I frequent this salon a lot and I usually have a decent experience. Today however was not the best.I asked for a price down for a new service for me and was basically told the price I was told was not right. I didn’t mind paying the difference but I wasn’t expecting the treatment that I received for asking. The associate was so annoyed and walked away several times as I was speaking. She threw the receipt and was highly irritated. Even after I tipped her she didn’t even say thank you.Very disappointing experience today.

Prices went up. They didn’t even say anything. Horrible customer service. Need to be more professional if they want customers.

Just stopped in for the first time the other day. I was so appreciative of the nail technician I got. She was super friendly, didnt try to up sell me, and for the first time in YEARS I finally had someone doing my nails who seemed like they really cared about how they turned out. She was incredibly detailed!Best S&S I think Ive ever had.

SNS...Sophia is the best! Great pedicures too! They have a new sign in and pay system that will take awhile to get used to. Be sure to tip in cash. New system takes a certain percentage from the tips instead of going to the employees.

Services have downgraded over the years. The workers are arrogant. They started a french manicure on my feet without asking details how I wanted it. When I told the worker it looks like clear polish only instead of french she became mad and started talking to another employees in their language while laughing. Very disrespectful. The workers had the water too hot without asking. Grabbed my leg without asking me to move. She did the pedicure over when I took notice and asked her to. Its been about a week and the polish is chipping off. They used to be a lot better with higher quality polish. They are upgrading their shop and downgrading the quality of polish and customer service. There are too many nail shops in the area to be so arrogant. I will not return.

Im so happy with my predi and gel mani. This place does an excellent job with keeping appointments and all the technicians are skilled. It is small so you have to make sure to book ahead of time. Price is good, not super expensive reasonable for this area.

Ive been going here for 6 years. Mainly because of the neck massages, but most of them are skilled. I can keep a French gel mani for 3 weeks and its hard to tell its growing out. They are safe. Ive never gotten an infection, fungus or any issue like it. I give them a 4 because sometimes I dont always get someone as skilled and its hard to communicate to help them u understand what I like. All in all, a great place and I keep going back.

I can finally put my head back at a nail salon.I’ve been visiting this shop for 2-3 months. Tina was the first person to do my SNS nails. Ever since that day she’s been my favorite and only. She picks a color that complements a color choice I had in mind and it always works out that I like hers better. Tina cleans up the cuticles, files amazing, shapes perfect, and makes certain she ask before cutting or reshaping my nails. Takes her time and just willing to change if you ask her to. I’m so picky and not a single time was she frustrated with my OCD. Thank you Tina you’re the BEST!!!

They always do a great job on my nails. Not always very punctual. Made an appointment and still waited 45 minutes for my nails to even start. My sister was done before they even finished my pedicure, and I still needed a manicure and eye brow wax. They left my eyebrow area bleeding and it scabbard over (first time that happened)

Yesterday we came here to paint our nails i showed her a design and they said they couldnt do it i said well ok then they started to do my nails after that we looked at the book they had and it had this simple daisy that i liked and i asked for that and she said she couldnt do it and she did these horrible flowers then after she made me put my hand in the dryer thing and expected me to know how to do it now its been a day and the top layer of my nails started coming off! The service is horrible the employes are horrible i would not recomend coming here at all! And they are taking other people instead of us

I came with my mother which is a regular customer and comes all the way from Cobb county every few weeks. I personally go to a dif salon but joined her on this trip. I had a full set and pedicure. The lady doing my nails was absolutely rude. It started with me asking if she could do ombre. She told me it wouldnt look good on short nails and only very long nails which is a lie bc I always do it and have short nails all the time you. Then she told me it would be $65 for full set but the lady doing my moms nails said a dif price. I decided she just didnt wanna do it so I went with my normal butthe entire time talking about me to the other girl in there language. I guess downloading Google translate pays off. I will never go back after listening to the convo about myself right in front of me . This trip o my gave me a headache and left me spending $155+ tip for our nails. Never again

My mom went here just a couple days ago, suddenly, her big toe got very red and super swollen, she went to the doctor and turns out, got an infection due to lack of clean equipment here. never coming again :)

