First pedicure here, and Gina was fabulous! Every other time I’ve had a foot massage, the person either hurt me or tickled me, but Gina was perfect! Will keep coming back, for sure! Nice atmosphere too, by the way!

Went today got a pedicure and man cut my left toe. Never before in my life Ben cut with a pedicure. Woman who waxed me was great though

Great place with a beautiful inside. The 2 times Ive went there they were able to take me in right away with out an appointment which I really enjoyed. The people are very nice and i enjoyed my experience. The only bad thing I can say was that the price to get 2 gel manicures was 60! I thought that was a little expensive but other than that I was pleased with my experience

I was charged $60 for a gel polish change on my hands and feet! No mani. No pedi. Just gel polish. Worst part of all they refused to do the design I had asked for. I wasnt happy about them trying to charge another $10, but I was willing to pay, just to have my nails completed. I had shown them the picture from the moment I came in. They had acted like they had not known, even tho I showed the photo several times. I was only asking for a heart on my ring finger. Idk why they were so unprofessional and over priced. I was told they couldnt do the design because they were past close time. I came in an hour before closing and they started right away. If they didnt have enough time to complete the job they should have told me they couldnt do it tonight. I certainly will not go back. So disappointed.

Prices in the packet do not reflect the bill. Got the Lavender #2 and was charged $53 AND they didn’t do the paraffin portion. disappointed

I have neen going there for many years. The place is always bery clean and they do great work. This time I brought my sons girlfriend for our upcoming vacation. we both had gel pedis and i had a gel mani and she had a fill. Within 3 days both of our toes looked terrible, they were chipping and our nails were rough. Also my gel mani looked horrible by day 2 this is supposed to last 2 weeks. Withing 4 days i had 5 chipped nails. Very frustrating for $230

They had my feet in cold water and the paint on my feet looked terrible I Paid them and ran out just to go get my pedicure done correctly for the 2nd time in one day and they are expensive. I would go there again

Great spot to get your nails done! The facility is extremely clean; had easy parking; and is very spacious. The staff were extremely professional and talented. I will definitely be returning for any of my nail needs in the future!

My nails were peeling off not even 48 hours after i left. now not even 5 days later all my nails are peeling like the polish is lifting off my nail!! i paid for gel…. wasn’t doing any hard labor or anything, this never happened to me at any store before!

I usually go here for my pedi/mani/brows. Went in for a manicure. The guy that did my nails did a great job. They are definitely taking proper precautions during this time by wearing gloves and shields. However, I needed a brow wax and the lady who did my brows WASHED her gloves instead of changing them. She had just been doing a pedicure on another client. Then she washed her gloves again and went back to the pedicure after touching my face. This grossed me out as she should have just changed her gloves.(my friend that was with me told me after the fact because I was already in the room.)

Thoroughly disappointed. $60 for a full set just to go home and spend an HOUR fixing them myself. Some nails are extremely thick, others are thin. Some are long and some are short. She didn’t match the length on the other hand, so one hand was substantially longer than the other.I couldn’t bring myself to not leave a tip, but I am soooo mad I just spent $60 on the worst full set I have ever had. I will not be returning and it’s a shame being this salon is so close to my house.The photos below are after I filed them myself.

Last time I visited here was a couple of years ago. I found this place to be very overpriced and unprofessional. I used to be a regular at this place UNTIL I felt like I was being discriminated against! I’m a very good client / tipper, but my appointment was pushed back after another regular walked in after me and demanded to get her nails done by my nail tech. I waited for 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment! When I finally got my nails done, my nails looked like a first grader did it! Very disappointed. Found better nail salons around Camillus area that charged fair prices.

A fantastic place to pamper yourself

This was my first time here. Great experience and great prices too! I did the lavendar pedicure with free manicure. They really take their time to make sure your nails are exactly how you want them. I am very pleased and I think I found my new nail salon!

I just had the terrible exp.for a pedicure and manicure..tugged on my arms one worked on my hand..the other feet...no relaxtion..n..enjoyment..that is the whole idea..of getting a manicure..n..pedicure.not being rushed...cost for both was $60.00. outrageous...I didnt get the spa???...or...gel.mani???.....Too expensive...and terrible management..

I’ve been to multiple nail salons over the years local, state and nationwide. I returned and continue to do business with Yoyo and Jimmy for multiple reasons. Convenience...I’m busy and anytime I call for an appointment they are very accommodating. Equipment...the mall salons are worn and gross. I don’t feel like I’m sitting in somebody else body sweat while in their massage chairs. That random neck massage...who does that!? I love the neck/shoulder massage after my manicure. Pricing...after trying multiple salons in the area their pricing is competitive and reasonable. They’re not a Spa...if you want the surroundings and services of a Spa—go to a Spa.Last...have patience with the communication gap— over time when you get to know the staff...you learn they are hardworking, respectful and sweet business people. Just keep an open mind. The takeaway—if you listen hard enough...you’ll learn a little of their language by engaging in conversation and your mind will be a little more expanded.

