John was fast and honest person to work with. We did a remodel of equipment and Kool Deck and a few other misc repairs. Start to finish it was a pretty painless remodel,If you need a remodel done, I highly recommend Ingenious pools.

We had a great experience with Ingenious pool and spa when we built a new pool in old town Scottsdale. Very responsive and the pool turned out great. Would recommend to anyone looking to add a sparkling nice pool in their backyard.

Known John for over 5 years, used him periodically to replace worn out motors/filters etc......then the big one hit, pool is over 15 years old and was falling apart, needed resurfacing......got about a dozen bids from other companies, some even cheaper than Johns quote, but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth with their sales pitches.......once we decided to move forward John was able to start and finish on time and did a beautiful job. The folks he uses are licensed/bonded and professionals. Pool looks beautiful, stays clean and there was no concerns of who do I call, when something doesnt look right or something needs adjustments.....such as pavers dont line up or edges need some fine tuning......there was no excuses, just well be over and fix it..... If you want a good job to be done, be treated with respect, no pressure, then this guy and his company is the one you should choose, you wont be sorry

Incredible Service!! John came out and installed all new equipment on my pool. He walked us through which products to use and how to work our pool equipment. His company now services our pool and any questions or concerns the office staff gets back to us quickly. Amazing
