location. I stored my items here over summer vacation and when I retrieved my items they had rat droppings all over them!!!! This really disgusted me and now I have to buy new sheets and comforters, and rewash all of my clothes! horrible place!

Terrible customer service. I called today to ask for some information about pricing and the man who answered the phone said he cant give me any pricing info unless he makes me a reservation using a major credit card. I told him I need information about pricing, truck size, date etc before I can make the reservation and he refused. I told him Ill call a different place.
