I admit that I have had my share of unpleasant experiences with Hertz, but I can comfortably say that Mohammed at this location has vindicated this company and restored my views on Hertz. He was patient, helpful, professional even when I was hard to please. I came to this location at the last minute with specific requests that most of the other hertz would have (and did) decline to help with. But he accepted my challenge without hesitation and made it happen within an hour and a half. For his customer service-I’ll give 5 starts to this location.

Great vehicle selection and wonderful personnel! Both the pick up and turn in were very quick, efficient, and trouble free. They even took the time to inquire about our trip and make sure we were happy with the car. Highly recommend using them if you need to rent!

Mohammed was very nice at the time of pick up and helpful all the way through. Originally I needed a car for one week, but then needed it the next week as well. He took care of everything and I did not have to come back in to make the changes. Great car, reasonable weekly rental rate.

Place is closed and no longer in this location and yet you still have it listed. waisted my time and day when I needed a car to get.

Decent people. Dont let them force you to pay their 9.99 a gallon refill. Theyll back off to the regular hivh price if you talk to a manager.

Love renting cars from Hertz in Suwanee. The people are very helpful in getting my reservation right. Love the guys at the Suwanee location. Friendly and attentive to what I need. Will always rent there when I can.

We reserved a car 6 weeks in advance of our travel and when we arrived we were told there were no cars available so dont bother coming to pick it up. I understand that things happen but they were completely unwilling to help us get a car when one became available. The only suggestion they had for us was to try and rent one at the airport that was going to charge us 4 times the rate we reserved our car at. The lack of customer service was astounding.

First time I rented they did not have the car I reserved, so I had to settle with a cheaper model for a while. But they were very attentive with me nonetheless. As soon as they got the car I had reserved, they called me to pick it up. Last time I went, there were new personnel, who treated me very nicely and respectfully.

Hertz does credit checks and will not accept debit cards if your credit score it not high enough. Go to Enterprise no hassle great customer service

Won’t even contact me back about picking up a car.If they did not have a car, they should’ve contacted me saying that they didn’t have a car. Instead, they wouldn’t even pick up my calls and never have enough workers at the place.

Called ahead the 800 no# to inform them I was running late to pick up car rental and was assured everything and my rental would not be compromised. 👀 Well yes you guessed right.. Got there and car was gone due to the fact that the rep at the 800no# didnt put anything in the computer that I ever called to advise them of the situation. Long story short after my heart literally stopped and fumes literally were coming out my ears 😬Ryan was able to offer me an upgrade for the exact same amount. Ryan was Very professional and extremely patient with our needs. I would recommend this Hertz location anytime to any friend. Especially due to fact that it literally almost went south there for a minute 🤦🏽‍♀️😀.

Booked a car online, when I got there no car. Tried to upgrade me for alot more money. I had to take cab there on top of everything else.
