Honestly so great i walked in and had my phone charger stuck in my phone and not even a minute later they took it out for no cost, such good service, and so friendly!

They came in clutch when helping repair a prop for the escape room I run! They took care of it with expedience and the job was reasonably priced, plus they were professional, easy going, and friendly. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

This company is TERRIBLE. Had a faulty LCD repair the first time after paying $300 for an extra liquid glass protector. They refused to replace both.Save your money and get Apple care for the same cost and better service.

They were great! My wife had dropped her phone and the screen cracked. They were able to replace her screen in less time than they said(3 hrs, but were done in less than 2). Very pleased, would recommend CPR!

Way overpriced. Where I normally go a cracked screen and the home button fixed under $50 finished in the same day. They charged me $130, I asked why is it so overpriced and the guy said bc of the University Students 🧐So you want to take advantage of them? During a pandemic when people barely have money. Shame on them.

I have not personally been to CPR repair, however I have sent 5 people here for repairs on cell phones, and a macbook. All of them were extremely happy with the service and results. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I will 100 percent utilize CPR repair if I have any issues in the future.

I payed over $200 for my iPhone screen to get repaired, and they gave me a bad quality screen. I did not get what I asked for. The screen is buggy, and is not even close to as good as it used to be. The manager was very rude when I called to ask if they would replace it again.

I went here to get the battery in my Samsung Galaxy s7 replaced. The gentleman working, I believe his name was Terry, was very nice and professional. Even though he was very busy when I got there, the repair did not take a long time and he was very nice, apologetic for the wait and handled the situation very well. Dropped my laptop off august 5th and they didn’t call me back or give me any updates on it for weeks so I called like four times and all they said was “it should be done in a couple days” each time i called and they didn’t actually check to see the status of my laptop. So they had it for two weeks and I came and picked it up august 19th because i’m leaving for college the 20th and it wasn’t fixed at all and they said they lost the replacement screen. Waste of my time and now I don’t have a laptop for school but they did give me a full refund.

I walked in this morning and handed over my iPhone that I ran over with my cat on a gravel road. Both the screen and the back were shattered. The back was being held together by the case so it was left untouched. 25 minutes later I walked out with a new screen and a phone that works as it always has. I could not be more pleased. Finally found a place that repairs PS4’s and they did a perfect job! I also went back a week later to have my sons Samsung S7 fixed and once again, perfect. Prices were great for the service and the worker there was great! Won’t go anywhere else in Syracuse!

Took my phone here because the microphone was not working. Turned out the plastic screen cover had shifted and was covering the microphone. Opening up a phone by itself shouldn’t take an hour to do it. Charging it $30 for opening up a phone is even more ridiculous.

Terrible service.

My phone needed a new screen, and these guys went above and beyond what I expected. Aside from fixing my screen and getting it working again, they also replaced missings screws inside and cleaned it out. Id highly recommend them, as I had a great experience.

While CPR wasnt able to fix the problem with my cellphone. Their customer service was phenomenal. They were very attentive to my needs and understanding of my schedule.

About four to five days ago I bought a chatger from here 18.00 and it broke the next day. Slow charge and it is not my phone. Great service over priced cheap chargers. I was better off with a dollar xharger from dollar tree than an 18.00 one that is broken. Had to buy another charger next day. Waste of my money.

CPR fixed my Nintendo Switch and my friends Samsung screen, its really hard to find placed that have technicians to fix gaming consoles but they did it no problem. Overall enjoyable experience!

Used very cheap Chinese parts, they also charge $130 for phone replacements while one SU student only charges $80 for the same service and part. Insane do not go here.

Paid $230 for a screen replacement on a Google Pixel 2 XL and the first couple days an LED went out in the top left of the screen causing a light to go up and a sliver of light to go to the right. Called them and they immediately ordered me a new one for replacement, told to wait 3 days, call them and told it wont arrive till Monday. Drop the damn phone and the screen breaks on the same area as the LED is broken. My fault for dropping it but honestly felt like I was given a poor product for $230. I wasnt gonna get screen protector for it when I would have to buy a new one and am now told I am out of the warranty for the replacement.

Horrid Service. They used a cheap Chinese screen that broke again soon after it was fixed. I went to the apple store after and they said certain screws were in the wrong holes and it was a whole big mess. Would not recommend.
