John is incredible! Hands down, this is the best place I have ever taken a vehicle in my 45 years of life. I took my Honda Odyssey because the serpentine belt dislodged, come to find out my AC crankshaft was broken. They discovered this in like 10 minutes, then they located a used part over a new part which saved me literally about $400! Had it up and running in a few hours tops and most of that was wait on the part time. I highly recommend this place, it is obvious they care more about the customer than making another dollar. I will be taking my Honda back to this place for everything.

Im glad that everyone else seem to have a good experience. When My older car was taken there about 8 years ago. He over charged my mom and the cost was almost twice as much to fix the timing belt than the dealer charged. He said one price over the phone and after I picked it up, he changed the price stating it took more time to fix it, the belt was practically broken! Not sure sure why that would matter if thats what you were going to replace anyways!

John and Hector started repairing my cars 20 years ago. I had bought two old Mercedes for my 16 year old kids. The cars were older than the kids, and each had 200k+. EuroStar took such great care of these cars they lasted for years and years. I have since started taking my Hondas, Toyotas, and my treasured Ford F-150. It has 210k and thanks to these guys it runs like a top. More than anything else, I trust these guys. They have demonstrated incredible knowledge but also good common sense. They have on multiple occasions recommended that I NOT do certain services which I thought i needed. I believe they treat me as if I was a family member. I could give no better recommendation.
