The best part of my experience is that they worked with the collision center that was repairing my car and that made the rental process a lot easier, I picked up at the Enterprise location and was able to drop off with the collision center and pick up my vehicle. My only complaint was the customer service, I felt like I was an interruption to their day when I picked up the vehicle. The 2 people that helped me were mechanical, not personable, in their interaction with me (and another customer that I noticed)...there was no smile offered at all. I watched as another associate, a young lady, was helping someone and she was very helpful to her customer and I think that she got it right 100% and I remember thinking that I wish she was helping me. With that said, I would think that to retain business, get great recommendations and receive repeat business the employees would be more personable with clients because they have no idea why that person is there to rent a vehicle, it could be for pleasure or the pure inconvenience of an auto accident and they can help make that experience better with a softer, kinder touch of communication.

Difficult to get in contact with this location from the start. My insurance set up a reservation, but when I called the rep tried to upsell me beyond what was provided by insurance. More conversations with my insurance and too much time on hold, I confirmed my intermediate reservation. The Friday before I required a Monday rental, I called to confirm. They stated the rental would be at my local body shop when I arrived to drop off my car for repairs. IT WAS NOT. Not only was I told incorrectly, 2 others were told a car would be ready at the repair shop. Instead, after 3 people called Enterprise (including the repair office staff) they sent a van to pick up all up and drove like a bat-out-of-hell to then have us check in and wait for the vehicles to be cleaned. Luckily the repair shop called when I dropped the keys off yesterday, because 3 phone calls across 2 days have gone unanswered. Maybe I will get my $50 deposit back. 2 stars because at least the car was new and clean.

Great experience at the Suwanee Enterprise Rent-A-Car location (0337 Suwanee)! I was in desperate need for an SUV and had tried contacting multiple rental companies and locations all of whom told me they were out of cars. My saving grace was driving to this location after speaking with Monique, the branch manager, who reaffirmed me that she would do everything in her power to help me out - and she did!She was efficient, kind, helpful, and ensured I was taken care of with the utmost professionalism.I will continue to use Enterprise rentals simply because of Monique. The Suwanee location needed a little more staffing on the Saturday morning when I picked up - several people having to wait in the hot sun on the one employee working the front. However, he was very friendly and apologetic. Drop-off was a much better experience! The actual rental process was quick and easy once I was able to get service. This location has had its ups and downs over the years that we have been using them, and the customer service team they have now is one of their best.
This is the second time I’ve rented there this year. I experienced the worse service I’ve ever received from any company as I’ve never had anyone to lie to me the way they did. It was far from the caliber of service I’m accustomed to receiving from Enterprise. I was told not to drop the car off at night and to bring it back the next day. She said she’d just extend it a couple of hours. I called like she asked to say I was on my way, the male who answered the phone almost acted as if I was bothering him. When I went by there after work, I was charged for another day. I thought about calling the district manager, but I really don’t have time to track someone down to tell others to do their jobs effectively or at the very least don’t lie to customers. I read the reviews and thought I’d give it another try anyway. Never again.
This is the second time I have rented a car from the Enterprise in Suwanee, GA. Both times have been wonderful. I receive clean, new cars, exactly what I ask for, easy check out, friendly staff & the final bill never has any extra charges or surprises. I highly recommend renting from Enterprise in Suwanee, GA.

This location is trying to charge me for pre-existing damage to their vehicle. I had to take my car to a shop nearby and one of their agents delivered a Nissan Altima to me; it was raining pretty heavily, so their agent assured me that the car was fine and that I didnt have to go out in the rain to inspect it; huge mistake on my part. I only had the car for one day and drove it to and from work. I hit no road debris and the car was parked right in front of the building with huge open windows, so I would have seen if someone else hit the car while it was parked. When I returned the vehicle, their agent showed me a damaged front grille that was not listed in their notes when I received the car; now I have the headache of disputing this damage report. Id like to think that the damage was just missed on their end and that theyre not trying to scam me. Moral of the story - be wary of any rental agency and thoroughly inspect the cars yourself, no matter what the weather looks like.
Service was great the young man was under pressure though needed at least two persons he was like a robot trying to deal with so many people that was waiting it. Was my first time their he was on the phone with a customer she gave him a hard time she kept him on the phone for a while cause he could hang up on her I was sorry for him but he had a understanding little crowd waiting on him he did well. Their should be at least two persons at the front if one is sick it would be good to have part time workers that can be called for days work when one is absent for what ever reason but that young man was fantastic

This location has some great staff and support, along with a pretty good selection of rental vehicles. They are great about picking you up and dropping you off where needed and I really appreciated that, especially when it was raining. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the way to go.