FIASCO - READ AND SEE PICS OR YOU WONT BELIEVE ME!I stopped in to get SNS nails done. It was my 2nd time here and the first time I had Sophie and she did a great job. This time I got Jenny. It was a comedy of errors that I am still dealing with a weeks later.I sat there while she put Acetone on cotton balls and wrapped my fingertips with foil to remove the existing SNS nail product. I sat there 20 minutes and she finally checked and was amazed that nothing had happened. She was trying to figure out what happened then realized she used rubbing alcohol instead of the acetone. She apologized and said anyone can make mistake. The manager came over concerned about the wasted time and I said I was OK, I was off that day.Jenny again did the cotton ball thing and again I sat for about 20 minutes while the right stuff removed the product. She then rubbed like crazy and started filing all over my nails???? SNS does not need to have the nails ground down which is why I do SNS. She cut me twice and kept missing and hitting my cuticles. I stopped her and told her no more. She then started with the SNS process and when I saw how thick she was doing it, I should have walked out then. The manager was aware that there was a problem because she kept looking at me and checking. When Jenny finally was finished with the 3 apps of the SNS powder, she again picked up that stupid drill and started filing off the SNS nail powder that she had just applied.For those of you that may not know what SNS is, the powder is the actual color of the end result. No need to polish as the power is the color. Well, after taking so freaking long to get to this point, she starts filing off the actual color!!!! I had enough, got a bit unpleasant, the manager and another woman come over. I said I have been doing SNS for years and this is the first time someone was filing off the colored powder. I showed them where she had filed parts of it off right down to my bare nail!!!! Neither woman had an explanation however the manager said just to wait and that she would do them. She ran to another station, grabbed a file and came back and now she started filing my nails. OMG - The nails were destroyed and hurt so bad that I said nevermind, I was done and would never be back. I walked up to the reception desk as I didnt want anyone to say I walked out without paying and Jenny comes running after me and tells me it is $35.00. I said you have to be kidding me??? You think I am going to pay for this awful service that by the way, I have to go someplace else to have repaired etc and she said yes. I threw the $35 on the desk and walked out .As I was getting into my car, one of the techs came running after me and said I did not have to pay and handed my $35 back to me. She said she was sorry, she knew me from when I was there for the first time and she said that time was good and that I should come back and let Sophie or someone else help me. Mind you now, I had been there 2 hours already!!!! I said I would never be back.So, why am I writing this? It has been 2 weeks and my fingers are still bruised and the skin on my fingers is dead. Yup - dead.... They are peeling, sore and I am afraid I am going to lose several of my nails. Not sure if it is from the nail damage caused by her deep filing or a disease from someone else there. I did not see ANY sterilizers, anywhere. She just pulled her implements out of a drawer and used them. Maybe the alcohol and acetone being on them for over 45 minutes killed the skin and cuticles, I dont know but Id run.For those of you that have had good luck here, I am happy for you but me, just look at the pictures. Oh, and by the way, the nails themselves, I put this polish over them so no one can see the bruising on the nails. It will take 8-10 months before I can can go natural or French. So NOT worth it.I see good and bad reviews on Eden Nails however, if you get stuck with Jenny - run and run fast. She has no clue ..............

I absolutely loved this salon, the staff was polite and talented. My second time coming here, I got a mani/pedi that I paid $65 for. Two hours after I got my nails done, the side of my toe started to swell up and become painful. After two days of the swelling getting worse, I sought medical treatment, was diagnosed with a skin and nail infection. I had to get a tetanus shot and was prescribed antibiotics. I would never recommend this this salon to anyone! They do not sterilize their equipment, this caused my infection and has probably caused so many more infections.

It’s a sad day when google won’t let you give 0 stars, but that’s fine lol let me explain today. First I was told about 4 times that I looked tired- ok whatever I didn’t put on makeup today 😂 . Then I was given the stink eye for not shaving my legs, like no joke she kept making faces when she had to touch my legs ahaha. Next, she cut open my toe and my finger and poured rubbing alcohol on both, then proceeded to tell me it was my fault ahah....ok. After she placed searing hot towels on my legs, she practically beat me with her hands as a “massage”. I’ll make sure to never coming back here unless I want to come out looking like I was in a fight.

We came in 5 minutes after closing and they did a service on me my wife and my son!!! Best place on PIB!

Some are ok but most of them are rude and extremely disrespectful.

I usually come here every few months and today I received the worst customer service ever. I accidentally drop a bottle of nail polish and the front desk lady seemed so annoyed and the rest of the staff followed. Also, my two year old daughter got her nails done and they didnt have any patience. Im so upset. The nail tech doing my nails seemed annoyed and was manhandling my arms, hands and fingers. She treated me like I was inadequate. Im not coming again. This is sad since its the one place I really liked in the area.

Slow! Staff memebers seem to have tension. Everytime Ive visited the employee doing my nails has seem distracted and messed my nails up. My friend stoped going due to a waxing mishap. Truly just not good staff
