Overall I am satisfied with my pool and the quality that Shasta provided. Shasta needs some help in the scheduling department. There was a lot of time wasted due to wait time in getting to the next step . I also think they need to rethink some of the sub-contractors they use (people not showing up, leaving trash around the yard, etc.) that may unintentionally impact their brand.

The first time we used Shasta Pools was at our old address, 3 years ago. Everything was fine. Its like a different company now. We understand that supply is low on some things, labor issues etc due to COVID - we get it. However, this excuse cannot be the reason they now have horrible service. We purchased this house in 2020, they promised 90 day or so turnaround. Well its been 5 months and all we have is a cement hole with a little rim of tile and a big mess of a yard. Meanwhile, our neighbor, who moved in 5 weeks after we did, has her completed Shasta Pool. Why? I know why. She called Shasta every day asking for updates. We didnt think it was necessary at the time, being that our first pool was fine. However, she did the right thing. We were the nice guys so we were ignored, forgotten -- all while we are being charged interest (embedded in mortgage) for something we dont have. So summer is almost gone. Our neighbors have been enjoying their pool - because Shasta felt the pressure. Now weve been calling, of course. So after weeks of zero progress, they finally sent a guy to put a little tile. Lindsey promised two weeks ago that it would be done. Nope. Cement hole. She wont even return calls. Really? Were dropping over $100 K counting both pools- this isnt a simple purchase, and we are repeat customers. Nobody has come to work on our cement hole in a week - and we have no updates from them. We will be buying other properties in the future but hiring a different pool company. Lesson learned.

We absolutely love Shasta pools. Everything about our experience was spot on, we had no issues and if we had questions they were answered in a very timely matter. I could go on and on about how great Shasta is. We dealt with Chris and Jordon at the surprise location and on the construction side of it was Leya and Greg. Absolutely wonderful people and Ill say it again,a spot on experience. Our contractors were awesome . When they gave us a time that they would be there they were there that day. The contractors absolutely took pride in everything they did and were happy to be there. They were all very super friendly.

Im very happy with my spool so far. There were a couple of issues, but they have been addressed.

Shasta after continuous prodding finally finished our pool. It looked wonderful for about 10 months. Then the recommended travertine installed by Shasta started to develop a cancerous deterioration. Much like liquid on a sugar cube. We have been in contact with Shasta since November of 2020. Finally after 4 months of e-mails, phone calls and no less than 6 on site inspections the manufacturer has agreed that it is faulty material and has started to replace the travertine with the same material as originally installed. (Does that make sense?)They sent one man who worked 1.5 days, replaced 8 tiles of over three hundred needing replacement. Again I called the Shasta service department to no avail, I called the owner and ask for a call to let me know what was going on. No returned call but the next day 2 men show up and worked 1.5 days, left and said that they would return on Monday.It is now Tuesday and no one has called or been in contact as to schedule for completion. The two me got about 30% of the tiles replaced.This has been a long and arduous journey. Their customer service, response is terrible, more like nonexistent.I went with Shasta because I was told if you have a problem they would take care of it. This is not what I have experienced. They are taking care of it but it will be my heirs will be the ones to see the completion. I am likely going to die of old age before they get their act together and finish.

Honestly, I work here. And I cannot say enough how much I enjoy the artistic environment. I know from months of training the ins and outside of service, and love that everything we do is backed up by professional engineering and years of experience.

While the wait time has been long, I am completely satisfied with the end result and the quality! Everyone I have worked with has been super to work with and very attentive!

We can’t thank Ray Hundley enough for helping us with pool repairs this morning. We had an accident with a volleyball and the pool equipment yesterday. We contacted Shasta this morning and Ray arrived shortly after. We are very thankful that he was able to fix us up!

