Kelly and Doreen seemed to work well together and were looking to the customers best interests over their own. Very pleasant to deal with. I found this agency in a google search for an insurance broker. When I called the receptionist was very friendly and connected me with a broker named Tiffany. Tiffany was also very professional on the phone and obtained my family’s info so that she could identify the best possible insurance options. She told me I would hear from her in two days. Two days came and went and the following week I called to get an update. I was told that she had been off, had my information and would get back to me the next day. I never heard from her. I was very disappointed to not even receive insurance options, even if they weren’t favorable. I would have just like to receive the quote I requested. Very friendly staff but, not responsive. I’ve moved on and found another agency to provide insurance.
