The best Asian nail trends I’ve ever seen is here. They use only Japanese base products (as base coat for your nail) for best and longest last adhesion so it doesn’t lift and you can keep your nails for 3 weeks. I did extensive google, Yelp, and Instagram research before finding this place. This was by far the best talent I’ve seen anywhere in Atlanta. They have OPI products but just to be sure, ask for the Japanese stuff!They also have tons of gems, micro/glitter, rub on chrome and aurora powders, stickers etc. It’s easiest to contact on IG if you have a design in mind. More than likely they can do it for you.EXPECTATION- you are not coming here for an elegant spa like experience. It is going to be loud and your typical Asian nail place. You come here because you want the best and longest last nails.PARKING- free parking right in front of the place.PRICING- when I come in for mani for polygel or full gel tip extensions with design on 6 nails total without gel, price is typically around 60-70$ which I think is great, considering it lasts 3 weeks. I’ve gotten similar Japanese product nails in LA for more than that!I typically get my nails done with Suki.

As a loyal customer of Nail Gallery for a year, I can confidently say that they are 100% the best salon in Atlanta/North Georgia area. Seriously, if you have a design in mind, they can do it!! They are also extremely upfront about what they can do and what they can’t do. The prices are extremely reasonable as well.They are known for using a Japanese type of hard gel instead of acrylic. It’s soooo much more stronger and durable than acrylics, trust me it’s worth the price. Typically with acrylics I have breakage within 3-4 weeks. With the Japanese hard gel, I have had my nails last up to 6 weeks without any breakage.Suki is the owner and is the best at nail art and is quite fast. Jenny is also a great nail artist and is really meticulous and makes her customers feel cared for.I can confidently say that I will be a customer of Nail Gallery for a loooooong time 😁

First time came to nail gallery, where is 30 miles far away of my house. But it worth the time cost and highly recommend to some of you who are looking for Japanese nails service.No complicated appointment policy at an affordable price. THE BEST! I have been going here for over a year and my gel manicure stays on perfectly. Everyone is so professional and kind and remembers exactly how I like my nail shape and length. They have products and colors that I have not seen any salon in the area carry.

Terrible service. Came in for 230 appointment, waited till 3 with no explanation. Asked when we were next and got ignored so just left. Dont go, waste of time, terrible service.

It wasnt bad but it also was not good.. I came in for acrylic nails and a pedicure. While cutting cuticles they cut a little too far down on a couple fingers. The pedicure was kind of questionable. I like my nail color but I do not like the thickness.

I showed So Cheung a picture beforehand but i didnt like the color so i edited the picture to make it more WARM tone and then i showed her the edited photo when i was there in person and she was like ‘ok’ blindly. then she chose a color that sort of matched THE FIRST picture not the EDITED reference photo. i thought she was going to allow me to CHOOSE THE COLOR MYSELF at first, but instead we wasted time trying to find a very similar color. towards the end i just made the decision not to get my nails finished there. too many problems. AND SHE STARTED TO TALK SH*T ABOUT ME TO HER COWORKERS IN CHINESE like i understand nail people speak different languages other than english but it was SO OBVIOUS because she was so done with me and FINALLY GAVE ME the bin of nail swatches (she should have done it in the first place but nope we wasted so much time because SHE HERSELF was trying to find the color) and after she gave them to me she immediately started speaking in chinese to her coworkers i just felt the NEGATIVITY from her...not to mention the fact she didnt tell me to wash my hands or anything before the manicure + she was too rough on my nails that 2 areas started to bleed a tiny bit + the nails in the reference were SQUARE/SQUARE OVAL but she chose COFFIN style nails and glued them onthe old nail salon i used to go to never had that kind of problem i guess i made the mistake of trying out a new salon specifically this one. very disappointed.OH AND they charged me $35 FOR TIPS AND A TOP COAT?? i asked my friends they said that was such a scam because at other places you can it for like $20 or $25 just doing TIPS.

Alice and Suki are nice and did our nails. Called ahead for an appointment and came in and they started right away. Very sweet ladies. They asked our opinion for every detail. Make sure to have a design or image ready for them to reference. Reasonably priced and probably the only place Ive been to that does such detailed designs. Over all happy for the results.

I walked in at 12:40. Their were only 3 workers working on 2 ladies. Then 2 girls walked in at 1:15 for appointments at 1. After seating me for a pedicure @1, they told me I had to wait for both of the 1pm appointments to be done before they start on me. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Great pedicures with friendly service and all at a reasonable price. Love this place and their ability to take me with or without an appointment.