My wife and I swung by the Shasta Design Center here in Surprise, AZ a few months ago and sat with Chris who was super helpful in creating a design we loved for our family. We did our research by also getting quotes with 3 other well known pool builders here in the valley and, though Shasta wasnt necessarily the cheapest we ultimately felt it was the best value so we decided to move forward with the project with Shasta as our builder of choice. As excited as we were to do this...and still are...we seem to have hit a brick wall at this point and the customer service that won us over has taken a nosedive all of a sudden. About 3 weeks ago we suddenly were getting no responses to our emails or phone calls so after a couple weeks went by we finally walked into the office just to find out that the New Pools salesman, Chris, no longer worked for the company. Thats unfortunate; however, it seemed rather strange that nobody told us this or bothered to reach out to us. At this point, we had already had the pool outline spray painted in the yard and everything and then...no responses. We finally got someone to help us again and went in to go over the design once more to make a couple minor changes and were told he would get back to us in a day or so with the finalized plans so we can move forward. Now its been nearly two weeks and we have sent multiple emails asking for a status update and again...no response. I mean, if its this difficult already to get someone to update us once in a while what is it going to be like when they go to begin the build? The one time I called last week the receptionist told me to hold and then the phone went dead. Ughh. We are beginning to think weve chosen the wrong place and are tempted at this point to just walk from the whole thing and go with someone else. It is strange that nobody ever seems to want to talk with us or follow up once in a while. We just feel like we have been left in the dark for some reason and the whole thing feels unprofessional at this point...like they dont want our business. Too bad because Chris was really amazing and made us feel like Shasta was the place to be.

I had the best experience with Shasta. Our pool was completed in the timeline they told us upfront. We knew with Covid things would be a little different the second time around. Our first pool with Shasta was done in record time. Vina did an amazing job keeping us updated, answering all my dumb questions and was so pleasant every interaction. Give her a raise immediately. Jason killed it as the foreman. He was in top of everything and expected perfection from all the crews. Scott came out to give us an orientation on the fancy new equipment. I can’t forget Dave for helping create an amazing design for our backyard to feel like a vacation from day to day craziness. Thank you so much again Shasta, keep those employees happy, they make all the difference and will make me continue to recommend Shasta in the future.

From the beginning Shasta exceeded my expectations. Brandon H worked to design an amazing pool that has kept our family and friends entertained throughout the summer season. There were a few questions/dependencies during the build time and Brandon was always quick to respond and make adjustments as needed. I continue to recommend Shasta to my family and friends. While taking a bit longer than what I was initially quoted, the options/cost/warranty/friendly staff is why we ultimately chose Shasta.

We love our new backyard, its like being at a resort. I would defiantly refer Shasta Pools to anyone. I started the pool build sort of late into the season and it took a little while longer then expected but Shasta did a awesome job of making sure we were able to use the pool before summer ended. Even without going swimming, we love hanging out in the back yard now. They built the pool and also did all of our landscaping and paver sidewalk leading to the front yard.. Why hire multiple contractors when you can just hire Shasta Pools....

My wife and I signed contract with Chris (which we found out he is no longer with Shasta. He was great to work with) on the 1st of July 2020. Everything was going great until they got the permits. We had to keep calling to see what’s going on and when will they start on our pool. All we got was in a few weeks. A few weeks went by and we had to call again with the same message a few weeks. They called one day and told us they would have someone come by and layout the pool for review and approval. A few weeks later we again had to call them to see when they were going to get started. All we got was we are on the schedule and they would let us know. A few weeks later we again called and they were still waiting for them to schedule. We were getting ready to go out of town and we get a call they would be at our house to dig tomorrow (nothing like giving us a few days notice).Once the pool was dugout a few weeks went by and had to call to see why no work is being done. This has been going on since the beginning. We now have rebar, electrical, equipment and piping. It’s now over a month and still no more progress. The only answer we get is we’re still in line but they cannot tell me when the shot Crete will be completed. We email and call weekly and all we got was we are on the schedule. Yesterday I drove to Shasta and talked to Chris Woods (manager), he told me he would check into the problem and have an answer today, haha. I did not receive a call or email. We are going on 6 months and all we have is a hole in our backyard. At this point we are NOT happy with Shasta Pools and would not recommend them.

This review has to deal with Shasta’s delays. Since the work is not complete I cannot review the quality of the pool. I am currently on week 21 since signing my contract with Shasta. At this point I have a hole in my backyard with plumbing, steel and electric, but nothing has changed for a month. As of right now, I am 147 days into this project and Shasta has only put in about 7 days worth of real work at my house. Ive had to contact Shasta every step of the way to see how things are progressing (or not progressing). This project is beyond frustrating and is making my house (inside and out) awful to look at. My landscaping front and back has been destroyed for weeks. My wall has had a gaping hole in it for weeks. The inside of my house always has had a layer of dirt on it due to the state of the backyard. I understand that the pool industry is booming right now, but I dont believe Shasta has a plan to get their outrageous delays under control. If you want my advice, hold off on building a pool with Shasta. They simply cant keep up.