Enterprise was great. They were very thorough as we went through the contract and the car inspection. I had to extend my rental a day and they were very welcoming with that making it easy to make that change. The car was a great rental and the customer service was top quality.
The people at this place were super friendly! I showed up at opening time after making a reservation online the night before and they were pleasantly alert and ready to get started! Although they did not have the size vehicle I preferred, they still placed me in a (BIGGER!) vehicle at the same cost! I appreciated their consideration. I hope to not ever need a rental for the reason I needed one this time (car accident), but if ever I do happen to need a rental, I will consider this location first!
Maintenance faulty vehicle, had to spend the night in Charlotte, was with babies, waited 1 hr for roadside assistance call to be attended, extra expenses on food and hotel, went to exchange vehicle at Charlotte Airport Enterprise and some extremely rude attendant noted, no vehicle, had to drive slow pace with a maintenance blinking car, charged for days i was stranded. Just a horrible end of vacation.
The worst customer service that Ive ever dealt with Enterprise. I wouldve rather taken an uber to Atlanta Airport to secure my rental. Staff was very rude and had no interest in assisting me in securing my upgrade due to it being too small and the check engine light being on. I hope that I never have to deal with this location ever again.

I went to my local store on a Tuesday to make a reservation for a full size car for a trip with my family on the Saturday following. Even with the reservation reciept issued by the same clerk in my hand; he told me I didnt have a reservation on record and offered me a Camerro for my family trip, saying thats the only vehicle available. I ended up leaving my children behind.
I will highly recommend renting from this Enterprise care rental location in Suwanee. The personnel there are very courteous and always carry a smile looking to make the rental experience as pleasant as possible. The Manage Navid is exceptional in understanding the customers needs. He is extremely knowledgeable in insurance matters, and gave me sound advice. Also the gentleman who dropped me home was very hospitable. Overall I will opt for this location whenever I need to rent. I cannot say enough about the quality of service given to me in the Atlanta Georgia area Enterprise locations. The staff at Atlanta Hartfield Airport provided me with the exact vehicle that I needed. Your location in Suwanee set me up with the same vehicle and assisted me on the last day of the rental by changing the vehicle that had a flat tire and then providing me with transportation to the train station, assisting with my luggage, and helping me to get into the waiting area as the statiom. I am grateful for your assistance in my travels to see my family.
These guys are awesome! At the South Atlanta location the car had a slight smell of smoke so they PROACTIVELY gave me a maintenance credit. At the Peachtree location I wanted a car that got good gas mileage and all they had were full-size cars that didnt so they PROACTIVELY gave me a free tank of gas to compensate. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU RENT FROM EITHER LOCATION!
Insurance companey reserved one car for me but I didnt have another driver to get there. This branch employee offered to pick me up. That was very helpful. When I got Enterprise office only one person was working at office. It seems one person was pick me up and another person took care of returned car to car wash. Only 3 men working that day and even small office but looked so busy. Maybe one more person were there it might little smooth to take care of the customers.