Worse customer services ever I have when to so many nail salons and they have the best quality products and this one was the worse one I ever been in due to my toe nail paint was coming off after a day I got it done and also my finger nail when they cut it they also accidentally cut my skin and no Apology or any discount after all of the bad service

Suki the owner is the best! They do great gel manicures and pedicures. They use a gel called “Grace Gel,” which is so much healthier than SNS and acrylic. They also do excellent designs. They have so many options for designs. I always find my nail designs on Pinterest or Instagram, I show them the pictures, and they are able to replicate. I also get my underarms waxed here and they do an excellent job. The salon is very clean! My favorite color is purple so my nails are always a shade of purple with a different design. The owner calls me the “purple lady.” Once I use all the shades of purple that she has, she purchases more just for me. Very personal service, they take the time to build a relationship, and get to know you. Been going there since 2016 and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

I have been to this place to get my nails done several times bc it was close from my house. They are so rude and have terrible services. I do not recommend to go to this place if you are looking for decent nail salon.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the workers are nice, but thats about it. Every time i try and give them a chance to do my nails i leave there not satisfied. I never leave there 100% happy. Either my toes are messed up or my nails are. The good customer service will pull you in but the talent sucks. I got my nails done for vacation and the stones fell off in the shower and the nails broke easily. Lets just say im done wasting my money here. Hope they get it together but i will never know.

This is may have been my 3rd time coming here since I was away at school most of the time this was the only salon I knew that did a good job. Unfortunately, I will have to find another place to call home. To begin with, I came in and sat down. I was greeted and told it would be 15 min. Since Im not that familiar with the area I waited. 15 min turned into 20 min. I got up to leave and she said she was almost done. I waited an additional 10 min until she was finished. I needed a fill-in and one nail repair. She starts on my nails then all of a sudden starts popping them off. She says theyre lifting when they werent and some a few she had to literally force off. So, I ask her will I have to pay extra for the nails SHE removed. She tells me it would be $50! So, Im like nothing was wrong with my nails before I came in here. Then she says shell just charge me $35 for the fill-in plus 4 nail repairs in which 3 she took off!!! At this point, Im annoyed because a new full set is $40! She starts talking in whatever language and then everyone comes over to look at my nails. So, I was basically a display. The last straw is when she cut one of my nails too short and made it round instead of square. I bring it to her attention and she says when she cuts it before she puts the powder on she cant tell how short it is...so I have two nails that are short and pointy compared to the square nails! And then they force you to get gel basically. I gave them two stars because 1. the salon is clean and 2. the gel polish came out nice. So! I wouldnt go here unless youre a regular or one of THEM! Theyre rude! Over Priced!

Gallery Nails is above and beyond excellence. The owner Tiffany is great person with a lovely personality. The technicians are polite and they do their job well done. I know the owner for few years as a friend but as a person offering a service is exceptional. When you need a place where to be relax you wont regret stop in Gallery Nail. Love this salon! Just got my first mani here. They are really reasonably priced and have given me the best manicure. The nail tech trimmed my cuticles without cutting or hurting me at all like a lot of other salons have done before. They have really nice decor and their pedicure chairs are brand new. Love this place and I will be a regular here. Great service, very courteous and very reasonable pricing.

Suki does an amazing job on my nails. Everyone in the shop is so friendly and will not let you leave unless you love it. They will also teach you Mandarin if youre willing to learn!

Revolted. The girl who did my toes was wearing very short shorts - and apparently no underwear. My fiance, my daughter, and I all got a real show as she parted her legs wide on either side of my feet to work on my toes. (I shooed my family off to go hang out in the waiting area.) Advertisement for the men who come in for one of the back-room massages? Anyway, Im pretty sure that, a couple of times, as she worked on my toes, one side of her outer labia dragged around on that little round seat she used. Yeah - the same seat that kids like mine love to spin around and sit on because its just my size!YUCK. Needless to say, I am never going back.The shapes of my fingernails arent very great, either. some lean to one side, and a couple and the tips are uneven - some very narrow and some basically pointy.

I cant recommend this salon enough. Every single person that works there is so kind and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make your time relaxing. It is very clean and they have a large selection of product and treatments

Very disappointed in their customer service... i use to love this place but the last few months my experience has been terrible! I got my nails done thursday and by Friday one of my nails just fell right off, while the gel polish on my thumb is already peeling.😑 Anyways i come on my lunch break sat afternoon and they tell me its a long wait... thats all... “its a long wait come back after work”.... umm no sorry no nothing just come back later... umm ok like i dont come here alllll the time? Cant even try to make it right... thats crazy... but whtever after i get it fixed i doubt I will go back to this location

Awesome pedicure! I got the middle level which I think was $30 and it was so relaxing! I got a foot scrub with a mango scrub which smelled delicious, a foot mask and then a very nice long massage all while I sipped on some wine. I will definitely be going back to LiLy! She is the best!They also have a rewards program where you can get $5 off your 6th visit :)

My first time here ! the worst nail salon ever I walked in asked for a filling and was told I HAD to soak because I didn’t have my previous nails done there so they couldn’t do my filling. I explained how I didn’t have time at the moment because I was on my lunch break and was told to come back when I had time

They were good at first but some of the workers are super unprofessional. They keep the customers waiting and even with an appointment they sometimes take walkins first. They also dont take their time on the nails and rush. Stopped going here because of that.

I went in at 11:30am on a Thursday looking to get a pedicure on my lunch break. I knew I might go a little over my hour - but I was upset that I had to wait, with my feet in the water, for an hour before my pedicure started. Could I have left? Sure. Pedicure went quickly after that. Application of polish was great - though I did get a little frustrated on the 4th coat. If I hadnt of been there on my lunch break, probably wouldnt have cared as much, but I wish the wait time would have been communicated to me prior to me taking a seat.

