My daughters car had a slow leak in a tire and after several attempts to add air from Mavis, it continued to lose air. The guys were great and quickly set her up for an appointment to inspect the tire. She simply dropped off the car and they found a nail and patched it FREE OF CHARGE!What a shock! She was expecting to hear that she needed a new tire! This business operates with true integrity and I would recommend them to everyone who wants an honest evaluation of their tires and service! But thats not all! When I drove my daughter to pick up her car, MY CAR suddenly showed a low tire indicator light! No problem! Sam quickly filled all 4 tires in less than 5 minutes!!WOW! I have had countless positive encounters with this Mavis location over the past two years and they always go above and beyond. Today my daughter had a flat tire just before close on a Friday. Without hesitation they promptly took my car and patched the tire so I didn’t have to leave it until the next day. I usually work with Cody and he has always provided friendly, fair and quality service. There is such great value and comfort in having a neighborhood place for car service!

Our car was having some shaking in the steering wheel at different speeds. After having some front end work done at another garage, I knew the tires needed replacing and an alignment was needed. I called Mavis on Tuesday. They ordered the tires. I made an appointment to take the car in on Friday of the same week. Everything went great. Cody and the team at Mavis did a great job. I found out that I had a nail in my tire when I had may regular service done at the dealership. The dealership recommended to replace the tire for $221. However all it was needed was a patch. Mavis took care of me in under an hour and did not even charge me for the flat repair. Thank you Mavis!

Great price and service, completed the work in the time stated (1 hour), relieving me from the stress of a highway blowout and AAA tow. I usually get used tires one at a time, but for only $40 more than I usually pay per tire, plus an alignment, the difference in handling is remarkable and I feel my family is much safer.

This location was previously Kaufman who we used to service all of our family vehicles. When it changed to Mavis, we stuck with them and glad we have. Went in for a slow leak in tire. Was quoted price for repair and tire balance. 15 minutes later car was pulled around completely repaired. Already impressed with the timing of the job, headed toward counter to pay and was told “you’re good, have a nice day.” Blew me away! I had to come in to patch my back driver side tire due to a nail in my tire. Tyler and Rick were very proactive to make sure it got done ASAP. I was in a hour in just a little over an hour and a half! Best part is they didn’t even charge for me for the patch! I would definitely recommend this place! They got me in and out in about 10 minutes total and were incredibly polite and professional. It was also the cheapest I could find when price shopping. Ive got a couple tires wearing out that will need to be replaced and I know where Im coming.

Absolutely the best service around. I brought a wheel in that need a new tire because of a piece of metal gouged a hole in it. They had my new tire mounted and balanced before I could pay for it. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended!!!!

It was like God himself dropped this Mavis Tire right out of heaven just when I needed it. My low tire indicator light came and showing that the psi was dropping rapidly. I pulled into a gas station to put air in my tire. Of course, the pump didn’t work. I went to another gas station. The air pump didn’t work there either. As I started to panic a little, I looked up and saw Mavis Tire just down the hill. The friendly staff had me in and out in about an hour with a repaired tire. Highly recommend!

Went there yesterday to get an oil change told me I had to make appointment for the next day. Okay made an appointment went there early and he rude guy behind the counter said it would be an hour and a half wait. When I said I had an appointment he said yep but only have 2 techs. He was very rude yesterday and again today. Will never go there again and making an appointment is a joke. Place near Kroger in Johns creek Havoline express lube is awesome quick and extremely friendly.