The staff and management at this location were by far the best service team I have ever experienced in my 15 plus years renting vehicles for my travel NFL business needs. At no time did I feel a like of attention or understanding the contract. I had a need to extend my contact and the manager communicated with me the information that was changing and there we no surprises at drop off to the penny of the quote. I would give this staff and management an A++ for superior service and attitude. My husband reserved a truck online 2 days before we needed it. Of course, we have a time as to when we would be there to pick it up. We arrived just before the scheduled time and the truck wasnt even there. We had to wait for them to go get it and bring it to our location. While we were waiting we decided to go ahead and do the paperwork. That is when we were told we had to have 2 utility bills because we were paying with a debit card. At no time were we informed while reserving online that this would be the case. Needless to say we were not prepared for this. We had rented from them in the past (within the last couple years, and when paying with a debit card, this wasnt the case). So because we didnt have the utilities bills on hand, we had to get onto one of their computers and access the bills and print them out. When it was finally time to get the truck, it wasnt even cleaned. Usually the cars are detailed and look really nice. That was not the case this time. I am sad to say that this experience was very disappointing to say the least. What is the point of reserving a vehicle ahead of time if it isnt even going be honored? Our time is valuable too. We actually ended up leaving an hour later than we should have. This is very unfortunate because we are not sure that we will be returning. If I had known ahead of time about the utility bills I would have had them prepared for when we arrived.
I recently rented a Ford Explorer. Nice vehicle but Enterprise ran it through a quick wash which was horrible. I had to find towels to wipe off the side mirrors just so I could see. The tire pressure warning light was on and one of the tires had 13 lbs of air. I expect to receive a vehicle in a little better shape. The location I use in Suwanee, GA is always too busy to service the customers. They seem to always have short supply of cars and the wait is always too long for those of us who are renting for business.
No complaints. The rep tried his hardest to get me out the door as fast as possible. I didnt have a Credit Card (paid with Bank Card) so they required 2 utility bills (which I forgot) but he let me email them to him which was very convenient.They seemed to have a lot of available cars from what i could tell. All the reps were friendly and happy and joking (and on a Monday morning). This particular location was $5-$7/day cheaper than the other locations around me.
Great customer service! I actually didnt like the first car they gave me that much. Nothing wrong with it, but it just wasnt comfortable to me as Im 63. So I went back the next morning before leaving to go out of town and they promptly replaced it with a rental that was very comfortable and ran great. I rent here often and Ive never had a bad experience!
KUDOS! Ive been here when its busy and when its slow. Every time, I am treated with respect and kindness. Today, I was picked up at my home by a clean-cut young man in a tie, named Kyle. He held an engaging conversation with me, then proceeded to take care of me once we arrived. My situation was NOT EASY. It involved a warranty co., an ins. co., claim #s, and a host of other challenges. The Assistant Manager, David came out, just as clean-cut, put together and polite. Between the two of them, everything was worked out, WITH A SMILE, and my rate was excellent. Please keep in mind, this is a service. Ive watched people treat these men poorly then complain online. Im here to tell you this Enterprise hires quality.
My experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car near my home in Suwanee was great. The whole process was easy, no hassle and the customer service was really good. I thought the rental price (I rented for a week) was fair and the return of the car was easy - no drama. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.

When I arrived to pick up the rental car it was already parked in front of the store and the process was completed in five minutes. Now I was impressed. The same time limit for when I returned the vehicle. I will definitely use this location for all my future rentals when I am in town.
Not really a good rental experience on this site. Booked intermediate size car on web but was given a compact size car and the employee insisted on telling me that they call this intermediate. The rental car come with 80% fuel in tank and hard to refill to the same level when return. Has to refill to full when return
Dont be fooled by when they can pick you up from your house. They dont have the car in stock and make you wait wait so they buy the time to pick up(borrow) the car from somewhere. Reps could;ve just told me how long it will take and I couldve just do something other than just wasting time at home. Need some honesty in the business....
I think it would be nice to have a choice of a few vehicles. The one I had qas not comfortable for my long road trip. It was a Ford Explorer. The headrest was not comfortable and there was not enough room in the second row. Overall the experience of renting the vehicle was simple. Customer service was good.

This was once a damned well-run location. Its totally gone off the rails. Whatever reservation you might have made, its irrelevant. The available car is completely random.The staff has turned over top-to-bottom in the last 1-2 years and while the old staff was a crack, highly-motivated, efficient machine who knew customer service, the current staff is slovenly, dishonest, and incompetent. Poor workers incapable of true customer service. I once rated this location VERY highly. Now I say emphatically...rent somewhere else.Chris H.

Not pleased with my recent car rental with Enterprise. The car was dirty, the ford focus was old and barely had any pickup, also the tank was 40% empty. I was in rush but I called and let them know the car was dirty. Sent an email after returning the car but no one has responded me yet.I am giving the two star because the people at the counter were nice and courteous. I would probably stay away from enterprise.
Stuck with bogus damage charges by Enterprise. When I returned the van, the agent said she saw a dent in the front bumper that wasnt noted on the original rental slip. I told the agent I didnt have any accidents during the week. It was uneventful week. When I checked out the van, nor I or the agent on release ever looked at the front plus it was parked in between other vehicles and a pretty cloudy rainy day. Most likely we both missed the dent because even on the return, it was only noticeable in the right light from the right angle. So far Ive been charged my $250 deductible from my auto insurance and the threat of additional charges to repair this old dent. Not a happy camper.
This Enterprise staff was the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. My car had a small dent, tint, smaller than the circle of my index and thumb and they wanted me to claim it as damage. The other other Enterprise said it was nothing but this one made it a big deal.I get it was the other Enterprises fault but instead of offering to call, or find a solution for their mess up, the manager rolled his eyes over and over again and explained about policy.Never called the other branch, I had to do that, I had to reach out and speak to managers there for him to talk to them. Horrible experience. Drop/pickup your car at another branch. Save your time and hassle.
The customer service is terrible. They never have available car so usually you have wait until they ask to another location.I have couple of issues with some of the counter personnel because they don’t treat you politely.
Only 2 vehicles to choose from - big truck or tiny car. This was a rental thru my insurance since my car was in the body shop so I couldn’t choose my rental location. The employee offered a different car if I wanted to come back in a day or two but I didn’t want to go to the trouble. Also the car wasn’t super clean, had adhesive on the doors where large stickers apparently had been an even though I only had it a week, the low tire pressure light came on so I had to put air in the tires. This indicates to me that the car wasn’t service well before I got it. I rented from Enterprise on Bogan Road in Buford, GA about 6 weeks ago and had a very positive experience.