They rush everything they don’t even do what they are suppose to and charge so much

I only went back to this place because my usually salon I go to was closed....definitely never making that mistake again. This is the most expensive place to get a gel fill and it’s the worst my nails have ever looked! The rude girl who did my nails, Gina, was obviously in a rush and trying to get done with me ASAFP. I’ve never felt like I was being hurried out of a salon before and it was the middle of the day and no one was there! I tried to talk to her and she didn’t even look at me or respond...extremely uncomfortable. My nails were all different sizes, and obviously needed another coat of paint since I got a light pink. I asked her to put more paint on and she just did it to one nail. I spent all day in shock at how my nails on my left hand were no where near the same length on the right! She didn’t even do the fill to the very bottom of my cuticles!! It was all uneven around the edges and looked like sh*t. The next day, the color actually started chipping!! My nails never chip!! Looking back, she was using a spray bottle and the glue you use to stick the plastic tips on as the fill!! She would put glue all over my nails then dip it in the acrylic powder. Whatever she did it was the opposite of professional and I’m never wasting my money at this shady place again. She didn’t deserve a tip or the $40 she charged but I gave her a nice tip anyway and she didn’t even say thank you! Cherry on top of the whole experience. TERRIBLE!

They are efficient and I generally get a great manicure. I have many other places that are closer to home but I go to them because of their consistent service

The staff was really kind and it my first time going there. I will definitely be back. My mother really enjoyed her massage and loved her experience there. The prices are pretty fair.

My favorite salon! Free 5 minute chair massage with any purchase, which I love. Ive always gotten amazing manicures here; whether it be a full set, or a gel manicure. Just had my first spa pedicure and it was heavenly!

The one star is for the Friday night I got a manicure and pedicure. The staff was nice and we had fun. By Monday the polish on my nails was chipped on every finger. I went back and the person I spoke to agreed to have my nails. No one spoke to me and they were rude. By Friday (4 days later) again the polish has chipped. So I was there 3 times in a weeks week. I went back today and explained my situation. The woman began to say that regular polish does not last 2 weeks. I told her it had not been 2 weeks. Again she started to talk about regular polish doesnt last. I asked her if there was possibly be the polish. Once again she said it doesnt last 2 weeks. I explained once again it had only been a few days. Now she angerly says go pick out polish . She then begins speaking her native language with another employee which was behind me. At this point, I told them nevermind and that I would never go back.I would NOT recommend this salon.

Very fast pedicure. Young lady didnt even give back massage. Always trying to get you to buy spa pedicure. Regular pedicure seems to only include painting your toe nails, basically no scraping of feet.

My daughter and I went a few times here. However we wont return. They made 6 of her fingers bleed and seemed to rush threw us. We were looking to relax and have fun. I suggest if thats what you want...go somewhere else

Went to get a pedicure this morning with 3 other people and the experience was awful! The place was so dirty but we decided to stay because I had a gift certificate. When I went to pay they refused to take my certificate because it was purchased at the Oswego salon. They said it now has a different owner and they cannot accept it. The certificate clearly stated 3 locations it could be redeemed at and had no expiration date. That is not my problem and I feel that they should of honored it. They were so rude about it and the women at the counter tried to reach into my purse to get out the certificate after she refused to take it the first time. Very disappointed and we will not be returning! Beware when purchasing a gift certificate.... Apparently they can change their mind as to where and how it is used!

Went in to get just a polish change as my polish was chipping from Monday. Which I had a manicure at a diff place. The first girl said she was going to do the polish change then said she was taking a gel manicure. So I waited 5 mins for a girl coming out of the back. JENN Was chewing food then talking to me with a mouth full of food how sick!!! She continued to talk with food in her mouth. Couldnt just get up and leave as I had a 1:00pm blow dry apt. Press for time on Fridays. Miracle Nails has gone downhill !!!! Once I left I tried to speak with a manager LYN had no idea when a manger would be in

I gave them a few chances because I live nearby but I can’t anymore. The last 3 times I went I was talked to VERY rudely, if they made a mistake with the shaping of my nails or messed up the polish they didn’t care to go back and fix it, and if you don’t give a tip large enough for their liking (I certainly didn’t because I received poor service) they just might try and run after you out the door!!! Crazy. I’ll never go back to this place.

Amazing massage with the regular spa pedicure! Love it!

Ive gone there several times and each time I say I wont go back! I had a manicure and the women never cleaned up the cuticles and 2 of the nails were stuck to the skin when I was finished(gel nails). It was one of the fastest manicures Ive had and I was 1 of 2 people in there! At the end she watched as I wrote in the tip and sighed very loudly at what I left her!

Very disappointed! My daughter and I wanted tips with powder dip. They gave us a formed nail on a sticker. Tomorrow will be one week, 2 of my daughters nails have already popped off and three of mine have chipped in half. Waste of $120 plus tip.

