This place is right down town. They got pretty much anything you need from a local hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for help and youll get it.

One of those mom & pop kind of hardware store if you want a real personal touch to your hardware needs. This is the place to go, had a personal home project refurbishing a dresser. Got the expert advise and all the materials needed to finish the job like a pro, the paint, sandpaper and the brushes to boot heres what the finish project looks like.

When you need Centralize Hardware products. You may pay a little more in price for most of the products But you save on the Gas to the Big box stores and When you need outdated hardwares you might Just find it in a drawer or a shelf with the owners who is all family members at least I think so.

Went in to grab some staples and plastic for my home windows and was impressed by the knowledge of the employees who knew the size staples I needed by simply laying eyes on my staple gun. I was in and out in under 3 minutes satisfied as well as in awe

Today I called City Hardware to ask if they carried mirrored glass that I needed custom cut. John told me to come on over and he would cut it to the dimensions I provided. Within 10 minutes I was out the door with a custom cut mirror. Due to my poor planning, I realized that I had not provided him with the proper dimensions. I called the store again and Dawn told me to come back in. John met me at the door, asked for the new dimensions and proceeded to re-cut the mirror. Much to my surprise... he would not take compensation for his efforts. Thank you John and Dawn for your exceptional customer service. I hope you get to enjoy what is left of the camping season!!!

City True Value Hardware is a great name. Say it differently. Sure, its part of the True Value system of hardware stores. Yet, its the CITY TRUE, pause, VALUE HARDWARE STORE. Look at the mural of a cyclist. When a business puts a mural on the southern wall that amazing, its CITY TRUE. Its probably CITY TRUE nails holding up all the classic homes on Tipp Hill. Its probably CITY TRUE paint freshening up all the apartments of Franklin Square. Why go to a big box hardware store out in DeWitt when you too can be CITY TRUE?

Best hardware store around. From a business using them to personal use, this place is the best.

Needed a new piece of glass, roughly 8x6, in a window. Measuring glass never was my strong suit, so i took the window down and brought it in. The offered to do the whole fix-cut a piece of glass and glaze it right in. Waited 15 minutes and browsed the store, seems to have everything! The window was repaired perfectly, the people were really helpful, and I ended up paying $4.55 for the repair. How do you beat that?