Let me start with, We love our pool. Let me start here, one of the contractors took a tool box with the tools in it, never reimbursed for the tools. Kiss your deposit good bye, This is the price of your pool, we need $500.00 to start. The payments were made to an amount over by $500.00. Wet steps were our push from the start, we will do it, tell the contractor. Well when it came time, we cant do wet steps. We were told to let you know, no we cant do wet steps. Lucky for us he was a great guy, but on the side cost us an extra $800.00. This is our second pool so we do know the process, first and last from Shasta. The people in planning and the building were awesome, but the sales guys, lots of empty promises. Lots of other great pool companies out there, just not here.

Called to ask about repairing pool features, Waterfall and rocks. No one ever answered so I will say experience left me wanting. Peter

Shasta Pools; Surprise office. All in all would I recommend them? Yes. Were there frustrations? Yes. But with those frustrations I look at the remedies. Were my concerns and issues remedied? Yes. Our pool was staked out and distances measured by us with the first sales person who Shasta let go. We were then given a new sales person Bryan Williams who we were very happy with as we were not happy with the first person and most likely would not have used Shasta because of her. Somehow the measurements were put on the plans inaccurately. When Daniel arrived, he marked the pool according to the mis-measured plans as he had to follow the plans. When we told him the pool was in the wrong spot, by a few feet, he passed that info on to Ray Bazan. Ray was out the next day and everything was remedied. My frustration with this was the fact the plans had to be revised and that cost us 2 weeks in the county approval process.. We contacted Jessica Kriley trying to find out the status of our permit as we wanted to get away for a few days prior to the pool starting and for 2 weeks she did not respond to any emails or phone calls. When Ray came out for his pre-dig overview is when we found out the permit was delayed and why. He thought Jessica had let us know, he told her to let us know, but she had not. If Jessica would have responded to even 1 email, this would not be a complaint of mine. I just wanted information and she is the person I had the most difficulty with. She does not communicate or respond to any questions in a timely manner. I ended up going around her to the store Manager Chris Woods, and my construction manager Jason Spatz, who replaced Ray. If I called Chris I got an answer within the hour. If I text Jason I got a response within 15 minutes.Jason let me know the time line of what was going to happen next and the day.The workman: Every contractor that came onto my property was professional and courteous. Did I have people come through my gate at 5:30 in the morning? Yes. Did it bother me? No. It was 116 for the most part during this time and I was glad they could work in the cooler mornings and be done by 1:00. Did Jessica ever let me know that someone would be in my back yard at 5:30. No. My dog let me know. Her fault….,not theirs.When they are scheduled to do a job they assume the way has been paved by the project coordinator. I received 1 email from her at 11:38 PM for the very last thing that was to be done, the interior, letting me know it was being done the next day. No time, EVER. And I don’t usually read emails at 11:38 PM!The pool deck was done by 2 men that were such perfectionists, as it needed to match a color in my patio pavers, that I could not have asked for a better job. Matching the existing patio pavers with the sidewalks they built was very difficult. Dan spent an entire day driving around the area to different paver vendors hand picking pavers to match my existing patio. They are not an exact match as the existing pavers have faded with age but are as close as can be accomplished due to his efforts. The sidewalk construction laborers had a question and we were not home. They stopped what they were doing, instead of doing it wrong and came back the next day to complete the project. We cost them half a day in their scheduling, but they still stopped and waited to confirm what we wanted the sidewalks to look like.Jason Spratz came to inspect and approve every step upon completion of each part. If there was something I was concerned about, he addressed it promptly.Jason Spratz, Bryan Williams, and Chris Woods are the best and yes I would recommend Shasta Pools, Surprise office.

We got our new Shasta Pool and backyard patio November, 2019. Its been great, and they came round to do a free filter cleaning and maintenance trip the other day. Brenda N. and James are super-stars; worked with my quirky schedule and showed all I needed to know to keep my system humming and in great shape. Great stuff!

I used Shasta to design a pool for my home back in October and I have not heard back. I understand that Covid is going on but it’s been almost 4 months.

We are very happy with the pool. The entire process was very smooth. All the people we worked with were very professional and courteous. We both are very impressed with the quality of the work and the pool equipment.

We are pleased with the finished product and know we will enjoy our pool for years to come. Our dealings with Greg, the superintendent and the subcontractors was very good. However Leya, our construction project coordinator was exceptional. She kept us informed on each step and aware of any changes. This was very appreciated when you have people coming and going on your property for 3 months.

