I love Cielo. My mom has gone here for years and I finally came about a year ago. Kayla always goes a great job on my nails whether long or short, they look just like the picture. They’re clean, even before COVID, very nice relaxing environment!

I get my nails done every so often as a self-care treat. This time I went with a friend to celebrate my baby shower. The service was fantastic and I was very pleased with the way they styled these embellishments.Here are some things I appreciate:ServiceThey were so professional and friendly. The gentleman who helped me withstand my nails was quick to resolve my complaint when I said that the UV gel machine was painful.Quality of work- I really loved that my light colored nails were very consistent in their color and smoothness.- I’m particularly picky about certain details and so appreciated that the polish didn’t bubble!! (Bothers me so much)Environment- Beautiful azul flooring and clean work space. A relaxing setting although I will say the smell of chemicals were quite strong. I am pregnant so I was worried about the smell and understand that this is just what comes with the territory of the salon. They gave me a mask quite willingly so I was very thankful!To the staff:Thank you for great service and a relaxing and beautiful environment. I will be back to support this local business!! 💙

Cielo Sky has been my favorite nail place for years now! Ken and Ten are my go to for all things hands, gel and SNS. Hannah is my favorite for pedicures! Their sweet pedicure with the hot sugar scrub is a one of a kind. Even though I don’t work close to here anymore, I make the drive because it’s truly the best experience and top of the line service.

The people are very pleasant, welcoming and very professional... They are superb in customer service and thats very important in this line of work and I cant wait to book my son and I another appointment. 🤓

Awesome, skilled and CONSISTENT staff; beautiful and calming ambiance, and services and treatments that rival any high-end spa. I have been a loyal client of Kayla/Cielo Sky for years and have only ever had a wonderful service. The core staff has been the same for at least two or three years which is nearly unheard of in the industry. The salon is kept impeccably clean and a girls day out really feels like a girls day out at Cielo Sky.

I absolutely love this nail salon! Kayla and Diane have always done a great job with my nails (whether adding tips, manicuring my natural nails, applying acrylic or SNS). The pedicures are fantastic as well! The salon itself is very clean and nicely decorated. Don’t hesitate to make your next nail appointment at Cielo!

First thing said to me when I walked into the salon was that they didn’t have time for me then after a minute they said they could do what I wanted (just a full set with regular polish. I was told to pick my polish and sit down at a spot that they would get to me in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later no one was with me another girl walked in she was told to pick what colors she wanted right away (sns) and before she even picked her colors she got sat down with a lady right away within 5 minutes of her walking in. Keep in mind i was still waiting for someone to come work on me when I had my colors already picked out. So I got up to walk out since I walked in first and wasn’t even acknowledged and no one said anything to me. Their service was poor they were rude and didn’t care about their customers. I will not be coming back!

Cielo does a great job for my whole family! I recently began getting pedicures with my wife and I’m hooked now. We bring the kids along too and make it some real quality family time.

This is a Nail Spa that I can recommend- their service is great, the place is beautiful, the atmosphere really makes you feel that the people there care.Felt a little bit like a nice hotel in Europe :) !Ill be back. ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL!! VERY CLEAN!!! Love the out of the box setup. Comfy bench seating with a curtain and half wall as divider. (so you can pull the curtain closed for privacy if your not in the mood for talking to the Chatty Cathy beside you 😉) Sound chlosterphobic? Its definitely not. Im tired of the massage chairs in every other salon - theyre either too hard or wont work at all! Easy parking in back, not bad to enter and exit side street (only mentioned because it deterred me for a while) Best advice > GIVE IT A TRY!

My favorite place to get my nails done in Suwanee. The employees are all so friendly and feel like family. Unlike other nail shops, they take their time on you and make sure you get what you want without trying to manipulate you. If you’re looking for a go-to nail salon, Cielo is it!

I have been going here for years now. They staff is great and my nails always turn out great. I mainly get pedicures but on occasion get manicures. They did my nails for my wedding and my nails were exactly what I wanted.

This is an amazing place! This absolutely sweet sweet young lady did such an amazing job, I was blown away by her work. Not only was the polish absolutely perfect and just the way I wanted it (I tend to be complicated and a perfectionist, but she understood immediately and followed my instructions to perfection), but also the work she did on my feet was incredible, I couldnt believe they were the same feet from before. I was a walk in, as well as my mother and sister, and we were almost immediately seated. The young man (who did my sisters nails) was a bit rude, didnt talk to my sister really, and you could tell that he didnt really like what he was doing. However it was the complete opposite for the lady who serviced me. She was so sweet and when we talked she actually paid attention and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. Also she was so thorough in her work, (I usually tear apart my nails because I dont really care and I used to be an avid nail biter, not anymore tho!) taking the extra time to make sure they looked perfect. I honestly cant say enough good things about her! I just wish I could remember her name, I know it started with a k. Kayla or Katlyn. But I know that I will no longer be doing my own toes and I need to leave it to her because they look better than they have in a long time. Will definitely be booking many more appointments with her!

Tin gave great customer service. I don’t recommend Brenda if your going to get a pedicure. She is very rough when removing the dead skin. My pedicure was not really relaxing due to her yanking on the dead skin. Didn’t really experience the pampering part of it. I only had my nails and toes done for just one week as of today and my sns has already cracked. Nice place but still not the best nail place within the Gwinnett area. Not sure if I would go back again.

Staff is VERY rude and HATEFUL. Dont waste your time or money. My first experience wasnt great, but wanted to give them another chance. I had to cancel due to a death in the family. I called after hours, expecting a voice service. The call was answered, and I was ask why I was calling so late.

Great experience!! First time there today with my mom! My mom is super picky and has never had a good experience at a nail salon. We tried Cielo today & we were blown away!! The decorations are amazing and comfortable! The staff is super sweet too! The young guy who did my nails redid my toes because i wasnt crazy about the color😵 They also gave my mom wine so thats a plus! hgtv is on every tv! I disapprove of the service I walked in and it was a nice looking establishment and I was excited about getting my mani pedi but then they where so rude and didnt even greet me at the door then when I got to talk with someone they said appointment only and asked could I come back but it was already 5:00 and they close at 6:00 very unsatisfied!

Very friendly and I like the fact that they actually try and have a conversation with you.

Walked in around 5:50pm and was told to come back tomorrow lol bye
