Went to check up the tire, and a dude works there was prob not having a good day? He was rude, and was told I need to wait couple hours to fill up the air in tire or drop the key for just air fill up..really??Good luck with your business with that attitude and rude service.

Been using these guys for service for years, a company vehicle and personal as well. Always straight up front with you and polite. Waiting area is large and clean. If your waiting on repairs youre close enough to food, theater or maybe your gym. Give them a try.

I have used this business in the past but hadn’t been there in years. The place I typically use was closed due to covid. I was pinch for time and figure I’d give them a try. The staff I interacted with were professional and friendly, especially the tech guy David. He took the time to listen to my concerns and directed me inside while others in the work area couldn’t have seemed to cared that I needed help (I almost believed there was one that was sleeping). Kudos to David and the guy working at the front counter, both were A+ professionals! Service was fast and they got me on my way as I had hoped!

My experience with this place was not good. My car had suspension damage from an accident. The Body Shop I took it to used them for the repair. They supposedly checked it all over and replaced the broken tie rod on right side. They also aligned it or said they did. They aligned it but it wasn’t within specs. After driving it a few days it took it to another shop to have alignment checked. It wouldn’t align properly and it cost $862 to replace bent strut and hub. After that repair it drives and aligned properly. Also I used them to repair left side which wasn’t accident related and they charged me $962. After checking around I found they charge more than the other estimated I received. My experience was horrible with these guys.

Replaced my rental car tire quickly and with great customer service.

This is not a Firestone business even though the sign says “Firestone” and they answer that when you call. Brandon at the front was rude and reluctant to provide service. He interrupted me the entire time and did not regard my interest as a customer. I do not understand why during a time like this when a customer has multiple options retailers still choose to be rude.

Always have great experiences every single times I visit this location. Never have a thing to complain about ever, always reasonable, never try to take advantage of you, timing is impeccable. Honestly probably the best & friendliest experiences out of all the auto shop I’ve ever been too.

Never been to a tire store where they take more pride in their work. I had a flat tire. They did not try to sell me on replacing all 4 tires, even though I chose to do so, because it was time. They did not try to sell me only their most expensive tires, but gave me the 2 price options that are available without asking. They gave me a free ride back to where I work and they even put new valve caps on any tires that were missing them.

These folks are great! Never pushy trying to sell you something you dont need. They always do quality work and Ive never had any issues. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

Brandon greeted me with a smile and a hello and got me checked in. Josh was very helpful with my service today. he provided me with information and quotes of the next services that my car needs. He also answered all the questions and concerns I had about my car. I will surely be back. Thank you

As a woman I can tell you this place is great. Have been coming here for two years and not one time have I been taken advantage of like some other places. Lobby is super clean! Prices are fantastic and all repairs are explained crystal clear. It’s hard for a woman to find a good shop but I finally did. Will never go anywhere else for anything. They can fix anything and do it right the first time. This shop is incredible!!!!

My first visit last year was decent. Most recently, instead of asking where my lock nut was, they rummaged through my console and glove box, leaving my passenger seat full of about half their contents. In my trunk, they shoved about a third of what was in there under the mat and failed to place the plywood covers back over the tire wells. They had placed my brand new headlight bulb under the mat with weight on top of it. This shows a pretty low level of respect for their customers. Michael at the front desk is very professional, polite, helpful, and efficient; the others need to learn a few things from him.

The manager there was awesome! We had tire issues and were from out of state, he was great at getting us taken care of, and on our way. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that place again!

Will never give them my business again. Lots of excuses to finally end up being offered a free oil change. As if I’d allow them to touch my car again. There are plenty other tire shops to do business with. Take your car elsewhere.

Had some work done here, was very satisfied! The best customer service Ive experienced In a Auto shop. The manager and technicians were friendly and very professional, I felt like family. The wait time was accurate and the work was precise. I recommend this body shop and will go here for future needs.

I have had an array of services done by Performance Tire and Auto from air conditioning, check engine lights and tire/brake jobs. The one thing I can say about them all is that I have been extremely pleased by the quality work at affordable prices! The staff has been knowledgable and courteous though out the entire process. Its great to finally have a trustworthy auto repair shop here in Suwanee!

Called the shop first about the cost of an alignment. I was shocked by the reasonable quote and time stated to complete the task so I left work and headed to the shop. Greeted by the ever-so polite and knowledgeable Michael Woodruff, I felt comfortable that things would go well.After taking my information and getting my car inside the shop bay within 10 minutes or so, Michael returned to advise me that the alignment on my car was not needed. He stated that the machine showed that everything was fine. I thought to myself what, does honest mechanics/shops still exist?. Well, there was no charge whatsoever and I was super surprised 1. That I had just encountered and honest shop and 2. That the check was free (everybody loves free).So I took a few minutes to talk with Michael and during the conversation he gave me a price for an oil change on my wifes car but they are not open on the weekends anymore. I told him I would bring it in the following week. When I returned the following week, this guy remembered all of our previous conversation and again gave extraordinary customer service. Although I was given information on other services they provide, there was no pressure or false innuendos to get me to spend anymore that what I came in for.I applaud Michael for taking the sting out of visiting a new shop with his excellent service and exuding nothing but honesty to customers.This is now my go-to shop for not only my vehicle all of my family owned cars especially since I found out that they do more than just tires and oil changes. The customer service here is beyond incredible. We had a number of things that needed to be addressed on our vehicle and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was right. They are trustworthy, HONEST and all-around helpful.

We initially chose Suwanee Firestone due to its convenient location. But we choose to return for our cars and our trucks maintenance because of the friendly staff and consistent service.

Wow. Called in looking for a very specific high performance tire. The individual on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. Customer service was above and beyond. Turns out the individual on the phone was the owner, wow.

Brought my vehicle in for a suspension issue. They said they repaired it. Vehicle still had the issue after they fixed it. Brought the vehicle back again issue was still not fixed brought the vehicle in a third time. After having the vehicle for 5 days, they didnt call to give an update on the status of the car. I went to the shop and they claimed they could not reproduce the sound the vehicle was making. I requested that someone ride with me and magically the sound the car was making was reproduced on the first speed bump. None of the workers were helpful and they came off antagonistic. They clearly didnt want to fix the issue they were paod to fix. Please be careful about taking your car to this shop for anything except tire changes. They are dishonest and unhelpful.Staff is very unhelpful and if you are a woman do not bring your vehicle for them to diagnose because you might end up paying for things that have nothing to do with your concerns and still end up with the problem you took it in for.Update: manager at the shop proceeded to call, text and harass me after my review of the horrible experience at the the shop further proving the antagonistic nature of the people at this shop. Again be very cautious bringobr your vehicle to this busonbus.

Terrible was way over priced and awful service $215.00 for a SPECIAL Battery, dont waste your time here. Theres plenty of other places close to here that wont overcharge you and actually care about helping and maintaining you car. Funny how some places think they can over charge you for basic parts little did the employees know Ive worked in many Express oil changes a Havolines over the years, unfortunately I really needed help in the moment to get my car running and get to work, otherwise I would have charged my battery myself. I even offered to give one of the employees $20 just to let me borrow some jumper cables. I think you can guess what his Anwser was haha.

Fast, professional and reasonably priced. I will return.

I tried these guys and service was just terrible on the top of that they returned the car with all the warning lights on, they ordered the wrong tyres, keep the car for three hours without telling me they did not even have all the tyres and the car now drives terribly, so I had to have the whole tyre replacment re done. WARNING THIS GUYS ARE JUST TERRIBLE BEWARE
