I needed a unit asap. I got there and Amanda couldnt have been any better, she explained everything on detail.Been in a few times since the original visit and Amanda is always pleasant, personable and even has a smile through her mask!

Had literally a LAST minute need for a unit. I was trying on line and had an issue so I rushed down to the Spencer st. location. All of my problems were taken care of in about 5 minutes. Amanda was great. She actually showed me a unit to make sure the size was good based off of my initial reservations. Clean environment, nice units and Amanda is great! I hope you get her when you go in. Glad I did!

Amazing staff very helpful and always keeping a happy and welcoming attitude. On first notice walking into the office you get an aroma that greets you like your grandmothers house and the hospitality to match. The beautiful layout of the store makes it convenient to not only purchase storage materials but rent a storage unit. If your blessed enough to have the bank account for a climate controlled unit I highly recommend. It’s not only the perfect cool but I found myself nearly dozing off in my unit while storing my stuff. Needless to say my experience wouldn’t have been whole without the two best staff members Christina and Peary. These two are not only some of the sweetest people but also very helpful navigating the expansive world of storage.Hands down wonderful experience.Definitely recommend!!!!!

I recently has an amazing experience here, I had a lot of questions and I could of seemed a little annoying but the employees was very professional. Christina was really informative and helpful with what storage unit was right for me. duly noted this location was really clean which is always a major plus when looking to do business with any establishment .

Only problem is that they should be 24/7 since they give a code for an automated gate. Other than that perfect, units are fairly priced.

The manager there was great. She helped my family with all are questions. Patient and polite. Good location and clean.

This is a great place to store your possessions. Clean and easy going. Setting up is easy and Mark was pleasant and made the entire process smooth. I would recommend this service to anyone!

This is by far the worst establishment i have ever had to deal with.. Nothing but a money scam to rob you out of your belongings. I was one week late on my payment because i was on vacation and I received a nasty letter stating I was locked out of my storage and could not get important documents I needed at the time.. The rude lady I spoke with Jamie had left a sign on the window that she was out to lunch and would return in a half hour.. I waited 2 hours and nobody ever came back so that I could pay and retrieve my documents from my locker. The rates each month continue to climb along with not only 1 late fee, but an extra added late fee within the same month. When I arrived home from work I received a certified letter with an additional $115.00 Lien Sale Notice.. You people at Uncle Bobs Storage on spencer street in Syracuse,NY are a bunch of crooks. The management is ridiculous, never answer the phone, and take extended lunch breaks only to never return on that business day. This facility is not secure and has been burglarized many times. When I finally removed my belongings from their secure climate controlled storage space my belongings were covered in rodent feces! If you are ever in need to store your PERSONAL belongings, and would like to feel safe, protected, and treated like a human being... Please search around for a legitimate, professional self storage. Uncle Bob needs to go!

I found all of the staff to be super friendly and helpful. When I went in to complete the sign in process, my agent was very patient; he even came out to unit with us to show us how to lock the unit.

On site Manager Rebecca Blackwelder was a great help. Her professional and friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable. The facilities were clean and easy to access. Rebecca goes beyond and above to help every customer and treat them with respect.

I have a storage unit for almost a year and have no problems when you are late that your fault not the storage place I have been late one day before and they let it slide just pay your bills and you can keep your stuff
