Update : 6 weeks later I still dont have my computer back. There three weeks late on there original estimated time. I got an email 2 weeks ago that said that they got the part and repairs are underway.... I was told they could not perform the battery replacement in house and that it needed ship it to there repair facility... If I could give this place less that one star I would ! THEY ARE CRIMINALLY INCOMPETENT, NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE WORTHLESS POINTLESS DULLARDS !!!Here is the long and short of it, I bought a laptop from Best Buys a year ago and the battery died. I brought the laptop into geek squad on Tuesday because it was an internal hard wired battery. I had no objections to how much it would cost (essentially spare no expense) and was told to come back Sunday. So far, so good. Arrived today as per the arrangement only to find out that not only have they done nothing with the computer, but now they have to mail it to their headquarters (somewhere in the Midwest) and it will take 2-3 weeks. So, in the four days since I checked it in with the manager (for the entire operation) they have done nothing and not so much as gave me a call which possibly could have suffice. I even had to re-explain what the problem is suggesting they simply slapped a id sticker on it and did absolutely nothing. So, now I will be without my computer for a total of 18 to 25 days (assuming their day calculation is from this point on) for a battery and it will still cost plenty which would have been alright if it had been a 7- day turn around or something at least reasonable.Im an illustrator, I have deadlines for both my drawings, but also story boards. Now I have to go and buy a new laptop in the interm relocate all the files I need in order to complete my work. So, because of Geek Squads lack of communication, lack of simple honesty, and lack of competence to do what they exist for instead of a couple hundred bucks I will be out at 1k.Honestly, all I can say is this is the worst business I have ever had to deal with. To put it into perspective, it would be like dropping your car off to be worked on (same place you bought it at) and you come back on the designated day it was suppose to be fixed. The car is exactly where you left it and they tell you that now they have to ship it to the manufacturer to be fixed...I dont blame people for their shortcomings, but I do hold them responsible and right now I can help feeling frustration and contempt for a company failing to the very job that they advertise to sell to the consumer.

I am extremely disappointed with your services. I bought a computer a couple months ago, and I was never able to sign into, or get my Microsoft office account working. Also, my Kaspersky internet security just said it was expired, and I called the Geek squad, and you were unable to solve this problem. The next computer, and computer system I get, I will remember not to go to Geek Squad.
