I was going to go into detail about my experience here but like this establishment…that would be a waste of my time. This was 4 days after I got them done. 4 days…and I was offered a $30 refund and told “well we don’t have a refund policy, so…”This place is TRASH. DONT GO HERE!

Where do I begin? 5 STARS all day long....I am a previous Nail Tech so I know a thing or two about this business..Lets just say they go absolutely above and beyond in every single aspect of their business...from the moment you walk in, to the immaculately kept salon, to the little details from the warm shoulder massage to the cleanly way they store the little bottle of oil used as the last touch as you dry. To boot, prices are on the lower end of some of these nail salons...which is so absolutely refreshing these days. ( please stay this way).If you want to get the best quality manicures and pedicures and polish changes etc.....for what you pay for, go to Ryans!!! Make an appt.I was a walk in....and wanted a good quality regular manicure with good cuticle work, and a quick toenail polish change. They were very busy, but Lee gave me everything I wanted and MORE...she was even running so shed hurry but did WAY more than I even needed for the $10 Polish change.....I love this salon so much...THANK YOU and you are very appreciated in Syracuse!!!

Overall this place is amazing. Love how clean it is when you first walk in. The staff is so friendly and kind.Shout out to Chris who did my gel manicure and did such a relaxing job on my Lavender Spa Pedicure.I especially love how they have a timer for your massage. Wait until you get the hot stone massage at the end.This place is so convenient being opened on Sundays. Not many places are opened on Sundays.Overall if you are looking for a nail salon you can actually relax and not feel rushed, AND your nails come out flawless.Thanks again Ryan’s Nails staff. You guys are the BEST IN TOWN!!

*disclaimer* I do not get any gel or acrylic nails. So I cannot comment on quality of that service or material. I did have Cindy as a technician and got a hot stone pedicure with a girl friend of mine and we pre-booked appointments at 10am on a Saturday morning. We were not rushed, did not have to wait. Her technician was Chris and she also got a pedicure. I actually brought in my laptop to do some work and the hospitality was beyond amazing. I was not rushed at all and able to stay long enough so I wouldnt ruin my nails and she even gave me a pillow to prop the laptop up while she did my pedicure. She was friendly, and conversation was enjoyable. Its been about 2 weeks. My toe nail polish has not chipped. They have a nifty digital points system to earn rewards. I typically go to Tiara Nails in N. Syr but found the atmosphere here to be much more relaxing and enjoyable.

They claim to offer acrylic but it is a dipping powder that they apply so thin over the tip and then file it away. Nails have no definition. Nails are so thin where tip broke in the 3rd day. Polish came off on the second day. Super expensive for such poor service and quality. My daughter had the guy do her nails where he left filing drill in one spot to the point it started to burn her. In addition he made her bleed while filing and didn’t treat the bleeding. He just kept on filing through the bleeding. This has been the worst place ever. Don’t waste your time or money. Find another place.

One day after getting a manicure.. please save your money and go somewhere else! Soo not worth It, never is anytime I go its always something! They pay no attention to detail, felt very rushed! STAY AWAY

They were nice and the place was clean. However 40$ pedicure. I was rushed my feet weren’t even in water for 2 minutes. Quality of foot work was poor. I was slathered in lotion. The gel polish she did was all over my toes it was ugly. I still tipped because I’m not ungrateful but I won’t be returning and it was my first time there.

They were nice but the design they did on my nails was pretty terrible and the type of powder they used on my nails wasnt great they didnt last 2 weeks.

I went here with my bridal party and was beyond impressed!!! They were so accommodating! Chris did mine and they turned out absolutely fantastic! He kept at them until they were perfect! He also has such an eye for detail! Also Ryan the owner is so kind! He definitely goes above and beyond to make his customers feel welcome and valued! Cindy did my mothers nails and they were beautiful!! She was so happy and satisfied! The other woman (I forgot her name!) Also did an excellent job! This place is THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! 😁😁

Nails were supper thin nail broke in half in 2 days. The nail polish chipped on the ends the next day. Worst quality nails I’ve ever gotten.

I have been to other nail salons for a pedicure. This salon was by far the cleanest!!! The lady was extremely nice and I was very pleased with the service. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Staff is friendly, skilled and you feel like part of their family! The location is clean and organized! Ryan and Laura, the owners are beyond kind and professional. My ANC nails look beautiful every time! Highly recommend!!!

Had my nails painted pastel colors by the older gentleman who works there. Color was see-thru and spotty and I had to ask him to go over it another layer after saying he was done. Both him and the owner were Very pushy about feeling my I should Only be getting gel nails.Overall the mani looked decent, with a few see through spots. The price was good. The atmosphere was not great though and I didn’t feel like I got the most professional manicurist. Everyone was pretty nice though and I can’t speak for the quality of their gel mani’s. Not likely to return tho.

I haven’t had my nails done in a while and I decided to treat myself. Glad I came here. So friendly and clean. Will be back with my daughter for sure

I am extremely particular about my nails. I was thoroughly impressed with this nail salon. The salon had and inviting atmosphere and the nail technicians were amazingly talented. I couldnt be more pleased.

I have been going to Ryan for years and followed them from another salon! The location is more convenient, better parking, and the space is bright and beautiful. The staff has become family and I literally go every two weeks and there are still so many other colors that I havent even gotten to yet. I work in a job where I see a lot of clients and I love to send them to Ryans for a great experience and a wonderful mani/pedi!

Ryan has been doing my nails for years. When he left the salon he used to work at and opened his own, I was thrilled. I come every two weeks for a fill and pedicure and it’s always a great experience. The staff is like a family and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I love coming here and will never go anywhere else.

Absolutely do not get your eyebrows done here. I walked in with perfectly thick eyebrows with a shape and now they look like 😑 this - -. Also, very expensive for not a lot of work or attention to detail.

Ryans nails has a very inviting and peaceful atmosphere. They treated me well. Offered me a drink as soon as i sat down, and the massage at the end of the manicure included a heating pad, this is at no extra charge of course. I have now made this my home nail and spa place.

Clean place, friendly staff, welcoming environment because of the sweet lady at the front desk but who ever did my nails used a used file on me, and I noticed that they don’t use their germicidal equipment and just use it for storage. The powered equipment they used was dusty from other peoples nails ): I don’t wanna see that.

Was so glad to find Ryan after he left Syracuse Nails. Wonderful new place, very convenient on Erie Blvd. He gives the perfect French manicures.
