After having our windshield shattered here, they did replace it for us. However, after getting the car back, they had left shattered glass pieces in the trunk of our car. Before we left the car, we were assured they would clean it and it would look immaculate upon return. That is far from the case and we now have to figure out how to get these tiny pieces out so that no one gets hurt. We will not be going back to Paul’s for our auto care.

Honest place. Been there multiple times. Even when they don’t get it right the first time, they keep working it until it is right. Never charge extra. Prices are reasonable. Because they are so good to deal with sometimes hard to get an appointment.

This place is honest. Ive brought my car here a couple of times and I am always pleasantly surprised at the bill and how fast they are able to find and fix the problem. Sometimes these electrical issues can turn into a rats nest. Its just really nice to find a mechanic that I actually dont fear going to. They may not always return a message left on their voicemail, but if I weighed a couple minutes and call back I am always able to get a person. And they are both polite and respectful. I refer my neighbors and friends to this place as someone that they can trust to do the job rite and for a reasonable rate, and not just be a parts changer.

Pauls Automotive is the real deal. I had them rebuild the rear differential on my truck. We un-knowingly received faulty gears from the manufacturer. They replaced the gears and re-setup the rear-end free of charge!Drives perfect now. The rear gears are now silent.I trust these guys with any project, big or small.

Pauls has been my go to auto mechanic for a few years now. I feel they have always given a true diagnosis of any car issues along with being clear and competitive for parts and service costs. I dont have any issues recommending them.

My car had a severe battery issue, leaking acid, and needed to been looked at right away. I dropped it off at 2:30 pm and even though they were completely booked with jobs they got it in and fixed everything in time for me to pick it up before 5 the same day. Not only that but the price they gave me for the new battery was lower than the three auto parts dealers I price checked. All in all a great experience with great service. Would highly recommend.

Pauls was amazing! I just stopped in to make an appointment to get my ac looked at and the mechanic took my keys and said let me look at it real quick. 5 min later he comes back and says its fixed and it was a bad relay. No charge since he had one laying around. What? I tried to pay him a little more forcibly but still said its free and have a good day. These guys are great they have my business for sure!

Its really important to my dads business that we have reliable service and fast inspection. They have never once steered us astray, taken loose belongings, or given bad recommendations. These people work with us with honesty and integrity for years.

Peace of mind everytime I have to bring any of the familys 3 cars, its not a pleasant time to have to repair something but at least it will be done correctly the first time and the price will be fair, not cheap, but who wants to pay cheap for a repair that is going to last. At least 10 years having their services, I cant remember exactly.

An excellent auto shop. They care about their customers and really went the extra mile to repair my car quickly. A great experience all around. I 10000% recommend this shop!!

They are great too work with very knowledgeable in automotive repair always a top notch job.

The only downside to Pauls is that they get so busy, it can take a week or two at times to get your car in. Other than that, they are honest, fair, and do great work!

These guys ran down a hard to locate problem on my 4wd truck. And charged a very reasonable amount for labor!

My car had electrical problems after a burst coolant hose. Sometimes the power would just shut down without warning. Pauls people found the problem quickly and didnt overcharge us.We have taken our cars there over the past few years, and have never been disappointed.Thank you Pauls!

Really great, honest place. I took in my big list of issues and was told which issues they could fix for a good deal, and where to find a better deal to repair other issues. Where else does that? Repairs were done in a timely manner and came out so much cheaper that I had anticipated.

My girlfriend and I were stranded on a road trip and Pauls took care of us. They made room for us on the same day even though they were busy, gave us a great deal considering the time they spent diagnosing the problem, and were kind and honest throughout. Pat even loaned us his car so we could drive into town!! Great mechanics, great people. Cant recommend them enough.

Honest mechanics - what they are interested in is fixing your vehicle. And if they cant fix it or dont think that it is worth fixing, they will tell you. I have never had them offer me an unnecessary repair or service. These guys are awesome!

Pauls Automotive is a comfortable shop. They help you feel at home while waiting for your car. They have a culture of problem solving for their customers. They help you decide the best actions needed to keep your vehicle safe on the road. I do try to oversell you with repair or service you dont need. They admit the cars are fickle, and issues often can be complicated because of this they take time to teach you how to avoid costly repairs and stand behind the the work they do 100%.

I confidently refer all my friends to Pauls Auto. They have been fixing my cars since 2003. The guys at Pauls are fair and competent. I have NEVER felt like they were telling me anything but the truth.One example that sets Pauls apart from the rest: I was out of town and took my SUV into a shop for a tire rotation. The guy said I was leaking power steering fluid and my hoses needed to be changed at a cost of about $360. I passed and took it to Pauls when I got back in town. Travis called and said the hoses were fine; I just needed a $2 clamp because one was loose. The clamp plus an hour of labor and I was set.It is difficult to find a good mechanic that you trust and Pauls has never disappointed.

Such a great place! I took my car in because it was heating up kind of fast one day. They had it for most of the day trying to figure out what was wrong with it and couldnt find a thing. They did all sorts of tests to it and didnt even charge me a cent. They put in their time and effort and didnt ask for anything in return. I could not believe it! This will be the place I bring any of our cars in from here on out.

We absolutely love Pauls Automotive! Theyre one of the only businesses that will be HONEST with you. The Toyota Dealerships were both lying to us about a repair, when we went to Pauls for a second opinion and they pointed it out to us. This saved us from a pointless $600+ repair.

The prices can’t be beat! We were having an issue with our car and it was hard to figure out, but they were willing to put in the time to help us out.

Good luck getting them to pick the phone up or call you back. I originally called a few weeks back and was told Id be called back with a quote for a starter. I never received a call and have tried calling back multiple times with only receiving an answering machine. My wife called and left a message and never got a call back either. Not how you want to run a business; even more for a new potential customer who just moved to the area.

Tried Pauls today for the first time. Even though they were busy they had my car fixed before they closed for the weekend. Definitely bringing my next repair to Pauls.