I love this place alil expensive but for the work it’s worth it my nails and toes ARE LITERALLY PERFECTION Angie is the bomb!!! My new nail salon and Angie is my new nail tech she’s the sweetest

THE BEST SALON IN GEORGIA! I was moving into a new apartment, and I was exhausted. My mom and I decided on a whim to get our nails done. We simply googled nail salons in Suwanee, as Im new to the area, and we saw the great reviews. Little did we realize how true they all are.It was 7:40 when we decided to go, and they close at 8. We called and asked if theyd be available for pedicures if we could get there in 5 minutes. They were SO accommodating. They did not even hesitate when we walked in at 7:45. Tiffany (the owner) and Jackie were there until almost 9 p.m. for us. They were SO friendly and funny. My mom and I were in stitches the whole time! They were smiling and joking with us the entire time. Some nail salons can be intimidating, because all of the nail techs are uninterested in talking to you and more concerned with speaking to each other (not in English). However, even though both of these girls were from Vietnam, they spoke to us (and each other) in English the entire time. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of moving.Since going there 2 days ago, I have already recommended Nail Gallery to 5 people I know. My mom has even told her friends back home about it! I dont think well be able to go to another nail salon again!

Dont let the reviews affect any preconceptions you might have. ive seen their work on instagram and a few friends have been. i was skeptical from seeing poor reviews but decided to give them a chance.this place is great!!!!i made an appointment through instagram direct message the night before and was able to come in at 11am friday.i showed them a picture of what i wanted and rachel took care of me.she took her time and my nails are beautiful!!!i cant wait to come back.unfortunately im only in town to visit my parents so ill only be able to come when i visit.10/10 recommend.

I actually love this place and I have no idea what the other comment was talking about showing the ladies goods. They have great customer service and are very attentive to each of their customers. They take their time with their pedi and foot massage during the VIP pedi. Everytime I come in Me, my mother and Wife all feel like VIPs.

I would rate this place a zero if I could.Mind you, Ive been here twice before, and I wasnt all fully satisfied. So I decided to give it one more try.It all started with lies and ended with not giving me a refund/credit.Let me tell you what happened..I went In. I picked the colors and design.They started my nails, and it was all down hill from there.I wanted a gradient design on my nails, and gems on my big toes.They finished my nails and toes... and they were awful.Why? Because I showed them two Instagram pictures from their own accountexpecting the nails to look almost exactly like the pictures, and they didnt even look close to similar.BIG TOES: The gems on the toes are a lot bigger in the Instagram picture. They told me that they didnt have the bigger gems AFTER they finished putting the smaller gems on my toes. They never asked me if it was okay to use smaller gems.And the lady told me that the gems looked bigger in the picture because the picture was zoomed in (LIE #1).Im not stupid. I know the difference between big and small. The size differences in the gems make the entire look different.NAILS: The Instagram picture had a beautiful, SMOOTH gradient look. My nails looked blotchy, uneven, and just straight up horrible. And the lady told me that the picture looked smoother because of a FILTER. First of all, why would you put a filter on the picture? It wouldnt be true to its nail color (LIE #2). I am well acquainted with professional photographers, and I confidently know that a filter will not make the texture of a nail design look beyond smoother than what it looks like in reality (unless you majorly photoshop).I usually dont like having anyone re-do my nails even though Im not fully satisfied.But today was another story. I paid, stepped out to my car, sat there and looked at my nails,and couldnt imagine myself staring at them for two weeks.So I stepped back into the salon, and told them honestly that I did not like my nails or my big toes. They re-did them for me (I just got plain colors). And at the end, the lady told me that they couldnt give me a refund. So I asked for a store credit. They said no and handed me 3 $5 off coupons, which was not even close to the store credit I should have received.So overall, I paid almost $100 for more stress.Ladies, Gents, please think wisely before going to this salon. I went for the third time, and I wasted my hard earned money to liars. Im glad that it was only my third time coming here because I didnt waste more money.I guess third times the charm.

Best nail salon i have ever been in! They call you by name, they offer you wine or water while getting a pedicure they are SUPER friendly and accommodating. I got a hot stone herbal pedicure by kim and it was literally almost an hour long. She took SO much care of me i wanted to fall asleep. And also a gen mani. They converse with you they are interactive the salon is gorgeous and clean and they have great prices. I have finally found my permanent nail salon. I will never go anywhere else. There 5 people waiting outside on a Saturday befoew they opened i luckily made an appointment. See for yourself! !Now I have to make a new review. This place USED to be 5 stars. But when I went back there the last time it was the worst experience they have a whole new staff and I dont like them at all. They are rude and talk about you like other low end shops it was very uncomfortable and its disrespectful. But since I had such amazing experiences before I gave it ONE more try and the same thing. I will never spend another penny here. I spend way too much money in there to be this unhappy. Im done. I miss the young guy who ran the shop he was amazing. These new women are terrible.
