Great place to get your nails done for any occasion. Did my nails for a wedding. Listened to jade’s recommendation on getting the ombre nails. Beautifully done. Got lots of complaints. Love that it looks so natural yet festive. Sarina did my toes and we mixed two polish to match the color of my dress. Excellent service.

The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. The only thing about this place I didnt like was the shabby furniture and the nail tech kept trying to convince me to change my nail shape when I was clear about what I wanted. They were also a little too forthcoming with their personal life which was a bit much. Overall, I like my nails and I will be coming back.

The people in this Nail Salon are so pleasant and friendly. They even remember my first name. Because I will be moving out of the area, Im sad that I wont be seeing them anymore. Always a pleasure.

You will not regret chosing this salon! I drive over an hour to get my nails done and it is well worth it. Jimmy is the most amazing nail tech I have ever been to and I will forever go to him for my nails. I referred my friends and they are hooked as well! I do nails myself so I am incredibly precise and pay attention to the smallest of detail... and so does he. My nails are always evenly shaped, thin and most of all, my paint job is always FLAWLESS. He listens to everything and does your nails exactly how you want them.. and he has a very sharp eye for fine detail. Takes his time and really loves his profession.. thats what makes an amazing nail artist. I couldnt say more positive things about him and his shop. I moved to Suwanee about two years ago now. It was very difficult to find a new nail salon. I was blessed to find Jade @Beauti Nails! My nails were short and brittle. But now they are strong and very long. Jade is always on time. She does a fantastic job with shaping my nails and the designs are trendsetting. I would highly recommend her for the female who wants her nails to stand out!

Found this small salon last week, my gel manicure and pedicure look so amazing, both young ladies are so friendly and take their time to do their jobs. Definitely would become their royal customer.

My friend and I went here for prom nails! I got a mani pedi with clear polish on fingers red on toes and she got SNS on fingers and gel on toes. Looks great!! The ladies were very friendly and prices fair. Editing this review a couple weeks later - my nails still look nice! Wow!!

Was a customer for almost a year. Nice job on the nails and they take their time for the most part. But every time I asked to get gel, they will convince me out of it. It happened multiple times. Also the prices feel inconsistent and they will charge you based on their mood. They only do by appointment bc whenever I was there for mine they turned down many people away without one. Theyre unprofessional, Ive seen them ignore phone calls.

I felt like the service done was not worth the price. Who pays $103 for manicure and pedicure? Maybe I’m outdated and if I am let me know. I will gladly change my rating. I have not got my nails or toes done for a year. So was not aware having acrylic nails with gel polish and toes with gel polish would cost $103. I would think 30ish for toes. Mind you I had gel polish and no deigns. I had acrylic with gel and no designs. I would think $40-$60 for that. So I was thinking $70 total.. When did nails get so expensive or am I being ripped off here?

My eyebrows aren’t even, I know there sister not twins but this is BEYOND uneven . If I could give zero stars I would. All I can say is don’t let the super skinny lady do yours! She looks young maybe size 00 . Would not recommend.

Ive gone to several different nail spas in the past ......but NONE of them have ever been so delicate or attentive to me as a customer. The nail tech that did my pedicure got off more dead skin than I even knew I HAD (I know because I saw it on the towel). Theyre very friendly, knowledgable and attentive to detail. Ive been trying to be consistent and going down the street the past few months but after coming to Beauti & Nails will I will now become a loyal customer. TRY THEM!!!

Most of us were super anxious for nail salons to reopen since the restrictions put in place bc of Covid-19. I was overjoyed when I found a nail salon near me that reopened on the approved date of 4/24/20. They only took clients by appointment and appeared to be professionals judging by the pictures posted on google.Lies Lies Lies. Do not be fooled by the pictures. They dont possess those same skills. I have reason to believe the pictures posted arent of their work. I heard another customer having a hard time with getting what she wanted as well. The skill level is VERY INTERMEDIATE at bestI paid $105 for nails and toesI will never return againIn the pictures you can clearly see the lack of technique. My nails were over filed. And two begin bleeding

BEST NAIL SALON!! The staff is so incredibly friendly, the environment is clean and comfortable, and they do an amazing job! This was my first time here and I had sns done. The nail tech was very gentle, paid great attention to detail and was also quick to where I felt relaxed but not antsy from sitting too long. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely continue to come here!!

I read all the good reviews and decided to give this place a try. I got a little skeptical when I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and they were nearly empty. This has never been a sign of a good quality nail salon for me. Hands down, I absolutely loved my pedicure, which was done with care and precision. A clean and well maintained salon with highly skilled professionals.

