One of the most uncomfortable and gross places Ive been to in years. The front of the building is shut down but there is no indication of such. You can only see the inside is empty when you park and walk up to the window/door. I walked around the building and ended up going to an entirely different building (both of them have uhaul signs and no indication of which is the front door). The customer service here is awful. Person inside sent me outside to get my dolly. The guy outside told me to go back inside. When I returned the truck later the same day I parked in the return area and walked past a guy to go inside. Once again the lady at the desk sent me outside. I finally got back to my truck and the guy who had been standing there came up to me to check in the truck. No indication prior to that point that the guy was an employee or would be helping me. Finally he went over everything and tried to charge me gas fees when I already had told him I filled up the tank.All in all this is one of the most uncomfortable experiences Ive ever had. The place feels skeezy and creeped me out the entire time, both times I went there. Bad customer service and no explanation of the use of the truck I was renting or the process for any equipment or anything else. I will be going out of my way to go to other locations or use home depot for moving needs from now on.

Booked reservation on line, went to pickup the truck was physically standing next to it. Took pictures of license and myself, credit card on file, and they call my reference phone number who happens to be my wife and whom is extremely ill, she couldnt pick up so i couldnt get the truck. WHAT?No one around to help, the app wanted a picture of a passport since the ALTERNATE phone number didnt answer. Makes absolutely no sense at all! I can walk in and get a truck by myself, but with the online mobile booking i need references are you serious uhaul you have my license credit card and picture! All those documents i submitted to you and now i need to stand in line for 45 minutes cause my sick wife didnt answer the ALTERNATE number. How do you not have someone come out after im already there and checked in? Absolute worst service, wasted my time TWICE! Make no mistake, this is the same company as the truck rentals, same lot same owners.

Very difficult to get a hold of anyone in the center. Tried to make a payment (on line, very user unfriendly)before the due date because I was going out of town, system wont let me make payment before due date because it was showing a zero balance, when I returned couple of days later I get an email showing my payment is over due and I was hit with a hefty late payment. Most businesses do give you 4-5 days from the due date to make a payment w/o any penalties,....not here! (cant make a payment before due date but if youre late were gonna hit you with a late payment.) If there was a way to give 0 star i would have given it.At the time of this writing there has been at least four(4) request for assistance, 2 of them being urgent messages, ( past 24 hours). There has been no response! Nobody is that busy!!

My experience with this location has been positive, staff has been helpful and location is cared for, and they have plenty of product on hand / location.