They are more expensive than other pool companies, however, I believe you get what you pay for. From the planning to building to finished pool it was a fun and good experience. I have a beautiful pool and just how I wanted it.

Shasta was the third pool construction company I interviewed. They took the time to listen to what I wanted in a pool and then gave me a complete rundown on the equipment and construction techniques they used to provide a quality product at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with their knowledge of equipment and techniques as well as their guidance while I was making selections to get the exact pool I wanted and still keep it within my budget. My pool is now finished and it turned out exactly the way I wanted. Great Job Shasta.

Chris DuBos geniously designed our pool by listening to us! His technical/engineering skiils and attention to detail are amazing. He literally took our dream pool and backyard out of our heads and into reality! The whole Shasta crew kept everything on schedule, just like clockwork and to our amazement kept the job site very clean. We didnt have to lift a finger. The finished product was great. The process to completion was not smooth however!! The customer service and coordination of the construction schedule was simply not great. Our project coordinator could never tell us when anything was going to happen. Her only answer was your on the schedule. In the mean time days and days of lost time occurred adding weeks to the project. They have several good people working for them that do try but they are few and far between.Under no circumstances should you use Shastascapes, Shasta Pools landscape division. Their customer service is even worse, their landscape plans are simplistic, their costs are not well defined. They also have a $500.00 penalty if you decide to cancel their service. Make sure you do not sign up for their service until you have a specific plan, plant list and specified costs that you approve of before you sign their contract. If you do sign up you should expect a long process. Good luck!

Dealt with AJ in sales. We went back and forth on issues. I told him my HOA inspects jobs when finished and gives final approval if job OK. AJ told me I was wrong. (Completed 4 projects all requiring HOA approval). AJ exhibited low quality customer service and a poor employee attitude. In my opinion, AJ was rude and insulting, so I walked out. Of the 3 pool quotes I got, Shasta was the most expensive. Thanks, but no thanks!!

We had a great experience from the very first step all the way through to the end. Shasta made it very easy for us to get the exact pool we were envisioning. They were great at communicating each step as the construction went on.

Rating is based only on my first attempts to contact them. I didnt get a chance to work with them nor I want to.. if the communication is bad when trying to get a new customer, imagine once during the construction project.Weve attempted to contact them in a 2-3 week period 4 different times (two times via contact us link in their website and 2 times via phone in different days) and no response at all.Your competitor, California Pools and landscaping, called me within 20 mins after my first email attempt. Scheduled a meeting with a designer and got a ton of information ranging from financing to other things to consider from 3 different people in three different departments and all in the same day. Now, thats what I call a good business model.If Shasta was considered for my project, they are now out.

Wouldnt recommend. Rust coming through the plaster halfway up the pool had to replace pool pump twice.

From the very beginning Shasta was great. Chris Orio answered all my questions and made a variety of adjustments to our plans with enthusiasm. He never pressured us or tried to upsell. After the contract was signed, Leya was always available and informative as well as being personable. She seemed to really remember who I was and our situation whenever we spoke. Greg was on top of every aspect of the build and took time to answer any questions as well as follow up in a timely manner.

Working with Shasta was very easy. The superintendent Tom was awesome. Any questions I had he answered very quickly and was great to work with. The only issue I had was that I was told the pool would be done sooner than it was but other than that no issues.

Shasta built the most Beautiful pool for my family and I. It was built with good construction. Great Quality and fantastic people building it.

Two other homes on our street had used Shasta and they love their pools so we decided to give Shasta a call. Both companies seemed to offer quality work, but honestly it was Robert K that really led us to choose Shasta. He was professional, extremely pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. He actually listened to us, offered (and showed) us different options, and he designed our pool right in front of us while sitting at our table in our kitchen. It was great watching the pool get built from start to finish. Every phase was exciting and every crew that came was awesome and professional. We love our pool and it’s also been so easy to maintain. We are in the process of having a pool built and this has been the worst experience ever. I will never build a pool again- the communication with the project manager is awful at best. We have to call and ask what the next steps are and the interdepartmental communication has caused delay after delay. They keep telling us they are going to make it right and then it hits another delay and no communication from them on what to expect and why things take so long. The contractors show up at all hours and do not even let us know they are going into the back yard- we either see them walking around or the dogs bark like crazy. Worst experience ever and the customer service has not been responsive and nothing gets corrected.

Shasta Pool is just another pool company like any other. They have tractors cement mixers and lots of pipe just like every other pool company but that is where it all stops. If someone asked me what business Shasta Pool was in I would say they are in the people business. I felt like every decision made was made in my best interest never felt any pressured from start to finish.

