I signed up for Geico online for my motorcycle insurance. I already use Geico for homeowners and auto. The way the website is set up you cant easily see any options to change your coverage. I filled out the info and paid the premium in full as requested. A few months into my coverage and I was involved in a hit and run. Geico refuses to cover any damage to myself or the bike. I have also not received any documents that even tell me what my coverage is despite calling on multiple occasions. I also cant view my coverage on the app.This is so frustrating. I will never use this company again!

1 week amd still no claims adjustment on my disabled vehicle I had to leave after 3 hours on hold only to be hung up on after 2 hours on hold. UNACCEPTABLE UNACCEPTABLE!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND NO CAR CAUSE OF IT!!!

Impossible to contact. Dropped the ball on issuing a home owners policy after saying they would contact my mortgage company back in January. I just found out (18 days later) this never happened. As a result, closing on my home is delayed. This is unacceptable, and infuriating. Im moving to an independent broker. Does Geico have any employees left?

The staff is Great in this office. I suggest to call Geico directly unless you get to talk to a customer service representative employee here at this office. My experience talking to the Agent ... I plead the 5th.

Waited for a long period of time to try and pay bill outside in the cold when the office had many reps in office with doors locked. Have done this several times, one in which caused me to get a lapse in Insurance. Their customer service during this time is Not So good! Along with the price of insurance on the bill sent is NOT the same as the yearly statement.... Not sure why and how this is possible and so much more!

I was involved in a geico costomer backing into me they lied and I only was paid half after they left the scene and the driver was not on insurance altho I had witnesses. Overall I like geico and I will recommend them.

In past years I was very pleased with GEICO. This year I switched insurance companies because of poor service including increasing insurance rates, not answering the phone, and rude customer service reps. When I switched companies my agent sent a cancellation notice to GEICO. My umbrella policy was canceled and I received a refund. I continue receiving bills for my auto policy despite several phone calls and sending them documentation. I would not recommend GEICO.

I have been trying to reach Geico all morning and no one answers their phone, it leaves you on hold for 30 minutes then hangs up. I regret buying my homeowners policy through them. My previous policy was with them and this never happened. Will not be renewing with Geico as it is impossible to get a human on the phone during normal business hours.

Great service. Natasha helped me save $200 on a 6 month auto policy with better coverage. She was knowledgeable, efficient & very personable. I enjoyed my time with her. Its great they are open until 6 during several work days. I didnt have to take time off.

I have had auto insurance for years through Geico. I have had a few claims, and have never had an issue with them covering the claim. I have also had to use the roadside service a few times, and it has always been quicker than AAA ever was at arriving to tow the cars. My children have been able to save a great deal of money when they went off our policy to get their own. I have had friends who have told me what their children pay for their own policy and I am floored. Family pricing is fantastic. Recently I switched my homeowners policy and was able to save 150.00 a year with better coverage than I had before.

Terrible. I feel like the employees at this location give you the quote they personally feel you should get (within believable reason) as opposed to what you should actually get based on your information and parameters set forth by insurance standards and Geico as a company. This is literally the least professional company I have ever dealt with. It feels like a free for all when you walk in. Like spin the wheel and see what you get. Was quoted one price point three previous times and when it came time to pay was quoted an over two hundred dollar more one. Was told smugly by, Joshua Daggett, Agency Manager, that quotes expire after thirty days. Was not told this previously. Joshua smiled and basically shrugged his shoulders when asked why I wasnt told this before. Why I was quoted the same price three previous times and not this one...who knows? There was no explanation but, Quotes expire after thirty days. Geico feels almost predatory when it comes to how they treat their customers.

What they wont tell you Is you will get forwarded directly to the national call line if your local office doesnt answer,Tjen under the guise of info verificatikn some trainee can re write your entire insurence policy within 90 days of setting up and making consistent payments.If you Can get ahold of your local office after they, cannot undo those changes that were made with little to no context of the said questions and you end up paying through the nose .Also GOD Forbid anyone physically come out to investigate any claims you put in or evidence submitted through 10 different people on the their team .I have been HANDLED since this policy started ...my local agent is great the national office yeah not so much!

Does anybody know THAT THEY REFUSE TO INSURE A CAR THATS BEEN IN ANY TYPE OF ACCIDENT FOR A YEAR AFTERWARDS.Try calling Geico directly ......talk to FIVE (5) different people and NO ONE CAN GIVE YOU ANY TYPE OF ANSWER! !!!!!Call the ONLY local Agent for Geico. ...talk directly to the owner of the Agency. .....get promises that she will PERSONALLY look into it and call you back in the next few days.Waited a week. ....havent heard back. ...call her back and she has nothing but apologies to offer but at the same time gives you the unmistakable feeling that she doesnt have the Foggiest idea what youre even talking about. .( So much for the following up personally )....GEICO seems to have HORRIBLE Customer Service .

A deer hit my car. Its a relatively expensive car with low mileage. They want to use junk parts to fix it. They should spend less money on advertising and more on taking care of claims. I wont be renewing my policy.

I switched my insurance to Geico after moving across the country for a job because I thought it would be easier to use a national company. I didnt realize how wrong I would be. Everything was handled just fine from their end until they stop receiving their money. I had some fraud on my debit card which required it be replaced. I attempted to contact and update all of my automated payors. GEICO was missed. My mistake I know. However I never received any late payment notices from them which in my mind is poor customer service.I only received a cancellation notice. I called to rectify the error and was told my late payments dictated my rates be increased. Im not sure if that is common practice but it certainly is a quick way to lose a customer. Despite my attempts to reason with the customer service representative I was informed nothing could be done. To add insult to injury I received in the mail from GEICO a past due remaining balance notice. How could they charge me for service they cancelled?? I still dont understand that. Maybe a last ditch effort to squeeze even more money out of me. Today less that one month after receiving the past due payment notice I have apparently been sent to a collection agency. I am utterly beside myself. What nerve?? The ironic thing is their name is the Government Employees insurance company. I am a government employee and have been for several years. No person in government employment has treated me in such a way. I urge anyone considering GEICO to look elsewhere.

Gieco is literally the worst. They over charge you. I got into a small accident less then $100 worth of damage and they told me it wouldn’t effect my monthly rate, the next month they charged me $30 extra and continued to do so. I was switching insurance company’s and i tried to figure out how to cancel it online and they don’t even have an option on that, I had to wait until the customer service office was open and do it then and then they decide to take the money out anyway and tell me that I won’t be getting the full amount of the money they took out. And I have to wait about two weeks to even get it back. They are theives! Don’t choose this insurance company it’s highway robbery!!!

Terrible company, had a policy with them for 10 plus years, no claims, no accidents, no tickets no late payments. Geico decided to change their definition of my vehicle as a non passenger vehicle and drop my coverage. After pleading my case, sending them pictures of both the registration (its a high top van) and the vehicle itself they still decided to drop my policy even though the state recognizes the vehicle as a passenger, the state registered it as a passenger vehicle and the manufacturer says its a passenger vehicle (even the title says passenger). 10 plus years with no claims and Geico taking my money.... never again will I ever recommend or use Geico services and or products again. CROOKS!!

So even after canceling my policy they still charged me anyway even though the agent I spoke to said I would not be charged,, this in effect caused hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees from my bank because Geico took money they werent supposed too.This is disgraceful and I regard it as outright theft.Geicos agent flat out lied in telling me I would not get charged.Shame on you, !!!!
