Ive been getting my haircut by Anthony for 5 years now, and ive lived in major US cities (Miami, NYC, LA) and had my haircut by some of the BEST barbers in those places. Anthony can hang with the best of them! His fades are impeccable, and his work with the scissors is the best around. Most barbers can fade but cant scissor cut; however Anthony fades and uses the scissors to complete a smooth fade! Many people call themselves master barbers, but Anthony is TRULY a Master Barber. Its by appointment only, so its best you book ahead.

Walked into this barbershop for a haircut before going out of town. I asked for a high skin fade & to leave the length on top. After a few minutes of him starting to create the skin fade, I asked him if he could take it up higher. He said “no, that’s not the way I cut.” He made no sense and couldn’t explain. I decided to walk out and get my haircut elsewhere. I had my doubts about this place the moment I walked in. It was completely vacant on a Thursday (there was zero business, it didn’t even look open) and the barber himself was wearing a mop on his head.

Been going to Anthony for 15 years and have never left unsatisfied. Highly recommend him if your looking for a new barber or are just needing a quick clean-up.

Went in for a haircut on my lunch break and it was a really professional and enjoyable experience. Anthony was very professional and went the extra mile. I will definitely come back next time I need a haircut.

Love Cifras Barbershop! Prices are average but the service is beyond! Every cut is done with care and detail and you always leave looking fresh!! Hot towel neck and lines shave after every cut leaves you feeling relaxed and smooth. Anthony and his staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel like a regular. Highly recommend!

I was having a hard time finding a place open! I called and someone instantly answered and said they were open. Soon as I walked in I thought to myself man this place looks expensive it was not! $17 for a great cut! Highly highly recommend!!

Watch out, youre going to get the best haircut and shave of your life here!Ive been going to Kevin for almost half a year now and he not only remembers me, but exactly what kind of haircut and shave I get. I have *really* sensitive skin and Kevins managed to give me the closest shave of my life without irritating my skin. In addition, this guy knows his haircuts. About 15 kinds of razors and scissors later, I have the sharpest haircut one could ask for.You can go in knowing exactly what you want, or give them free reign; either way youre going to come out looking great.Definitely give these guys a shot, you wont be disappointed.

When you have a cancellation policy that charges customers for cancelling within 2 hours of an appointment or no-showing, your barbers shouldnt blow off appointments with literally no explanation or apology. Fortunately the one barber who was there was free to give me a cut and it was a decent cut at a reasonable price (4/5 stars if I were to rate the haircut itself).

Great place. Anthony and Kevin are two of the best barbers in the Syracuse area. Im really (and I mean REALLY) picky about my hair, so I dont take barber reviews lightly. Awesome spot.

I have been going to Cifra since Anthony has opened the shop. Great service and prices are always garunteed and have never had a complaint against them. I always make the 2 hour drive home from school to go into Anthony.

Literally typing this as Im walking out of the place. I was the next person to get my hair cut. Was waiting about 10 minutes, no big deal. Some guy walks in after me....sits in an empty barber chair. The female barber finishes up with the cut she was doing, then says to guy (who walked in 10 minutes after me), You ready?If this was any other barbershop, the barber would have said, I have one more ahead of you. Nope, not here. This place has customer favorites.I work downtown, and try to throw downtown businesses some money, but Ill never go back to Cifra again.

Walked in with my kid. First guy didn’t want to cut him. I guess he doesn’t cut kids. Second guy had no clue how to cut my 6yr kid. He insisted he was finish but my kid had no edge up but the cut is 17. Smh. Terrible hospitality prob had to do with the color of my skin. In other guy had to give my kid a edge up. This place was the worst ever. 17$ for a kids cut. Unreal. No apologies for the guy not knowing. Again had to do with the color of my skin. I would never ever go in that shop again. Place is always empty anyway. Downtown rent will catch up to them.

Asked for a fade from the women. Uneven and patchy almost all the way around. It felt as if she put in little effort and paid no attention to her work. When asked for a refund she didn’t repay