The best pool company and their longevity shows why. The best overall construction project I have been involved with. Started with a great sales experience and everyone from customer service to the workers to the finish of the pool was an A+.

My wife and I had met Chris Dubos, and he was very polite and patient with us. He gave us several ideas and suggestions. Was very informative about everything. We spent three times with him designing our pool and him giving us ideas on it.. He even emailed us a video of our pool, so we could visualize it and share with our family and friends. We have been very impress. We would highly recommend Chris, and so far have had a good experience with him.

Shasta recently completed our pool and all we have to say is WOW! The whole experience was wonderful. Robert K. came out to our house and after seeing our space and discussing personal design preferences, he designed a back yard that was just what we were looking for and more. Robert was always very responsive, calm and patient throughout the design process- we never felt rushed or pressured. The staff at both the Surprise and Phoenix design center were always available, friendly and very helpful. We were even more impressed during the construction phase. Pam kept us up to speed on every step of the process and let us know what was coming up next in the schedule - she was always friendly, professional and available whenever we had a question. The crews were there when they said they would be there, were meticulous in their work, and were respectful of our home and neighborhood (thank you Greg!) This is our first pool and we weren’t sure what to expect for turnover- Cindy met us at our home for the pool orientation and was very thorough and helpful. She did a wonderful job of explaining and demonstrating how everything works. Because Shasta is a bit bigger than some of the other local pool places, we were a bit concerned be might be treated as a number and there wouldn’t be much attention to detail. Boy, were we wrong! They are clearly very experienced (based on the smooth and seamless construction process) and really know what they are doing when it comes to customer service. I am not big on writing reviews, but I do depend on other’s reviews when looking for a reputable establishment. We had such a pleasant experience and I didn’t want to miss that opportunity to share. We should have known at the beginning but we figured mistakes happen. First they designed a pool so big it would have been touching our house and in tbe neighbors yard, then they destroyed the landscaping on the side of our house due to driving the bobcat at full speed (even broke our RV gate). Once the pool was complete, after 1 year the bleeder valve broke. We called and were told they could be out between 8am and 4pm.....seriously? Couldnt narrow it down any further, in the end I fixed that myself. Now (pool is only 2yrs 6 mos old) the upgrade for water purification cracked spraying water everywhere and they said its not their issue, its the manufacturers issue but they cannot give me their number??? Horrendous service and warranty. Even worse when respecting customers home! Will not use them on next pool.

I have heard from others many wonderful things about Shasta and the high quality products they use, which increases the efficiency and sustainability of the pool. It is with these products I want to have built into my pool. I called Shasta and Chris Sinanovic came to my house to discuss the possibility of building a pool in my yard. He was knowledgeable, comfortable to work with, and really spent time listening to my thoughts and interpreting them into pool design language. He did his best to make it as affordable as possible, but on a teachers salary, I will need to save before I can make this dream become a reality. I will come back and re-visit this process and when I do, I will definitely be calling Chris! I was very impressed with him!!! Thank you!!!

Brandon H helped us with our pool. He came out to the house and gave us many different options we were designing a pool. He and all the Shasta people were diligent, patient and enthusiastic during the process and we got exactly what we wanted. We definitely recommend Shasta to provide a great, easy experience.

Called Shasta for a service call for issues we were having with our pool. Adam came out and within 15 minutes had all the issues identified. Fixed what he could and set up a follow up service appointment to fix the other 2 items. Excellent service, explaining everything to me in terms I could understand! Shasta has #1 service reps!

I consider myself a bit of a Pool expert, but can imagine that does not make me all that easy to work with. Having previously been the owner of two Shasta Pools, they made it to the short list by default. Our consultant, Chris Dubos, did an amazing job of taking our wants/needs and turning them into a realistic design. It did not wind up being our least expensive option, but we felt it best reflected the end result we were looking for. Our Pool has been up and running since early June, and we are absolutely delighted.

Shasta Pools Staff and all of the workers did a great job installing my pool. They always updated me when they were ready to move on to the next process. If I had any questions, they got right back to me with the answer. I feel that Slhasta Pools is the best and would recommend them to anyone interested in putting in a pool.

