Sheila helped me decide on a storage unit; she was extremely pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions, and helped me find the right fit for our needs. I was concerned because this was urgent for us and last minute decisions had to be made. I appreciated her guidance and suggestions. So far the unit we decided on has worked for us. We have gone in several times and put belongings in as needed. Because we had some older, wooden furniture to store, the climate controlled unit was a good choice.

The office staff was very pleasant and accomodating. They took me to the storage unit and showed me the procedure of opening and closing the unit which comes with a padlock. When I went back for the first time to start storing things, I wasnt sure where the one was I had rented. They walked me down again. There was a minor problem with the door which they had fixed in a short amount of time. Thumbs up to all of them. Bosses included 😊

The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The rates are reasonable .The inside units are clean and easy to access.The outdoor space we have for our camper is a gravel area but was not marked clearly with dividing lines or numbers so we were unsure where to park the camper and had to move it the next day. Also there is a large gravel pile at the back of the space that makes it difficult to get to the rear of the camper.That being said I would recommend storing your belongings with B & C Storage. Just be sure to call early, they fill up fast.

Best storage place around. They offer climate controlled storage along with regular units in many different sizes. The property is always clean and well maintained and the staff is very helpful. 24 hour access.

Moving across the country is stressful enough without a global pandemic. Making arrangements to store my car at B&C was by far the easiest part of a very complex month. Sharon and the rest of the staff were kind, thoughtful, and beyond helpful even when I had to call and make last minute requests. Highly recommend!

I was put on a waiting list for my RV. As soon as they had an opening they called right away. The spaces are large and very convenient for me to park my motorhome. The girl I spoke with on the phone was extremely professional and helpful.

Facility is clean and well lit. I felt safe entering. Office staff were pleasant and helpful. I have used B and C Storage before and will use them again. Safe practices in place for Covid-19.

The whole experience was great. The conversation with Sharon was great, she was very friendly and informed. The storage unit is very spacious. I would recommend this storage place.

The rental process is very simple, and the customer service is excellent. After reserving a unit online, I made an appointment to finish the process at the storage site. When I arrived, Collin was waiting for me at the site and greeted me immediately. After seeing the unit I had reserved, I decided a larger one might suit my needs better. A larger one happened to be available, so I was able to change my reservation on the spot with no trouble. The units are clean and the building is well lit. The overall experience was great.

Staff at B&C were excellent. Really helped me out when I was in a pinch and needed additional storage during a move. Staff met me at facility and squared things away promptly. Facilities are in excellent shape, easy to access. Highly recommend.

It is nice to find in this day and age that there are businesses that are service oriented. The young man who took care of me (Matt) was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Ground level storage, clean ans well lit.

Things were simple and went very smooth when I went in to get my storage unit.

I used them for 6 months after moving back to the area the staff is great, very helpful and my storage unit was very clean and no problems the entire time. I would highly recommend

Within 5 mins. I had a storage location to visit (Camillus), a firm, decent price and an appointment to meet the leasing representative, Matt, in 30 mins. Excellent!Matt was on time for the appointment, gave me a tour of the site, showed me the RV storage area and explained all rental details. I had no questions because he covered everything I needed to know. There was no high pressure, honest info and very organized. Terrific.The Camillus facility has easy access to/from major highways, it is immaculate ( not one piece of trash anywhere) and its secure and well-lighted. The best. I rented a site without hesitation.Unfortunately, my RV purchase never finalized so RV never made on site. Maggie courteously assisted me with cancellation arrangements. I plan to rent a storage unit this fall and B&C Storage is my choice. The prices are very reasonable, facility is convenient and Maggie and Matt really demonstrate what customer service means. I highly recommend this family-owned business.
