Great paint work, thanks guys

Paid $325 to have 2 rims fixed. They came back still bent. I would not recommend them at all. Said they fixed them. There wasnt even any finger prints in the dirt on white rims. They never fixed my rims. Very unsatisfied customer.

Had this place completely redo my 22” gloss black genuine GM wheels on my 2017 Silverado before I turned it in off lease a year or two ago. Each whew was curbrashed bad and pretty dinged up. Rim Doc did a FANTASTIC job and the wheels came out just as good through the barrel as they did on the face. Super satisfied customer who will be bringing you a set of 20 year old Audi Avis wheels to refinish as parts of a resto job very very soon. I have no doubts they will come out just as superb. The art of customer services is alive and well at The Rim Doctor!!! Peter and his Team performed surgery on my rims and the before/after pics speak volumes! Ben performed the surgery and kept me informed every step of the way - within 48hrs all done! Basically they don’t fix rims anymore. Over a month trying to get in touch to have my rim repair they said the guy come On his terms. Rim doctor??

May of 2018 I saw what I thought was marks from a black sharpie pen. Fast forward to 2019 and the marks are worse and there are bubbles to both rims that were fixed by rim dr. My other 2 rims have no corrosion around the stem valve or anywhere else on the tire because they havent been resurfaced or repainted by rim dr or anyone else.

Brought 1 wheel in to repair a bend. Was told it would take about a week. Ended up waiting 3 weeks. Paid more the originally quoted. They didnt even start working on it until I called for an update 1 week later. The wheel was gold when I brought it in. They gave me back a bronze wheel. Literally any other shade of gold would be a better match than bronze. Best they could do to resolve the situation was give me $25 off powder coating per wheel to get the rest to match. They got me real good.

The service was amazing! Lori walked me through the process, gave me an accurate quote and returned my car on time. I started out wanting to repair damage, ended up with a new powder coated finish that looks awesome! Thank you Rim Doctor.

These guys are Real Doctors They cured my Benz I had a Cracked, bent AMG Mercedes rim, caused from the wonderful, Central New York Potholes. These guys diagnosed my problem, made the repairs in Less Time than they stated at drop off!! Cost for repair came in, much better than the $600.00 for a new internet purchased rim. All during the Covid-19 startup!! I found from stopping in that they offer services other than rim repair. Will be a future customer again!!

I had my rims on my 2015 Ford Fusion powder coated black. Laurie (sorry if I misspelled your name) was the one who handled my inquiries and updates, etc. I cant say enough good things about her customer service. Very friendly and charismatic and all around just made sure I was 150% satisfied. I brought my car in on Tuesday 10/16 at 9:30AM and received it back Wednesday 10/17 around 4:30....they got right to work on it and I am extremely satisfied with the service and more importantly my rims! They look absolutely amazing! They look like I bought the car that way. Just a fantastic job, I cant stress that enough! If you need any type of rim repair/finish, Rim Doctor is the place to go...and very good prices. Had I gone to a dealership and got my rims powder coated, I would of easily paid over a grand...Ill always go back to Rim Doctor for my rim needs. You definitely have earned my business for life!!

Quality work and top-notch customer service. I go out of my way (a town over + a rental car) to use their services because its worth the effort. There isnt anyone else I would trust with my aftermarket rims in the CNY region. Prices are surprisingly good (low) for the superior level of work that they do. Turn around times are very fast and youll always be updated in a timely manner. 150% would recommend this place over any tire franchise out there.

This review is more about the customer service and professionalism. Recently brought a wheel over. I hit a large chunk of concrete which was in the middle of the road. Blew the tire out and bent the lip of the alloy wheel. I brought the wheel assembly over and was assisted by Tyler at the front desk. Tyler was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me that there was always the possibility of the wheel lip cracking when they tried to straighten it. Fair enough. Before I made it back home, Tyler called me and told me that another employee looked the wheel over and said that the bend shouldnt effect the tires ability to seal and would still balance out. I went back the next day to pick the wheel up. They ONLY charged me for disposal of the tire. They could have charged me for labor costs, but didnt. They could have just tried to straighten the lip of the wheel out, had it crack, and charged me for that fix, but didnt. Rim Doctor treated me as an individual with a car problem and not $$ in the door. Thats a hard quality to find in todays day and age, especially within the auto repair world. So thank you Rim Doctor, I shall be back with some aluminum wheels from a project vehicle that need some lovin too.

I sent my wheel to get a crack welded and they had it welded and sent there and back in a week. The repair was perfect and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Absolutely would recommend them to a friend. 10/10

Brought a wheel in with terrible curb rash and the clear coat was peeling off. Rim Doctor had my wheel back within a week, and it looked brand new. I couldnt tell where the curb rash was. Great job, would recommend to anyone!

The Rim Doctor is the truth! They just called me and said my Rim is fixed. I dropped it off Monday and they said itll be done in a week. Today is Wednesday, so you do the math! The truth i tell you, nothing but the truth!

Second set of rims Ive had repaired. Hre forged aluminum rims. Painted and clear coated like new. Perfect match to my other rims. Solid work.

Just picked up my delorean DMC-12s rim that was damaged by crappy tire shop. They stripped it, matched the powder coat, and re mounted and balanced tire in a week and a half even with having to order the powder . The girl at the front desk was great and kept me informed. Customer service was awesome. I will definitley be back. If you have a classic car, these guys will take care of you.

This is based off of a miscommunication or lack of understanding ...... regardless...the Customer service I recieved was horrible..ive brought them many rims and not sure why this time was different maybe its cause they where busy butt here we go...brought in four rims to have tires mounted and balanced and two front rims repaired for minor damage...was going to powder coat them but the rims had rivets that they couldnt guarentee wouldnt be damaged and I was adamant that i wanted them untouched...well went to pick up them up and these guys decided to refinish the front rims and leave the back ones..alone...when i brought it up they looked at me like i was crazy...i said who in theyre rright mind would want to refinish half of a set of rims...now if this was a ford focus..i wouldnt care but this is a show vehicle...either way i had to walk away...cause i was gonna freak out and get the cops called on me ... ive got a front pair of rims with gray rivets...and a rear set with chrome ...and well they think theyre right..i know this was wrong 400.00 could of paid for replacements smh...luckily im a pay it forward guy...remember faces and names and toats look forward to the future...and will more than certainly send my rims elsewhere ....
