This was my first time here and i’m so happy i came. the ladies were very nice and made sure my toes and nails were the way i wanted them. sindy, the lady who did my acrylics, was very attentive and made sure my nails looked good. i forgot the lady’s name who did my toes but they were very clean and nicely shaped. i’m so happy with the way my nails & toes came out!

It was horrible! If I could put 0 stars I would... I did come in an hour before close but nobody was in there. They rushed on my nails and toes. The lady cut my cuticles to short n it bleed the whole entire time.. she had to wait to paint my nails.. she also didn’t say anything to me or even knowledge that she had me bleeding. Once she was done I was rushed out the door. My name n toes look descent, I still tipped and was polite but that wasn’t a pleasant experience.. especially after a long day

The people are so sweet and they have awesome deals! To make everything better these awesome deals come with great service. My nails look perfect! Ive spent so much money at other places in the past and the work done was never as good as this. Needless to say I have found my go to salon. Its hard to top Capri! 10/10 recommend.

I agree that the people are very niceUnfortunately I had very strong nails before I went there for gel manicures. The first one was fine.The second one, I had to go back twice for them to fix one nail first and then another one, and after that my nails have crack, split, broken, they are soft and weak. I ended up going back for them to remove the polish and I was concerned as she use that tool that pulverized the gel BUT ALSO your nail. I did express my concerns but the lady said it would be fine.Now my nails are full of ridges and they keep on splitting, they are not strong enough to break anymore they just bend.

Ive read some of the negative posts but I couldnt disagree more as Im a regular. Ive been coming here for years and love the service I get. The staff is friendly and do a really nice job on my nails.

Please please please never come here if you want you want your nails done in a cute current nail design! I showed a picture of what I wanted and tried many times to get her to fix it to what I wanted and she didn’t do it right at all. And then continued to get mad at me because I asked her to fix it . I will never come back u less to get a refund . Terrible service and terrible skill here .... just using you for your money

I have been going to Capri nails for years. I have been to other salons, but I keep coming back. I bring both of my daughters with me too. We all love the staff and owners. I have learned it’s best to make an appointment. The quality of the work and length of time my SNS and Pedicures last will guarantee my business in the future!

I go here nearly once a month. I have tried other salons but this is still my favorite in the area and my go to place. All the workers are so nice and good at their job. They remember me and my family and all the small talk weve had previously which is nice.

I would choose 0 stars, if this let me. I was basically embarrassed out of the store today after I requested both a re-polish for my toes as well as a manicure for my daughter. Of course, my polish was done quicker, so I sat and relaxed for a while in the massage chair while my daughter had her manicure done. It was Sunday afternoon, so business was slow and there were only a couple of people in the store. But, when my daughter walked over to have her nails dry - the owner (who had been sitting at the front desk clipping her own toenails, mind you) TOLD me (not asked) that my nails would dry faster at the drying station and I should move. When I explained to her that I was just relaxing, she said, and I quote, if you wanted to sit in the chair this long, you should have paid for a pedicure. I was in shock and embarrassed since there were other customers around and said, well I am still paying for my daughters service and she said yes, but not a pedicure. At this point, I was already collecting my things and she continued to tell my technician to check my nails and put my shoes on, as if I was taking too long. I cannot believe how rude she was. I still paid and tipped the technician, of course, but I let her know I would not come back and I did not appreciate her rudeness, mostly the fact it was in front of other customers and she just said ok. So, please know this place does not value its customers.

There polish does not last and both times I had my nails done there, I had to come home and take it off and repolish. They are always in a hurry and want to upsale everything. Not a great experience.

Ive had my nails done at Capri. Nails for over two years. The prices are very reasonable & my nails always look great & last a long time. I highly recommend this business.

As an older male with limited mobility, Ive been coming to Capri for several years for pedicures. Always polite and professional.

If i could put 0 stars I would. Terrible establishment, does not care for your nails or what they have done to them. Also, i don’t really like being yelled at by the staff for their faults. You ask for one thing and you get a whole other set of nails you never wanted. I woke up one morning to my nails swollen and in pain. there’s so many other nail salons around here, please don’t waste your time or money coming to this place. Such a waste.

First time here AND first time getting gel nails. Great experience and flawless work. Ill be going back regularly for sure. Great team.

Absolutely awful. I came in just wanting a fill in on my acrylics at 1:45 PM. It is now 3:20 PM, they started AND FINISHED three people who came in AFTER me, and now sat down a fourth lady to start her. Worst nail salon I have been to thus far. No one has kept me updated on time or anything. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Will not be returning.

Terrible! Awful! Nails are thick uneven. Poorly shaped. Polish chipped after 1 day. Clear coat uneven. Way to short!Terrible work!Never again!

Apparently 2 customers for 4 employees is just too overwhelming for them. I waited in a spa chair with cold water for an hour before they could get to me.

Did not like the service.. paid to get acrylic toe nails for them to be a little bigger since i have really small toe nails and they did them the same size when she asked me how long she was already cutting them.. they turned out the same size as i had them and still paid the full amount!! not going back! and the lady was kind of in a bad mood a really did not like it!