This is my second Shasta Pool and all I can say is that they have only gotten better. Not just the service however also the equipment like Pentair I literally don’t have much to do. During the process Shastanow assigns you a team that follows up with you from start to finish. Once again Shasta comes through. Dave was absolutely awesome to work with. He listened to what I wanted and helped me with the design. He is extremely talented and helped me put my thoughts onto paper. I would highly recommended working with Dave at Shasta!!

I want everyone to know that Chris DuBos was the most helpful, kind and professional sales/designer that you could ask for when purchasing a pool. Im not the kind of person that can image what something is going to look like so Chris did special renditions of what our pool and backyard would look like when it was complete. He was always there to answer questions. He is definitely number 1 sales person in our opinion. My husband and I appreciate everything that Chris did for us. He kept us informed on what was next. I would rate him on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best as a number 12. Thanks Chris !!!!!

Took 7 MONTHS for our pool to be done.. Came into some hiccups and delays .( construction didnt do their job correctly, getting stairs / concrete redone because they were not leveled ) We got done exactly 3 1/2 weeks now and they barley ordered our sump pump cover for our bbq area. (We have a hole in the floor basically)Pool looks great, we will definitely enjoy it next summer.

Our experience with Shasta Pools has been great. We started with another pool builder for our new home but felt uneasy and decided to visit the Shasta office. We are so glad we did. We got a lot more pool and better quality as well. Construction didnt begin and complete as soon as we believed but once it did everything went fairly quick weather permitting.It was a pleasure working with Shasta. My wife and I, decided to go looking at swimming pools. We went to Shasta pools on west Bell. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who introduced us to salesman Justin Black. Justin was very knowledgeable about pools, construction, and what needs to go into our pool. Justin explained everything in layman’s terms, with out pressure. My wife and I have made a decision SHASTA POOLS for our home!

We have been having many issues with our pool. Had an appointment for Phil to come out. He called to let me know when to expect him. At that time I told him what was happening. He told me until I had certain things done with chemicals, it would be a wasted visit. So to get water tested and go from there. He gave me his cell. I called him a couple times and he walked me through it. Came today when he said he was coming. Very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. SHASTA Pools is very lucky to have him in their employ.

This rating reflects both the customer service I received and the contracted tile company Shasta uses: Accurate Tile.The process of having Shasta replace their faulty ledger stone on our pool was a frustrating and arduous one. The stone has finally been replaced with tile, but the workmanship is poor. I told Shasta when their contractor, Accurate Tile, originally installed the stone, they did a poor job as globs of glue could be seen along the entire radius wall. And when the stone began flaking and breaking off into the pool, Shasta contracted the same company to install the new tile. Their workmanship has not improved, though the wall does look better. I am glad to no longer have the stone ruining my pool finish and that I can be done with this company. I can say with complete confidence that I would not recommend this pool builder.

Chris DuBos is our Shasta Pools designer/Rep. He has done an outstanding job explaining quality of work, his design alone trumped the other 4 designs from different pool companies. working with us even on personal time, on vacation he STILL worked with us to make sure the process went as quickly as possible. He is even going the extra mile to help with construction communications. My husband and I have had the BEST service and experience with Mr. Chris. He is really the SOLE reason we went with Shasta.Thank You

We recently had our pool filter cleaned and serviced by Shasta Pools technician, Steve Lucas. He arrived on time, explained the process and provided a step-by-step tutorial for future cleaning. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was extremely happy with the service and would recommend him and Shasta Pools for anyone looking to build a pool or need servicing for their current pool - A+.

We had a problem with our pool. The area around the filter had to be removed and had to be repaired by filling in with concrete and puttingit back to its original state. We also had several cracks and chips aroundthe pool. Shasta sent Manuel and Jose to our house. They did a fantasticjob. They were very knowledgeable about the issue and also very proficient. When they finished the job, they took all of their trash with them and left our yard exactly how it was before they left. We are so happy that we got a Shasta pool when we were deciding to have a pool put in our yard. We love our pool!! Chris Dubos was our rep. He was so patient and considerate during the whole process. Weve never had a pool so we had many questions and concerns, not really knowing what to expect. My wife and I stopped in to the Surprise store back in November to look into getting a pool. Bryan Williams was just the guy we needed to talk with. He answered all of our questions, gave us a thorough and understandable “class” on swimming pools: costs, construction process, etc. Bryan emailed a proposed pool plan to us the next day. We met with Bryan a couple days later and bought ourselves a new pool. Bryan then took us the rest of the way. From submitting the required plans for permits to putting up with our change orders. Bryan was a big part of our choosing a pool from Shasta Pools.
