I love the structure, how even when I get tired I’m motivated by a trainer to push myself, I love how it doesn’t take over two hours, and finally I love feeling accomplished when my workout is done.I’m grateful I found this place. In college I was only into heavy lifting (hammer thrower) but after college and injuries I lacked the motivation to go to the gym. So I gained a lot of weight my first year out of college. I struggled to find a gym that I wanted to go to more than once a month. But finding this place even if I’m tired I’m excited to get sweaty and tired.
So I joined immediately. This is a new fast way to get a hard workout in 4 times a week. The coaches are upbeat and will motivate you to move through the circuit. The other members are great..they support you as well. I have alot of fun and the music is amazing too. Im just starting and my fitness level is low but I can make it through the circuit. Sweating my butt off but grinning ear to ear!!🤼♀️😊Im sore but it feels amazing!
I had been looking for something that would challenge me and that I would also enjoy, I can honestly say that I have found the place. 30 minute Hit pushes me but does not feel overbearing like some programs I’ve been apart of. I love the staff, everyone I’ve encountered has been so kind and helpful and the fact that it’s females only is a plus for me. I can see a change in my body and stamina and it’s been a month. I’m so glad I found this place.
This is the best work-out you’ll ever have and it only takes 30 minutes out of your day! You will work every muscle and will see results quickly. You will always have a coach by your side keeping you motivated and ensuring good form. This is SO much better than a big gym and so much cleaner too! The owners are very friendly and hands-on. They want you to reach your goals and are very encouraging. I selfishly wanted to keep this goldmine to myself, but owe it to this place to shout their awesomeness from the rooftop!! Dieting & walking daily was not working for this middle aged post menopausal woman, so I had to kick it up a notch! This is what my metabolism and spirit needed! Truly game changing & life changing!!
Once I started going to 30 Minute HIT I started feeling so much better! Physically and emotionally! Because it’s so easy to fit into your busy day it makes the perfect workout.

I was a member of 30 Minute Hit when I lived in Vancouver. Sadly, when I moved to Georgia, I had to give up this workout. I was so ecstatic to find out that they opened one up here in Johns Creek! The facilities are brand new, clean and I feel very safe working out here. Crystal and Dale (owners) are very kind and the trainers are encouraging but challenging! The workout is amazing because its only 30 minutes and I just love the self-defense aspect of it.
First time trying kickboxing and a circuit workout, and I love it! Only 30 minutes and there are no set class times. It’s so convenient to stop by and get in a quick workout. Love that it’s women only. The trainers are awesome, and will encourage and motivate you the whole time.
Great experience and fun way to get a good workout in thirty minutes. It goes by so quickly so before you know it you’re done! I have a busy job so this is a good solution for me and after just a few weeks I am definitely feeling toner!K.S. johns creek
