Ive been to Thru-Way every time Ive needed auto glass work except once, and I wish Id have gone to them then. Very professional, accommodating, and experienced. This time they got me in the day after my windshield was shattered by ice flying off a car on the highway. In less than 24 hours they sourced and installed the windshield for a 1992 Dodge B250. Excellent work!

I took my rental vehicle in to get a chip in the windshield repaired and they informed me that it had already been repaired before. They gave me a cup of coffee, returned the vehicle back to me, gave me their card & said give them a call if the rental agency says I did it. Great service from Thruway auto glass 💯. Imagine that you have glass coverage through your insurance company but yet they steer you to a national glass replacement company AKA Safelite. Thruway would have to charge me $100 for replacement. Before you read on this is not a slam against Thruway and please read on.Safelite recommended to us that we replace our windshield wipers at a price of $43.00 which they would do when they changed our windshield. Safelite also could not get to us for 5 days, we would have to leave our keys in our vehicle, plus we would have to take our vehicle to a garage to get a replacement inspection sticker and have to get a new registration sticker from the DMV.Thruway got us in the next day, we didnt have to replace our windshield wipers (Thruway chuckled when they heard this) and they were able to remove our inspection sticker and our registration sticker. Thruway saved us time! Thruway didnt take up our time by having us go to get new replacement inspection and registration stickers for our windshield. So in the end I think I came out even spending what I did with Thruway. Thruway Auto Glass was up front with us, treated us respect, didnt try to see us something we didnt need and we didnt have to run around trying to tie up loose ends.I will go to Thruway before I ever go to Safelite. Just my take on things and a nasty letter has been sent to my insurance company. Go local and support them like they deserve.

I dropped my car off in the morning for a remote start install, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, there was a tremendous amount of damage to the rear quarter panel, bumper, brake light, etc. They all claim to not know what happened to it as it was not there when I left my car in their care. Too top it off, they refuse to pay for the damage and their insurance company, Falcone, is telling me that the damage that happened to my car is not covered because no one fessed up to it. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. All the while, Dan and Tim were inside looking like a deer caught in headlights. Avoid this business at all costs. A $300 remote start install is now going to cost me well over $1,000!

Dan and his team went above and beyond. On a busy day, found a way to get a window replaced on my sons truck. He broke it at 1PM...they had him in his truck by 5PM. He had to leave for work in Baltimore the next morning. Dan truly treated us like he would have like to have been treated himself...could have said to busy like others...but instead did all he could to handle our emergency. Great customer caring!!! Thanks Dan!!

I got a remote started installed almost 1 year ago and it stopped working. They fixed the problem at no charge AND with no hassle. My family and I have done business with them on several other occasions and have always been impressed with their professional service and highly recommend them.

The car had issues with the AC compressor. I got a quote from another shop to replace the entire compressor for almost $1000. Took the car to Thru-Way Autoglass to diagnose the AC compressor and Tim found out that the compressors clutch needed to be cleaned. Job was done for less than $200. Tim was nice and professional, and he just did what was needed to fix the problem.

These guys always do great work. Had my new windshield installed in a little over 3 hours.

4 years later and my remote start still works flawlessly. Highly recommend! You wont regret getting your remote start here.

This guy replaced the rear window on my Tacoma pickup. He didn’t do it correctly, since it separated from the truck shortly afterward, and rain soaked the cab. When I took it back, he was belligerent and even dropped a couple f-bombs. He ended up “fixing” the issue, but the exterior rubber strip was distorted by this point and looked terrible. Go somewhere else.

Windshield replaced quickly and professionally!

They saved me money by not fixing a part of my a/c in my van. They just fixed the front part and thats good enough for me. I would definitely recommend then, especially if you have a handicap accessible van.

I really give them NO STARS but had to give one to be able to write a review. I called Thruway Auto Glass to get my front windshield replaced. I have FULL glass coverage with my car insurance and I put a claim in. Well they tryed telling me I still had to pay about $60 to $80 out of pocket. Which IS NOT the case. Whatever an insurance company pays for the windshield is what THEY HAVE TO except. Thruway has agreements with MANY insurance companies and what they agree for price they HAVE to except that amount. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANY OTHER MONEY. Its called DOUBLE DIPPING and its FRAUD per AGREED CONTRACTS with insurance companies. Not every insurance company agrees to the same amounts. There is different payment amounts that every insurance company agrees to pay them!!

Had a cruise control installed on my van. Stopped in to see what they had and they explained it very well. I left without making the purchase but they gave me a card and product info to think it over. A week later I called and they installed it that afternoon. Quick, clean and professional install. Great customer service. Couldnt ask for a better shop.

My pamaramic roof was in the open position and would not close despite many attempts on my part and including visiting various shops around the area.Five of the shops I visited recommended one another until one of the shops recommended Thruway auto Glass.The Lincoln dealer which I will no longer will do business with wanted to charge me $700.00 to $1000.00 to close and disable the roof. They did charge me $125.00 to assess the situation.Thruway Auto Glass charge me $380.00, it’s perminately closed at my request and I couldn’t be happier.So much time and money was wasted trying to find someone to do the job, missed work, car rental and aggravation over a 4 day period now it’s over.