Today was my first time trying this place. Let me tell you my experience was AMAZING! I am a very picky person by the way. The owner Jimmy was so nice and friendly. I had trouble finding the perfect color and they helped me. This place is also great at doing designs! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and Tina did the design exactly. Also one of the best pedicures Ive ever received she cut all my skin. My feet looked brand new. Definitely my new spot.

I waited to the last minute to get these nails done (admittedly a bad idea), so checked out the reviews before going and decided to come here because the reviews looked good. HUGE disappointment! The lady who did my nails initially quoted me $55 (which I thought was absurd and said no to) and then she brought it down to $35. I wanted a regular full set of acrylic -- nothing fancy. I agreed but regretted it. The lady who did my nails clearly does not know how to do acrylic nails properly. There is no arch or C curve to any of my nails, which means that they are not well supported and will break easily (one of them already broke clean across after 2 days), and there is more acrylic on one side of some nails, so they are not properly balanced either. I realize I should have said something at the time but I didnt notice it then; plus I was in a rush since I had to go to work, and I had no time for her to redo it. I was going out of town the next day to a wedding. A real shame. I must have got the wrong person or the reviews are not being honest... either way I had a lousy job done and sure wont let the same person touch my nails again.

One girl who I assume was the owner was very rude. I was the first one in the nail shop on a Saturday and as soon as more people came in she was rushing with my nails and she had put on a SnS color that didn’t look like what I thought it would on my nails so I asked her if we could do another color. She huffed and said “I needed to tell her sooner next time.” Again, she was rushing to get to other customers. If you’re understaffed that’s your problem do not rush any of your customers, especially when I made it a point to be the first one there right when they opened. I have been going here for a couple months now and loved it but I will have to try somewhere else .

This place is such a hidden gem! Jade was awesome. I loved how detailed she was and took great care in making my sns nails look natural and not bulky. I love this place and will be my new go to nail spot!

After getting a botched fill in 2 weeks ago. My boyfriend found this place on google. I was hesitant to go. I had went in open minded. The girls in there were great. I had left with better nails than I had originally gotten done. Would definitely refer this place to anyone seeking a great manicure or full set. Will be returning in 2 weeks for my fill in.

JIMMY IS THE MAN!!!! I seriously have been trying to find a good nail salon in Gwinnett for around a year prior to coming to Vivid. A couple months ago I stumbled upon Vivid on Google. Now Ill never go anywhere else! Jimmy does a PERFECT job (literally), gives you exactly what you want, makes sure youre taken care of AND is super quick (efficient AND effective) Love love love Vivid!

Very professional and they did a wonderful job doing what I wanted based on the pictures I provided. My nails are geared towards my sons Falcons that he plays for with many details and even a Falcon on both thumbs and she did every detail PERFECT! She loves to do designs and is wonderful at it as long as you have a picture lol. My toes are Steelers colors for my daughters team not as detailed but that girl did a wonderful job also. I highly recommend this place and wish I could post pictures of the end results! If you have something detailed you want done go when they open so they are not rushed for time if they get busy! Highly recommended!!

Cute little shop, got SNS with tips $65 (which is overpriced for the quality)They looked nice for a few days, and three nails have broken within the Spam of a week!! I’m in no way doing heavy lifting or being rough.

I came here for a gel pedicure and was very pleased with the results. The young women that did my nails, Tracy, took her time and I can say it was absolutely worth it. If I could put 6 stars for this place, I would! The owners were friendly and the facility was clean as well.

I came over to Georgia for my cousins wedding and i didnt have time to get my nails done at home so i came to this nail salon. When i first walked in i was kind of afraid and didnt know what to expect, but i was extremely happy with the job they had done. I got a manicure and a pedicure and they were both amazing. Vivid Nails in Suwanee is the best place I have found to get my nails done. I have used this nail salon exclusively ever since Joseph and Jenny opened. They are very professional, and are true artists. I have recommended them to all my friends.

This is the best nail experience I have ever had. Vivid Nails has a large selection of regular polish, SNS, gel colors and they are always on top of the newest trends. I go to Dana for my nails after finding her on Instagram and she amazing!! My nails always look great and last until its time for me to do them again because of the quality work and products. So happy I found Vivid Nails!!

Horrible. Do not go here. Not only do they not communicate with the customer AT ALL, but the actual service was terrible. Not enough staff, my service was completed piece meal, they dont seem like they know what they are doing, and they dont have any standards of health or sanitation. Went in because they were not booked and now I know why.

Never had a pedicure in my LIFE. after a long tiring week of work we stopped in on saturday to get pedicure for my self and nail treatment for my daughter. I have to say it was very theraputic.... My feet felt alive again!! Just as the name says Tender. That was my experience. I recommend the deluxe treatment.

Took me at 7:45 pm when they close at 8pm. Didnt feel rushed. Nice ppl and serve wine.
