This was the worst salon Ive ever gone to. Not only they dont know any even basic designs like french but also their work is really messy, ugly and all messed up.I said I am not satisfied with my nails and they said if we want to fix it we will charge you twice. Coloring is the last step and because I paid before then I couldnt get my money back and I am really disappointed for loosing $30. These are my nails right after salon. They even cannot make the sizes equal. So mad at myself for choosing this salon.

Tung do my nails and I love them all the time.

My nails wasn’t in great condition on arrival. The pedicure was super. I was exposed to a foot fungus three years priori that caused me to loose my toe nail. They treated got it to grow back it’s still unhealthy. Then every nail set is done without profession following. If he has the highest expense we should get the owner best nail sculpture. My work is horrible doing a pandemic and money is scariest. Dude I looked up to you 20yr plus as a client to be hustled. It’s sad. Thanks Mrs Flower for your best work.

Awful, 3 of my nails popped off after three days, went back and was charged to fix them and as soon as I left one immediately fell off!

I asked for medium eyebrows and she still did them thin and uneven and my nails were sloppy and painted awful on my skin just a mess

Eyebrows were just like the pic. Lasted 3 weeks. Lashes were well done with gentle hands in a calming room. Not heavy,cakey or gluey. My new nail spot👡👡👡

My nails came out nice but I was very disappointed in my eyebrows. I asked to keep them medium with the same shape and she thinned them out and arched them. They were uneven and I had to wait months for them to grow back in

This is the absolute worse nail shop in Syracuse. I got my eyebrows done and the lady was extremely nasty and rude. She had a horrible attitude talking about she has a long day. It was 9 am in the morning! I was her 1st client. She was rough and the wax was clearly too hot because the next day my skin was burned bad!! They would not refund my money and tried to give me Neosporin for my troubles. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE.