This was the first time Ive ever rented a vehicle and the process was very seamless and pain free. I only needed the car for a day as mine was in the shop. I had less than an hour before they closed to make a reservation and pick up the vehicle and I was out within a matter of minutes. Very convenient
They totally screwed up our travel plans for Memorial Day weekend. I had family visiting us from out-of-country and we planned to visit a couple of places in and around Georgia. I booked a 15 passenger van one and half month ahead. I was supposed to pick the van on Saturday May 25th. I called them first week of May to confirm that the van will be available. They assured me that it will be. On Friday May 24th, I got a call from them asking me to confirm that I will be picking up the van. I told them that I will be there first thing in the morning, as soon as they open at 9AM. On May 25th, Saturday morning, I made sure my family got up and got ready, so we could start our trip as soon as I picked up the van. At 8:52AM, I got a call and the branch manager left a voice message stating “I’m calling to confirm you are going to pick up the van”. At 8:58AM, I heard the voice message and called them back but was placed in call waiting queue. Meanwhile I was driving to their location and was there by 9:07AM. Saw a 15 passenger van outside and was all excited. But when I went inside and talked to manager, he tells me that they do not have an vehicle available because I did not confirm that we are going to pick up the van. So confirming 1 month before and 1 day before, was not enough. They needed confirmation minutes ahead of when they were going to open. And because I failed to pick up one call, 8 mins ahead of their opening time, they gave the van to someone else.The worst thing is that the manager flat out lied to us, saying we did not confirm the reservation the day before. When I showed him the number from which I received the confirmation call the previous day, he said that is not our branch number and whoever confirmed your reservation is not from this branch, so that confirmation is not valid. I called that number back right in front of him and could hear the phone ringing in the back in his office and asked him to answer that and he refused saying he doesn’t have to. I made multiple calls to that same number to identify that the phone inside was ringing at the exact moments that I was calling and insisted that I will not leave unless he picked up that phone. He finally relented and answered it and said - yes that’s our number but sorry I don’t have a vehicle for you.Months of planning for the long weekend was ruined by Enterprise on that Saturday morning. We just had to entertain our visitors at home.Will never go to this location again and for that matter will never go with Enterprise again. I had this happen to me once before, but that was a work trip.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! What a terrible company. Made a reservation on the phone and was told the car was gases up, clean and ready for me. Well that definitely was a LIE!!! As I arrived to the store I lm told they have no vehicles at all and they dont know why I was told that the car was ready. They MAY (not sure) that a car will be available at 3pm. Well now I missed work, my husband missed his morning of work and my son did not go to daycare. THANKS FOR NOTHING ENTERPRISE!DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Literally the worst. Confirmed multiple times over the phone to check availability of the type of car I was looking to rent because I need to arrange a car service to drop me off there. Came at agreed upon time and was told my car (SUV) was not ready, went to go for an oil change which supposedly takes 2 hours then proceeded to try and push the only car avaliable, a pick up truck. On top of that, not even the only one at the store with the same problem, literally sitting next to a lady who just had the same conversation I had, just 30 minutes ago. Now im out cab fare, missed my appointment which needed to be embarrasingly rescheduled and am now currently looking for other places to rent cars. People plan their days around whats been told to them. Workers were not helpful, tried to sell me on an unpopular car and only offered a half hearted sorry for my situation. Great

I rented cars for over 3 to 4 yrs had a couple of bad experiences with over booking and waiting over 1hrs after reserving a car months in advance. During that time changed location. But made online error on the location and decided to use this location, but services has improved.

I rent vehicles from ERAC at least once per month and generally receive stellar service. This was my first time renting from this location as it is closest to me. However, I never will again. The staff was inattentive and slow. The cars interior was deplorable.
Horrible customer service, reserved a premium SUV for Saturday at 11am only to get there and be told my car was given away and is have to try and fit in a Acadia,enterprise has gotten to big for there on good.
