The service guys are fast and efficient and always give us a heads up if there is anything that may need replacing and we even got a tip on how to save money by recommending the right pump. When we need repairs we trust that Steve is going to come through with a fair price and he always breaks down the cost so it’s easy to understand exactly what we are being charged for! He’s also quick in and out with good quality so I actually have time to enjoy the pool!

If I could give this company a 0 I would! Don’t waste your money with this company their tech only comes out for 5 to 10 minutes at a time and he doesn’t even clean the pool properly. My pool is dirty and when we call to speak with the owner he has an attitude and he says that the pool should not have filter clean when he doesn’t even assess it. When I asked to speak with tech so I can explain what’s happening he said be on the look out for him. He said he could not give me a time range. He doesn’t take advice from homeowners who are the ones using the pool and seeing how dirty it is.

We had a leak in the filter. Steve came out for $85 to check it out. Provided an estimate to repair the leak. We paid around 700 for the repair and filter cleaning. Prior to the repair, he took my visa info for the $85 service call. After he charged another 673 on my card, he informed me that he could not fix the leak. He now recommended that we change another part and hopefully, the leak will be fixed. The cost was another $350 to try this new part. What a scammer! Don’t ever give him your visa info and make sure he gets paid only when he is able to fix the issue.

Steve came to do an estimate for $85 when he told me what was wrong with my system he put that $85 towards the repair and I was extremely grateful how quick, and the quality of work he did. Definitely will go to Steve for any type of issues or repairs I have on my pool.

Was actually home to watch the whole 3 minutes of service and I knew they were not sweeping the sides of the pool and actually watched as the guy just pulled the pool brush through the water, yes good pricing but you get what you pay for, will be finding a new service that actually does what they say!

The person in charge of replying to this companies emails via their website is unprofessional and will make you feel like you are wrong and they are right and will make accusations when you advise them of mistakes made by their employees. This company allows their pool cleaning employees to advise their clients when there is something wrong, but in turn will charge you $85 extra for a technician to just come to your residence to tell you what needs repaired. They also suggest not to ask the pool cleaning employee any questions to contact them, so why do they allow this employee to advise clients whats wrong with your pool and pool system? Also, our salt cell was installed incorrectly by their employees and they placed chlorine tabs in a salt water pool, which I know now after having to fork out $1000 to replace the salt cell is a huge mistake on their part if you ask me it feels like we were sabotaged.

Just moved the family to Arizona (Surprise) and bought a house with a pool. We had never had a pool before and after a couple weeks in the house I knew that something was wrong. So after looking online we came across H20 Pool Service. Steve was amazing and was able to get us in immediately (within 30 minutes). He came out and broke everything down for me and showed me pretty much how to do EVERYTHING! He diagnosed the problem solved what the issues were and was very knowledgeable. Once we get our feet under us we will definitely look at H20 conducting our weekly services.

Steve and his crew from H2O Pool & Spa Care were GREAT! I purchased my current Glendale home less than a year ago... and with it, my first experience owning and maintaining a pool. In November my pool developed two major structural cracks. I called a pool repair company from an Internet listing. When I revealed that my pool was concrete, in-ground with a plaster finish, they told me that they only dealt with pebble-tech finish. They said the only company I should call, to deal with my pool was H2O Pool & Spa Care. They were certainly right. Steve and his crew came and evaluated the pool within 24 hours of my call and worked my repairs into their schedule within a week. Steve explained the repair process clearly and gave me an estimate within 12 hours. The repairs were completed within a couple days and my pool and yard were left so neat and clean that I could have thrown a pool party as soon as the pool was filled. Steve has continued to follow up, checking for any signs that further repair might be necessary. Instead of wishing Id never purchased a home with a pool, I am looking forward to the next pool season and will be arranging for Steve to replace my pool pump motor with a new variable speed, high efficiency, motor before that season is upon us. I will never call any other company for my future pool needs. H2O Pool & Spa Care and Steve and his crew are THE BEST!

This company is the best pool company I have used. I have gone through 5 companies over the last year and this one is the only one I have found that knows what they are doing. They show up on the day they are scheduled and keep my pool looking awesome. Steve the owner has always been very professional about any concerns I might have had. Steve did a great job with our pool. We absolutely love it. It needed to be re-plastered, and we chose the sand colored mini pebble, which looks amazing. While the pool was empty, he also fixed the light, which hasnt worked since weve owned it. His price was well worth it. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling Steve for any additional repairs we need on our pool or the pump in the future.

Our experience with Steve was great. He was very prompt and very communicative. He showed up when he said he was going to and completed his work thoroughly and on time. He was also patient with all of our questions and never once pushed any services we didnt ask for. Services rendered included a drain and fill, acid wash, and a new salt water filtration installation. I would recommend him to friends.

H20 pool service was great! They troubleshot my old Hayward pump and were able to replace it with a new modern unit with an extended warranty. In addition, the new pump has reduced my electrical consumption by almost half. I will be sure to call them again when the need arises.

