Ed with Reggie long distance to get my Mom set up with a camera and zoom for her birthday. He was very knowledgeable and got what we needed with no fuss no muss. My Mom uses him all the time and sing his prasses. I join her. Reggie is GREAT.

Well I really cant say enough about Reggie. If there were 6 stars above I would light them all up! He has been servicing and building my computers for years. I am a Realtor and my computer is my lifeline and Reggie gets that. I wouldnt have any one else touch my computer. I trust him completely. His knowledge and expertise is extraordinary. It is hard these days to find the professionalism in any business but Reggie is not only professional but thoughtful and a man of integrity. I am confident that I am never charged for time or services he is not providing. He makes himself available when I have an emergency that needs immediate attention. 12 Years ago Reggie saved me. After a complete wipe of my computer and thousands of files lost I called around to see if it was possible to get them. The answer was maybe for thousands of dollars with no guarantee. Reggie said most likely and if he couldnt do it, it would be a nominal shop fee. 4 HOURS LATER and only a few hundred dollars Reggie said come pick it up, I believe everything recovered, which it was, and everything has been backup up and copies made (Per my hopeful request) He really saved me and I will never forget this. When I need something with a computer issue fixed and I cant do it myself I call Reggie. A lot of the guys our neighbors have called who advertise computer repairs are basically guys with basic skills and that is fine but when you run into a real issue its good to have someone like Reggie where you wont lose your data or have to buy new hardware. He is a professional, its in His DNA not just what he does. This man is a blessing.

I cannot say enough about the ways, and times, Reggie has come to my rescue to solve my computer problems. He has built two computers for me and serviced them for eleven + years. Always to my complete satisfaction. He is an expert and has solved every problem. He is quick to respond, efficient, personable, and still business-like.
