The store itself is fine its customer communications are very poor. We had a problem couldnt call store itself had to go there is get problem fixed with hitch lights.

Always friendly, its a hassle free place. Customer service is fantastic and they are very helpful.

James the manager is very friendly and helpful. Such a great guy. I was in the store several times in the last month. I watched him handle an argument between two male customers. He quickly got the situation under control. With out offending anyone. I got a free month of storage and a discount on bundles of boxes and the lock. First month was free. I had my stuff out of the unit in less than the month. With insurance on the unit and the lock I paid $18.74. There were no additional fees. The building located Thompson in DeWitt NY was nice and secured, climate controlled. There were easy access doors and carts to move boxes. Over all I recommend using this bussiness.

Kori, the general manager, was extremely helpful to me when I arrived. I so very much appreciate her help in getting a storage unit, but also with assisting with returning the truck and car tow device. The free month of storage really helped out, and I appreciate all the service! Plus, the dollys I bought later were very well priced against home depot!

Helpful guys! Returned a truck as part of the first half of a one-way move, the two gentlemen I interacted with were pleasantly respectful of my time and got me in and out. They were eager to help me with some paperwork needs too. Relieved they had generous weekend hours. Google requests that I describe the atmosphere - its a U-Haul. Theres exposed concrete and lots of boxes with plenty of orange and black all over the place. IIll happily give them my money for services and recommend them in the future.

James was awesome. Truck worked great. After hours drop off was not great due to website not working great.

Nice van for 24 hour local use.

They allegedly out source their phone calls to a call center that has no idea what they are representing. I asked if I was calling the facility on 6341 Thompson road and she took 30 seconds to answer. She had no idea on lock specifications and had no immediate method of contacting the facility directly. She paused for 2 minute bursts when I inquired on availability and then on the availability of a specific size. They do not deserve business if they associate with such a headache. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Even though closed they had polite phone contacts.

Waited for over 20 minutes while employees ignored me and two other customers. I had to cancel my move and apologize to two other people who were waiting for me. The rudest customer service employee Ive ever met.
