Normally its not to busy on Sundays but it was. Even as busy as it was service was great and the staff was wonderful! Patience pays off! 😊 This place does awesome work! *note new pictures!*

Ive been twice. The first time was fantastic good prices (IMO) the second time was om. The guy who did my nails was great. But they do not inform you of the price or the length of time it will take (my daughters ended up being there 3.5 hours and had to go back for 2 more hours (she got a pretty elaborate set done). They charge 10 for UV polish and 10 for the color glitter, but they have to use the UV polish for the glitter....so I paid 60 for a full set and 55 for a fill....Chose wisely....I got.my eyebrows done too, the girl that did them was super sweet and did exactly what I asked for (just clean up, dont change the shape)Overall very happy!

They always do a great job!Had a gel mani and pedicure today and love it.

My 1st time here and I loved it! Had the lavender pedicure, was amazing! The shop is nice and clean and the proper covid precautions are being taken. Nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Just an all around good experience. Took my 83 year old mom for her 1st pedicure and she loved it too! Ill definitely go back and would recommend 💕

I feel as though the negative reviews here should be for somewhere else. Unicorn Nails was everything I was hoping for, and more! They have the salon set up so it is Covid safe. I felt so comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, my service was phenomenal (Lavender Pedicure), and there were several return clients when I was there. One woman said she had been going to them for 12 years! As a new resident of Syracuse, I am so happy I found them! I will be back for sure. Thank you for the wonderful experience! 💞

My nail is literally crooked, wrong colors, the pedicure was ridiculously slow. Half the time i was in the pedicure chair, no one was there. If you want to waste 4 hours, this is the place.

Pedicure was so fast.. hardly any scrubbing/scrapping on the bottom of my feet which is exactly why I went there. It was so rushed.... They need to slow down and let people enjoy the pedicure. Wont return

I have been coming here for so many years and have been very happy up until recently. There are couple newer staff members who dont pay enough attention to cuticle cutting. Mine need the attention, lots of it. Other members of my family feel the same way. I hope they train them better. They are delightful people, they just need to work on the issue.

I was in the area, and decided to go in for the first time. I got a gel French tip manicure. I am VERY happy! They look amazing! Also, I got a very good massage. Very good price! Very good service! I saw Haylie, (Hayley?) and I plan on going back to her next time! I will upload a picture soon.

I have never gotten a worse manicure

I decided to go here for the first time I went in to get my acrylics removed and get my regular nail painted with just powdered gel polish. Instead the guy doing my nails gave me tips as well as a see through color which was not advertised well when I chose it. He also ripped part of the middle of my nail which then caused my nail to bleed and is now seen through the nail because the color is so faint. Not impressed with the job.

Worst pedicure ever! Went in expecting to be able to chill for a while, relax and read my book, and come out with a great looking pedicure. It was totally rushed. No time spent in scraping my feet at all. My nails were not smoothed at all. I could still see my old nail polish. I asked for my money back. Ill never go back and wont reccomend it to anyone!

My total bill was $70 not including tip and two days later one of my acrylics SNAPS off while Im with a client.I dont do heavy work. Im a makeup artist for gods sake!! You couldnt pay me to go back to this store.

This was the worse pedicure Ive ever had. I made an appointment for 3 pedicures and had to wait about 20 minutes. Then once we finally got the pedicures it was all of 10 minutes. And the customer service was horrible. Treated like we were second class citizens. I will NEVER return. And I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I paid 95.00 for my daughter to get a full set with gel polish and a ?pedicure with gel polish. Two of the nails came off within 14 hrs. We were there for 4hrs. 😭😝☹😤The employees were kind. The salon is clean. They really have difficulty communicating in English with customers.

They are too overly priced

Ive been going to Unicorn for many years. The basob pedicure is sub par. The spa pedicure is actually decent. I have been getting gel manicures for years until it literally destroyed my nails. After 6 months, I finally had enough free edge on my nails to get a powder dip manicure. It took forever. It was incredibly thick. Within a week every nail was lifted at the cuticle line. It looked horrible. So I went in today to explain how dissatisfied I was and that I wanted them removed. The girl who removed them proceeded to file my nails into a Khloe Kardashian extremely pointed nail. Ive been a rounded square forever. She filed my nails into such a deep V that shortly after I left, my nails tore on either side of the nail. I literally had to finale my nails down to nothing to fix the damage that was done. Extremely disappointed. And will not be returning.

20 min pedicure with no massage and hardly any scrubbing/scrapping... when I asked for more attention to certain areas, I was told to get a spa pedicure. Horrible service, and the laughed at me when I said that other local salons give at least 45 min pedicures... I’m a local salon owner who used to have pedicure services offered. Their version of a regular pedicure is barely more than a polish change.Don’t waste your money here!

The manicure and pedicure were ok, but till a long time, and they charge you a tip of 15%, I want happy to be forced to pay $10 in tip alone. Will not be going back.

Went in a week ago to try a new place out. There was no wait but my fill took 1 hour and 47 min. Thats insane. They have a very weird and different technique so I was skeptical. Rightfully so because within 5 days 3 nails had chipped paint - like half the paint on the nail came off (and i paid up for gel polish) and on day 7 one nail came off (bc it was lifted when I went in for the fill and instead of addressing or fixing it they put some glue down and filled over it). It was $45 for a fill which was $10 more than anywhere else Ive gone. So 10$ more, much worse quality, and took twice as long as normal. No thanks never going back