Steve is very knowledgable, prices are reasonable. What I like about Steve is that he takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. Also, I find it very difficult to find reliable people in the Phoenix area. Steve is reliable, shows up timely, I have recommended him to others.

I have been using h2o Pool Service for the past year, and had nothing but bad services from them. There has been other issues in the past but after some time things changed some. Its upsetting and just this Monday the pool tech was in and out of my property in about 5 minutes. Our pool was still dirty and not clean right like it should have been, and the walls and tile were not brushed. I contacted Steve the owner to let him know about the issue of what was going on with the service I was paying for, and right away he got really defensive and said that I can pay extra after 15 minutes of him doing the service. I explained to him that his tech was only on our property for about 5 minutes, and he argued that the gps showed that he was here for 15 minutes but the tech does hang out inside the truck outside my house. The owner Steve said he will get back to me but never did. I called him multiple times after and text him pictures of the pool the way the pool was left. I decided to cancel my service after all. Unfortunately using via text because he did not Respond to any of my calls. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend “h2o pools” to anyone. I have already told the persons I recommend at the beginning of my services to be on the lookout. They are very bad at customer service and the services are not good or done well like they say and announce.

After waiting hours for an appointment and being stood up by another pool company for an Acid-wash/Chlorine-rinsefor my pool and spa, I hit the internet to find another, hopefully more reliable, company. H2O Pool Service was one of five vendors who I selected to bid the job. Their bid was on the high side but I selected them based on research and a telephone interview with each. I was not disappointed. Steve kept his word for the appointment and preceded it with a telephone call 40 minutes prior to the appointment. He arrived on time and went right to work. I observed that he was thorough and meticulous with his work. I am extremely pleased with the end product and the whole experience. The crew at H2O Pools and Steve are the best! We had a pool pump break a seal and lost about half the water in the pool. Steve was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Workers arrived at scheduled time did the job well, cleaned up the deck and left everything as it was when they arrived except the white stripe was gone and the tile loooked great. Only negative is the water is very murky but I was promised it would get clear by tomorrow.

The provided number they never anwser and when they do hes condescending rude a***** like your a burden to the business and provides nothing. The people that come are sketchy. My system was running, but there was no suction at the cleaner. My pool is 10 years old, and I feared the worst, but really didnt know what was wrong. Ive been in the home building business for 25 years and know contactors of every variety EXCEPT a pool repair company. After I did a Google search and found H2O, a licensed company in the Surprise area, I decided to take a chance and call them. Three hours later, my cleaner was running good as new, and all it cost me was a very reasonable service fee. Not only was I thrilled that my problem was fixed, but I now know who to call for any future issues that may pop up. Im VERY happy with their work and the way they do business!

When I called to discuss multiple missed services as well as my green pool, Steve became emotional and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

I highly recommend Steve. I had a 17 year old 3 pump pool system that died. I am an engineer and came up with a two pump system design with one pump being a variable speed to save money. I contacted some of the big pool construction companies for quotes on how I wanted to redo the system. All their quotes and system designs did not take into account what I wanted. Steve reviewed what I wanted to do and made some great suggestions on the new design to accommodate 2 pumps instead of 3 and his price was very competitive, so I gave the green light Steve. Steve got the work done timely and actually quicker than I expected. Everything seemed to be running great until a programming error in the easytouch system. Called Steve and he was out the next day to check out the problem. He found out that the easytouch8 that was ordered had an easytouch4 computer board causing a minor problem. He had the board replaced in few days. Everything runs awesome now. Steve knows pools, how to fix them, does timely professional work and his customer service is top notch.

Poor service, poor communication, and called to quit after speaking to one of our renters about missing scheduled pool service. I would not recommend.

Pool technician did a poor job cleaning weekly and didnt hose out my filters. I noticed slime on the bottom of pool and opened up filter tub to find they werent clean after i paid $100 for filter cleaning. Months of dirt. Owner did nothing to verify or fix the problem.Save your money and pool equipment and go somewhere else.To owners, your fake concern is disturbing, youve done nothing to find out the reason my pool is green out why my filters were disgusting.After reading dozens of other really poor reviews Im not surprised.

I had a black algae issue with my pool, a problem with the decking surface and had a couple of other general pool questions. Steve answered all of the questions honestly and made no false promises. There was never any sales pitch or unwanted pressure. Most importantly for us, Steve turned up on each of his three visits exactly when he said he would and carried out the work on schedule.

While our pool looked pretty good for not changing the water in close to 20 years, thanks to Steve and H2O Pool & Spa Care our pool is full of life and looking very inviting.Steve went above and beyond with our job which included an acid wash, new drain cover, and finally a light, hooray! Steve had no problem taking time to answer our questions and was here when he said he would be.Were going to try to get a little more life from our plaster, but I can assure you that when it comes time for mini-pebble I know who Ill be calling.Your pool is an investment, and if someone screws up your plaster, then what? I watched Steve work with the acid and it was very obvious to me that the man knows what he is doing. Im glad I took the chance, thanks Steve!RW