While I was getting a pedicure the guy was careless and cut me, I tried to let it go but then he did it pretty badly during the manicure too. After leaving already highly unsatisfied I developed a fungal infection all over my feet that Id never had before. It really f#@%*% up my feet. My nails are still warped from this experience and look terrible. Im embarrassed now to even show my feet to anyone. Dont go to Miracle nails!!! The only miracle might be getting away without any cuts or infections!!

Have been here many times - seem to get a different treatment each time. Rushed, not rushed, no shoulder massage at all following pedicure, or 5 minute shoulder massage following pedicure??? Had an appointment for two and still had to wait 20 minutes. Recent visits (Fall 2014 & Spring 2015) had a different issue each time. Most recent visit I went back and asked for a refund - which I have never done for a service. No longer a happy customer.

Went to the salon after not going for years and now I remember why I do not go there anymore! Terrible experience! Both my mom and Is manicures lasted about 7 minutes! Crazy! They were rushing for what there was NO customers in the place! I look at a manicure as a pamper, nope no pampering here! You pay and get in and GET OUT! And asked for a tip, who does that? Again terrible! Employees sleeping on theirs tables! The very worst part is that our nails looked horrible, I could of just painted them and the would look the same! No pretty nails here! So so disappointed and a waste of time and money! I highly recommend NO ONE to even step into this place! The most unfriendly people! They do not deserve the business! Worst place ever! Worst manicure & pedicure ever!

First day Ive been baby free since February feels like. I went and treated myself to a Mani/Pedi 💅👣 and a eyebrow wax . 73$ which isnt bad at all ( im from NC, currently in NY) The massage chair felt like a real person or either i juat really needed a day to relax, and the hot rocks felt amazing 🤤 i was treated by a male (whoms name i didnt ask) but he done a wonderful job on everything. I give it 5🌟 I feel like a whole new person. 👸 this will be my new spot.

I went to get a set put on and a manicure for my sister. They were closing in an hour and a half. 2 guy workers walked up to us and a young lady at the desk said they didnt have time to do them. So I turned around and looked to see if anyone was waiting. And when I turned around to leave 4 more people walked out behind me. And the young lady at the desk yelled out you should have called first!!!

Worst service, my girlfriend is now crying because her real nail just ripped out. They put glue on the base of the nail. Legal action coming soon

Today I got a pedicure at Miracle Nails in Westvale plaza - I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! I got there at 530 (they close at 630 sundays according to their sign) for a pedicure and only had to wait 10 minutes.. I get in the chair and was immediately asked to pay as they were already closing down the register so I paid plus gave a 20% tip which I regret.. He starts painting them and smudges multiple nails (with glitter) which I pointed out and instead of removing the glitter he paints over it with the other color! He was so rushed he wasnt giving the first coat time to dry so the second coat was globbed on. Finally I get to the dryer and asked him when they close, he tells me 6pm. He immediately starts packing up to go. They normally do the 2 minute shoulder massage with a hot towel yet he walks out the door and its just me and the manager, I asked her if she had the spray that helps them dry quicker because at this point I wanted to get the hell out of there! She comes over and sprays them, and I notice another nail that has globs of polish caked on it. I pointed it out to her and she went to grab a color to paint over it and it was the wrong one, luckily I had remembered the name of the correct polish and showed her which one. I asked her if they stopped doing the shoulder massages, she replied they dont they wanted to get out of here or something along those lines. She started rubbing my shoulders abruptly with her bare hands to make up for their lack of service, I guess. I told her I felt rushed and that the polish wasnt drying because it was globbed on and she started laughing. She fixed the last nail and I sat for a few more minutes. I was so mad at this unacceptable service at this point I sprayed the rest with the fast dry spray and put my shoes on and got out of there, sure enough now that Im home a few are smudged.. I could have done a way better job and saved my $30! I still dont understand why the door said they close at 630 when the worker told me 6, but regardless why would you accept a customer if you knew it was going to be a rushed half ass job? Every customer (especially a well-tipping one) deserves the same standard of service as long as the business is open. I will never return and plan to inform anyone I know about this terrible and rude customer service.

Ive always gone to Miracle Nails with my grandmother and cousin for our birthday gifts. I have never had a bad experience before but when returning for my prom nails was a disaster. The guy I had, was rude and did an awful job. I had an appointment for an hour before they closed. I understood that they would like to leave however I am a customer and deserve to have a good treatment done. I arrived on time and was rushed to find my color. After that I was sent to my chair where the man rushed through my pedicure and would yell at me for my flinching due to my ticklishness and the fact that I couldnt understand what he was saying due to his accent. I had previously requested someone but was not given them which made my time even worse. After the pedicure, I was given my manicure. The guy cut my nails so short to the point where my fingers hurt. He rushed through my nails once again and would yell at me because I couldnt understand what he was trying to say. No communication occurred other than the yelling. I was upset and my frustration continued when I realized that within a week my gel manicure began to chip. Unacceptable and I am hesitant on whether to return.
